Great staff. Friendly and very knowledgeable doctors. There’s always a full waiting room, but don’t let that discourage you, the wait time is always way shorter than you’d expect. It’s the only place I take my Great Danes.

Don't let these reviews fool you.. I wish I would of never ever brought my puppy here... we went in to have her splint re-done.. the majority of the staff were rude and "didn't know" much of anything. The vet, Dr. Case met with me for 2 min. No x rays were done. Nothing was explained to me AND they told me it was necessary to leave my puppy overnight due to moisture being in her splint. I have since called a vet in Hattiesburg and they told me no no no no that I should of been able to wait for them to change the splint and then I could be on my way. The next morning after calling several times and being put on hold, I finally was told my puppy was ready for pick up. When I asked the total, I was told "don't know" and to call back... she must have sensed my frustration and then said nevermind I will find out and call you back. I was initially told I could have a copy of my records but when I asked the girl at the front desk, she said everything that was done is on my receipt... then proceeded to let everyone know she was taking her lunch. The puppy cried the whole way home. Obviously had not been fed or let out to use the bathroom. She acted weird for 2 whole days. I am not sure what they did to my baby but I will never ever take her back to this place. My pup has been to multiple vets and never once cried when leaving or been starved and kept in a cage for 24 hours. Also, I know that wed was a short day, so I am pretty sure they just didn't want to stay any longer.. but all they had to do was schedule my appointment for a different day?! Pure lazy and rude. Most unprofessional place I have ever been.

This practice has multiple caring vets. Dr. Case is wonderful and truly cares for each animal he cares for. If your fur baby needs extra help and you're worried about affording it, they also offer financing through Care Credit.

I brought my cat here to be spayed and it was a pleasant, easy process. They scheduled me to drop her off, told me what to do beforehand and accepted her with no wait. I got a call later that day saying she'd done fine and I could pick her up the next day. I showed up and, once again, no wait--just paid and they brought her out. Very easy to deal with and price was reasonable. Will certainly be using them in the future.
