Terrible place when it came to putting my babies to sleep!! 15yr old girl was finally needing to go to sleep. I couldn't bring myself to take her in but my husband did and they came right out to the car to give her the shots. Husband was right next to her petting her. Apparently they have her one shot first.... Then she started shaking and pretty my convulsing. Then the Dr put in another shot which did the final kill. Husband was freaked out by what the first shot did that he asked if that was normal and if it was okay....Dr said o ya that's normal and fine. But he said my dog acted so afraid. Then couple months later we had to put our second dog to sleep... Husband took her in and the same thing happened. He said after the first shot my dog was staring in his eyes with huge woke eyes so scared and shaking from the shot that seemed to last a lifetime before the doctor gave the final kill shot. It bothered my husband so much that he didn't tell me what really happened until a year after my dogs were gone because he knew how upset I would b. My babies had to die in fear because the in humane way they put animals to sleep. Please please be sure your animal is asleep before they put in any adrenaline or kill shots in. But to cut costs they leave that shot out. Please for your babies sake go somewhere else or pay extra for the extra shot!!!!!

I give them a two because I drive my dog and cat all the way there from traverse because I grew up there and my family has always brought thier animals there. I called today to make an appointment and the women Sharon was so extremely rude and not willing to help I will never bring my animals back!

Friendley, informative, Doc Waffle is one smart cookie. They do grooming, accupunture, and anything else needed to keep your critter healthy. I send all my friends there.

I took our Puppy in to get spayed, but our vet there determined she had a UTI and we need to wait. I'm really glad they looked her over thoroughly before preforming surgery!

She has been our vet for over 10 years. Very knowledgeable and dedicated to helping not just the animals but their humans as well. Very up to date on the latest technologies but also believes in good old common sense type treatments.
