I love this veterinarian! He is always very thorough. I feel very safe here with my pets. Recently I had my puppy's teeth cleaned. They made sure that she was healthy enough to go under anesthesia since she is an 8 year old dog by doing the appropriate testing. Another local vet did not offer this as a criteria. I would most definitely recommend this place. Thank you for taking good care of my puppy Kayak and my bunnies.

I love All Animal Hospital and have taken my "babies" there since they opened their doors in 1998. Dr. Cox saved my rat terrier Buttons on two different occasions after she was attacked by coyotes. In one incident, her leg was nearly torn off. He re-attached the leg and put a pin in the joint. Buttons lived happily and healthfully until the age of 14. I have three dogs now that are all patients of All Animal Hospital. I take them for their yearly check-up and any other needs that we have. Their staff is caring and professional. I like the new doctors that have joined the staff. They also provide excellent care. I don't think that there is a better veterinary clinic in all of North Mississippi. Happy Healthy Babies!

Wonderful place!!!!! After a horrible experience at a previous vet, the staff and doctor were very helpful and extremely nice. Our highest recommendation for Dr. Lynn Cox and all his people there at All Animal Hospital in Olive Branch. They worked us in the day we called and correctly diagnosed our cockatiel quickly. He hand made the medication and did several tests all at a reasonable price. My bird was literally on death's doorstep and he made a quick turnaround. Dr. Cox even offered up a prayer for Stormy and I'll never forget how God answered that prayer so kindly. Thank you all for your expert help with our very old and loved bird.

Best veterinary clinic I've found. The entire staff really cares about your pet. The doctors are amazing. They offer the best care at a reasonable price. There's nothing worse than having a sick or injured pet and the Vet holding your baby hostage for an exorbitant amount of money. All Animal Hospital does not do that. They care. Their prices are middle-of-the-road with other animal clinics. They also have third-party options from other companies offered to finance your veterinary care; they also work with other companies that offer pet insurance. I use them for all of our pets - feline, canine, and avian care.

I called for information on costs that may be involved with my first visit for my puppy. I was told exam and wormer would be about $65 (+). During the exam, I was told my pet had a skin infection and worms at about the same time that the vet was giving injections. After that was done, the vet gave my pet two chewables for ticks and fleas and something else. I was briefly told this was needed once a month. I was also given two other meds for skin condition and something else that I was to give him daily. One was amoxicillin and I'm not sure what the other was. I left very confused, as nothing was really explained to me, nor was I given a chance to accept or decline the meds. Especially the chewables, since I was told to give them to him once a month. I had no idea how much it would cost me nor where to get them. The exam was brief and extremely uninformed. At the end of my visit, I was given an invoice (not itemized one) for $l33. My husband was very upset with me because he had told me I could not keep the puppy if it was going to begin right away costing him money for anything beyond regular exams for medical care. Several days later, I called the office for an itemized statement to help me understand what was involved in the cost for treatment(s) given to my pet. Only then did I find out one of the chewables was NexGard that I might need a prescription for. More disturbing, I would have never agreed to pay $28 per chewable for flee treatment, since there are so many other options available on the market for a lot less. Needless to say, I should be the one making this decision, not the vet. Yes, I am very disappointed. I thought the attending vet would be more informative during my first visit with my first pet. The lack of compassion and empathy is truly remarkable. I went to put my rat to sleep on Saturday (11/11/17) and we were in the waiting room longer than it took to put her down. I felt rushed and that my sadness was an inconvenience to the staff. The actual process of putting her down is a whole other story. Firstly, they didn't allow us time to say goodbye hardly and process the situation. Dr. Cox came into the room very abruptly and gave her the muscle relaxer and about 10 mins later came back flipped her over in her side (to rough for my liking) and proceeded to give her the actual euthanasia shot. Flipped her over again (to rough for my liking) whipped a coin out of his pocket and laid it down next to her and took pictures. WITHOUT permission!! If he would have asked I would have said yes because I understand why he would want them but he didn't ask at all he just did it and straight after she was dead. We had no time to grieve. Since he is up there in age, as old people tend to do he accidently took a video instead. To my horror upon his realization of this mistake he and a vet tech giggled about it right in front of me. After all this he again handled her roughly and stuffed her in the box I had brought along for her. Dr. Cox is extremely rude and basically humiliated my pet after she was gone. Do not go to this vet unless you really don't care about your pets. I know Dr cox is the only exotic vet in the area which is truly unfortunate. If I could rate lower I would. He does not deserve a 1 star.

When we were breeding and showing our dogs, he would come to the house to take care of the litter so as to not stress out the mother or babies. From the docs at MS State to local vets from all over MS and all the way to Georgia, Dr. Cox is as good as it gets. One of the things that I appreciate most about his treatment method is that while he is certainly knowledgeable of the latest treatments and technology, he uses his vast expertise and experience to determine the best treatment plan for our kids. We have had vets that were all to eager to rely on the latest technology or techniques to treat our ailing canines, even though that treatment in many cases was overly complex, invasive or expensive. The highest praise that I can bestow upon Dr. Cox and his incredible team is that we have had 2 of our angels taken from us due to age or incurable health conditions since he became our vet. The compassion and sympathy that they displayed in our time of loss made it clearly evident that their patients are more than just appointments. The animals that they treat are members of their extended family. Because of the way that they care for our animals, Dr. Cox and his team will forever be a part of ours.

Changing Veterinary Clinics today. I have been more than patient with All Animal.Heres the short list.Girls behind counter are rude and have forgotten me on two occasions with me sitting right in front of them for 45 minutes.Scheduled me with Dr. away and no one there to give a ck. up and shots.That was another long wait.I have a rescue dog that is a biter when it comes to the vet.They act like they have never dealt with this before.It takes forever for them to take my money,really people that is the one thing you should be good at and they can't handle that.Yeah the past 2 or 3 years have been awful at this place.Drs. are good its the receptionist that need help they are more concerned about what they did over the weekend than actually doing their job.Front end is where I have had most of my problems.

Dr. Cox is the best vet. My dog Elvis was ill and needed to be put to sleep. I called Dr. Cox on a Saturday afternoon. The clinic was closed. He responded back to me immediately. Said he had a few house calls to make but he would meet me at the office and put him to sleep tonight or tomorrow morning at 7am if Elvis was not in pain and could wait. I told him 7am Sunday morning would be ok. He was there at 655 am this morning. Clinic was closed. He let us in and very compassionately sedated Elvis then shaved both front arms so he could see the veins and pick a big one so that one stick would do. He put Elvis to sleep and gave me some hair from the back of Elvis neck. Where I had been petting Elvis. Said I could put it in one of those clear bulbs for a memento. He gave us time to spend with Elvis alone. And gave us both a hug and said he was so very sorry. My husband ask him how much and he said, we are not going to worry about that now. You can call the office in a couple of days don't worry about that now. He is a wonderful vet. So compassionate and caring. Elvis was an aggressive dog. He did not like strangers. Dr. Cox did not care. He took care of Elvis anyway . Some vets refused to give Elvis shots and care, but not Dr. Cox. I have another dog and he loves going to see Dr. Cox. If you want a good vet, this is the place to go!

I called and asked for a urine test on my male cat. I did confirm prices. I booked an appointment to see a doctor and have his urine checked. When I arrived a tech saw me that decided that not only is there nothing physically wrong with my cat, but when I pressed to have his urine checked, was told "you can't afford it". I have no idea how this woman came to conclusion on what I can and can not afford. I was given "kitty downers". Not told the actual name. When I tried to check out, I was asked for the meds back, and told my paper work had been confused with some one else. There is no way I will give my cat whatever might be in this pill bottle. As I was trying to understand what was happening, another clerk decided to check out someone else where I and my cat carrier were standing. The entire experience was very upsetting and I still have to find another vet that is willing to take my money and test my cat's urine. I am not sure why I was told I would be able to have this test and see a doctor, but the girl checking me out passed the blame off on some one else. I told them they might want to explain to their techs what their pricing systems are and that it is not good business to tell a new customer what they can or can not afford. It is extremely insulting when one is already upset about the health of their pet to not only not get the treatment requested, but to be told one can not afford the treatment. I had asked about pricing the day I booked so I understood the fees involved. If you are looking for a new place to take your animal, keep looking. These people are either unprofessional or cruel, I'm not sure which.

My first experience with All Animal Hospital was with a small dachshund that had her lungs perforated by either a large dog or coyote. It was around 5 a.m. and I left a message on the voice mail that was quickly responded to by Dr. Cox. I explained the situation and he met me at his office shortly afterward, operated on her and saved her life. She was later attacked by another dog that ripped off large amounts of her skin. Once again, her stitched her up and saved her. Any operation he did not feel comfortable in performing, he referred me to clinics that could. We have had many dogs and cats over the years and the only complaint I have had was that it was sometimes difficult to get an appointment because so many people feel the same way I do, keeping Dr.Cox and the other doctors very busy. I tried to use another clinic because I could get in and out faster but the care was sub-par and over priced, so I returned a few years back and will never consider going elsewhere again.

Having been using Dr. Cox and the folks at All Animal to ensure our 4-legged childrens' health for years. Absolutely spectacular vets office . Genuinely care about both the patients and the owners/parents. Have had them treat my Labrador for cancer - referred us to specialist when disease exceeded their capabilities. Always great attitude and patience when explaining things to us or working to solve problem with our pets. Doctors and staff always training, going to school, always seem to be on top of their game. Will stay with All Animal as long as I can !

Took my rescue kitten here to be spayed. Over all great experience. From the lady's at the front desk to vet's assistant / veterinarian were all nice and kind, answering any questions I had. Dr. Cox has been my Vet for a few years now & I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the BEST CARE for their fur babies. I travel from Millington, TN because of the excellent care this group provides. Rachel at the front desk is very helpful in booking appointments around your schedule! Dr. Mobley was very kind and compassionate today with my little Paris who has pancreatitis... he loved on her & held her while she received an IV. Thanks again, Dr. Mobley & Staff!
