I had used CAC(Carthage Animal Clinic) since I was a kid and Dr. Greene was the Vet. BUT, all good things must come to an end and for CAC, it has, in my mind. When Dr. Bobo was at CAC, he cared for my pets. I saw compassion, caring and a genuine friendliness toward me AND my animals! I didn't see that with the rest of the staff and the smell of the clinic is awful! So, when I heard Dr. Bobo had opened his own clinic, naturally, I followed him. So, far? He has proven me right! His clinic is spotless- His staff is friendly and so, is Dr. Bobo. They treat you so nice! Most importantly, the staff takes the time to truly listen to what you are saying is wrong with your pet. Usually, Dr. Bobo will tell you what's wrong then, do a test to verify if he was right or not....So far, he's never been wrong!!....LOL! Then, he does what is needed to get your pet in top shape. If he can't? I believe him. Example: I have a half Pit/ half Lab dog that was walking stiff legged. CAC told me she needed to be put to sleep, period, no X-ray or any type of proof what so ever. While at CAC, I heard Dr. Bobo had opened up a new clinic so, I took her to see him immediately after I left CAC. The first thing Dr. Bobo did was do an X-ray on her hips. Next, he explained the X-ray to me, in simple terms, and handed me a pill before saying, "Give her this once a day for the pain and put her on a diet. She'll be more active once this pill takes effect." That was 2 years ago and she's doing great!!!! Still needs to lose a bit of weight but, we're working on that together!!! LOL It was such a simple fix! My dog has arthritis like I do!!! Why put her to sleep for it??? Dr. Bobo is a great Veterinarian and his prices are much lower compared to other clinics in the area! He doesn't do unnecessary procedures or try to sell you snake oil. He's honest. You can tell he's a good man by the way he talks to you.(I'm old enough to be his mother and he shows me that age difference respect) He seems genuine, is what I'm trying to say. I've had many pets fixed at CAC and now CVC. I've noticed that my pets aren't as slow and sore when they come home from CVC and Dr. Bobo's care, as when, they got home from CAC. Your pet doesn't need any pain pills and is up and running within 2 days!!!!! No joke!!! That tells me Dr. Bobo is gentle in surgery and in turn, our pets heal quicker! Just like we do!!! Honestly? I would tell you to give CVC a try if you are unsure. I'll tell you this: It sure does smell a heck of a lot better in CVC than it does in CAC!!!!! That, alone, tells me my pet won't catch some kind of disease when having to spend the night! AND, I won't have to take time out of my busy day to bathe my pet, because they smell like that nasty clinic, once we get home!!! That's a big plus to me- seeing as I'm trying to bathe a cat!!!! LOL I'd give CVC 100 stars if I could!!! Save yourself some money and your pet a serious infection!!!!! Try CVC.....If you don't like it then, go back to CAC and the bacterial stench....When you have an extra vet bill for an infection(Several family members had to pay extra for an infection after getting pet fixed) you can try CVC then......Your pet deserves a clean hospital just like you do! Would you have surgery in CAC??? I wouldn't either! You shouldn't have to worry about your animal- your pet shouldn't stink like feces and bacteria- every treatment avenue should be told to you, and everything possible should be done for your pet. With Dr. Bobo and his staff, you know your pet is in good hands and is being loved, like one of their own pets, and well taken care of. That's all I want for my pets- they deserve to be treated well! They love me, so in turn, I love them enough to see to their professional/gentle/ loving and safe care.
