My husband and I just visited this vet with our new puppy. We were skeptical with some of the reviews but it was the only one open at the time, but we absolutely loved them! We were greeted by friendly faces when we walked in the door and were told to keep our puppy off the floors so she didn't catch anything since she's not fully vaccinated yet. They were so knowledgable about everything! Once we saw Dr. Anderson, we knew we would stay at this place forever. He was so great with our puppy and was willing to answer any and every question we had (which was a lot!) and more! I would recommend this vet to everybody! Such a friendly place.

My first and only visit to Dr Clay Anderson was for our 14 year old cat. He began acting poorly and I took him to our regular veterinarian, who is wonderful. He said if the cat was not better, to come back. A friend recommended Dr. Anderson for second opinion. In my heart I knew the answer, but Dr. Anderson took the time to examine, look at previous studies, talk to me, ask me questions, and a decision was make. The staff as well as Dr. Anderson gave me time, willing to answer any questions, and I never felt rushed.

Absolutely do NOT board your pets here. They would be better off being left outside or in the pound than in this terrible place. We boarded our two Great Danes here for 10 nights, this was our first time, as our normal vet was full for the holidays. When we dropped them off, they were happy and healthy. Our female Dane in particular, was 105 lbs when we left her. When we came to pick them up yesterday, I burst into tears when they brought them out. Our female Dane was literally a bag of bones. She was starved. The handler acted like nothing was wrong and insisted she hadn't lost weight. We made them put her on the scale. She was 90 lbs. she lost FIFTEEN POUNDS in TEN DAYS. the lady even nonchalantly told us that she couldn't get them to eat. When they brought our food bag out it was over half full. Between the two of them, they eat that entire 30 lb bag in a week. In 10 days, they didn't even clear half between them. We have boarded our female Dane many times before and have NEVER had a problem. She was starved. If she wasn't eating, why were we not notified? How could they have left her just wither away and starve. And to think she was in a VET'S care. Our male Dane chewed up his paws. It is very clear that they were left on that cold concrete locked up for probably 23 hours a day alone. It is sick. We are in the process of reporting this place to animal control. It is absolute ABUSE what happened.

I love this office and trust all of their staff completely. They have been wonderful with my fur babies, and have worked a miracle with my little dog Lillie especially. She had kidney stones and had to have surgery. They are reasonable on cost and worked with us. You can't even see a scar where she had surgery! She also has arthritis and Dr. Anderson started her on a shot that is incredible. Within minutes of taking it, she's back to playing, running and jumping as if her hip never had a problem!!! I love this place and highly recommend it and the 3 Anderson vets.
