I felt as though they neglected my animal while he was there. He was released prematurely before the problem was solved so I had to take him in on a emergency phone call a day later. Then when I went to pick him up the second time he was completely covered in his own urine. The vet tech didn’t clean him up, and I have no idea how long he was in that condition. And to top it off after spending about a grand I ended up taking him to a different clinic because the underlining issue still wasn’t resolved. I have had better luck with this other vet and feel as though me and my cat are in more capable caring hands. Spend the extra 10 minutes and take your furry friend to Marquette.

Would give 5 stars except the staff does not seem to understand what 'emergency' means and if they are busy, will tell you to wait 3 days for an appointment for a dog that is having serious trouble breathing or a bloat. I've broached this with them and it hasn't improved. For non-emergency things though, Dr. Shevy is great. She is excellent at diagnosing unusual problems and is one of the best vets in the Marquette area in my opinion.

I have been a customer of Negaunee Vet for a few years now. We have two cats, 1 dog, and a dove, which we purchased two days ago. The kitties and the dog have all been spayed or neutered and had their required vaccines at this clinic. I would not change a thing about the staff or the office. They are always helpful and they make sure that you know all the fine print when it comes to the costs for services or medication. I always know upfront how much it will cost including emergencies and any fees. I think I will always take my animals to Negaunee Vetrinary Clinic, unless I moved a long ways away. It would take me a lot to change clinics.

Do not go to this vet . Dr Rauch says things, then goes back on his word when his mood changes . He tries to make it seem like you are neglecting your pet if you don’t take them to the vet regularly even though the pet is doing great and just needs to continue a medicine for an auto immune disease. It is a pain to keep calling to get a prescription filled that your pet will be on for the rest of their life. This vet is just all about $$ and doesn’t care about your pet. We brought our dog to this vet since 2007 which was day one, even when we moved away and have made special trips back just to see the vet. Thanks for recommending us to get another vet pretty much right before our dog is going to die. It is much appreciated and defiantly a needed stress. It is also Opposite Day Incase you don’t understand sarcasm. STAY AWAY FROM DR RAUCH BY ALL MEANS NECESSARY!!

I normally go here for regular visits for my cat Felix. I love him a lot as most pet owners love their animals so naturally I look for good pet care. I've never had any issues or problems with the clinic, they've always been polite and helpful without breaking the bank. Yesterday, I came home to find my cat felix had managed to get one single toe stuck in a cat toy. Horrified, I tried to get it off. I was sadly unsuccessful and left with a sad aggravated kitty. One of the vets from here was the first vet to answer an emergency vet call. He was very good! The vet had to sedate felix so that he wouldn't be agitate him. The vet was able to get the toy off without any trouble. When the vet was done, we woke felix up and took him home. He's in a much better mood today!!

Such a great place! Loved our puppy Faith’s vet Dr. Cheryl Shevy. She is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail and why she recommended certain shots. The staff is so kind! Very friendly and makes not only the pet feel welcomed, but cares about the owners as well. Cheryl gave some advice on a trip we have coming up , we will definitely be taking her advice.
