I have been client there for years and never had a problem and my pets LOVE to come there and get attention and their shots! The only issue I have ever had was with Dr Parker and it seems like she just has an attitude with the clients and never wants to offer up advice for your pets. I will not ever let her deal with the well-being of my animals ever again. She argued with me and my family over a critical condition on a pet of ours and we endedup taking that same pet for another opinion and the vet didn't understand why dr Parker had given the meds and blood work she had done. It's always her way or the highway anytime I've dealt with her. Just not good for the clientele that Dilworth has always catered to and had there for years.

only went in to get my dog's nails trimmed but they were efficient and well priced. She also was nice enough to shave her lil paws so she wouldn't slide everywhere. Highly recommend!

I had to take my very sick cat and make arrangements for payments. On return visit my cat was still sick but was turned down for treatment because I still owed money and couldn'tpay the entire amount off right then. An already stressful situation turned humiliating having to deal with this on front of other customers. I couldn't stop the tears from dropping. I'll not be back.

Great place! They have always taken very wonderful care of my fur babies! They know the dogs by name and are always willing to answer any questions that you have. When my older dog passed away they were absolutely wonderful in making sure she was comfortable and even went above and beyond after. As long as I am living in Tupelo or near Tupelo I will use Dilworth!

We had a rough experience with this provider. Our regular vet was closed on a Saturday morning due to a conference, and they referred us to this provider to care for our dog for urgent care services. We called prior to arriving and were informed that it would not be a problem for them to work us in the schedule. After waiting well beyond an hour, another client of our vet arrived at this location, and the receptionist inquired as to why our vet was not open. When she was informed that they were closed due to the conference, she stepped in the back to speak with someone. At this time, we heard another employee loudly ranting about our vet not informing them of the closure and stating that they should not have to see our animals because it was not yet 12 PM. She continued to tantrum loudly for several minutes. We continued waiting, despite being quite unsettled by the lack of professionalism and obvious desire of this person not to have to treat our dog. After over two hours of waiting, we were then told by the receptionist that Dilworth Hospital had urgent clients of their own and that these clients as well as scheduled clients would be seen ahead of our dog despite when they arrived at the clinic. She then stated that we would be better off being seen by another clinic and referred us to the Animal Care Center. While we understand the frustration of not being informed of the closure, we did not feel the public reaction was appropriate, nor do we feel our dog's treatment should have been delayed or denied (especially when we called ahead to make sure it would not be a problem for him to be seen). We certainly got the impression that going home on time was more important than making sure the animals received the treatment they needed-at least from what we couldn't help but overhear. I hope this is not regular practice by this provider, but we certainly will not return based upon our first impression.

We were going out of town and had to have shot records in order to take our pittie Dixie with us. She is a rescue pittie so we never got any papers about shots. They were closed but they came and did the exal and shots for us. I was really impressed with their service and how the handled Dixie. Thank you so much for all you have done for us

I took my puppy for her first visit today. Everyone, from the receptionist all the way to our doctor, was very kind and professional! We recently moved to the area and were super nervous about finding a new veterinarian for our puppy, but Dr. May was very kind and gentle with her! We felt safe there :)

Never go their for an emergency section.It is mandatory that you have your dog spay no matter if it is a poddle ..lab ..rottweiler...cat whatever they do not tell you this over the phone .My American Bully was called that type of breed .and thoes types of dogs .i went in as a precaution...the xray was done no pup in birth canal .they gave her a shot it didnt work figure that all this time i was never told about the automatic spay .their was 8 to 9 pups i had 2 life pups ..it was at lest 5AM and Gypsy Rose never woke up till 10:30 PM..i do and will always belive she was tottaly over medicate and that is what killed the pups .Thoes pups was an exclusive breeding.Champions and grand chapions and legends of ABKC.It was a pricless breeding .but to call my dog that kind of breed and thoes kind of dogs like she ate 30 people before she came in ..Never use them with an American Bully and know their emergency policies any dog .cat brought in with emergency csetion is automatic spay...this place sucks never go their ..BE WARE THEY CALL AMERICAN BULLY THOES KIND OF BREEDS ...I TOOK A HELL OF A LOSS PAID A 1500 DOLLAR BILL...
