Knowledgable, informative, and professional! Excellent staff and doc. They pulled a fecal sample and my German Shepherd pup (8 wks. old) didnt even resist. They're very professional and polite. I may return to Jackson, MS when it's time for his second and third round of shots (I stay on the move).

I caution anyone considering vet boarding due to pet health requirements to reconsider or to take measures to ensure your requests are honored at this office, as my concerns were ultimately completely ignored. Brought my pup with a paw injury for day boarding on the vet side while in Jackson for business. Care instructions provided at drop off were completely ignored as provided cone was not placed as instructed. In hindsight, I would go as far to say the office staff I attempted to explain the care plan to was dismissive at drop off. I picked my dog up to find that she had been licking her open paw wound while under office supervision. I called to follow up with the office and express my concern. Although the veterinarian I spoke to was apologetic and offered a refund, it was clear they had not been kept abreast of the situation. Ultimately I have a pet at risk for an infection due to their lack of due diligence despite my best attempts to provide her the best care.

Very small clinic and they are overpriced, charging an extra $30 just for the clinic visit on your receipt. My service was ok but nothing to just brag about.

Only giving 2 stars because the front desk staff was nice. However they did not disclose that boarding is charged by day and night. Dropped my dog off on Friday and Picked him up Monday morning since there is no pick up on Sunday and was still charged the full day of Monday. Okay fine. Then, My dog was wet, covered in urine like he had been laying in it for who knows how long. How do you send a dog home that way? His Feet were stained yellow from the urine. My dog hasn’t urinated in his cage in years (since a small pup). Brought him back for a bath and the vet techs had an attitude as if I had inconvenienced THEM! Meanwhile I’ll have to pay more money to try to get urine and it’s scent out of my cloth seats! Thanks Briarwood you guys are great!

Not the best customer service just kind of rushed him into the back not trying to hear instructions or show me facility. Worse off, why did my puppy who was almost 100% potty trained come back doing things he’s never even done before... Do they not let him outside enough??
