We've been taking our dogs there for 2 years now. Each time, we waited in the rooms for 15 -30 minutes for a staff member then another 15 minutes for the vet. Our dogs were so nervous & stressed because they had to wait so long.

Their new building is very nice. I could say something else about the staff there. I have a very anxious and fearful dog. He was due for some updates on his shots. One of these was an oral injection. The woman was trying to administer and my dog was showing his teeth, giving her very fair warning to stop doing what she was doing - it was making him uncomfortable. She ignored my dogs obvious uncomfortable body language and continued to try. My dog jumped and snapped at her face and she started yelling at him, and gave him a kick. This is extremely unacceptable, now my dog is even more traumatized of the vet. If you have a dog who is anxious or fearful AVOID THIS FACILITY. They need to train their technicians on DOG BODY LANGUAGE. I would think that is a very basic thing at an animal hospital... apparently not. Will be finding a new vet.

Amazing people that care about your baby as much as you do!! Reasonable to low cost, exceptional veterinarian services. And there is almost always a friendly pet waiting to welcome you, along with Speedy, the turtle!! It's just an all around great place!

Was very impressed at how fast they saved my little female Yorkie very clean and through. Both dogs loved everyone and had all shots and flea meds too. Price's very reasonable. Needed urgent care thought it would be my entire check and it was less then $100.00 for full blown check up. Two shots and Predazone. She had fluids around her heart and had to be in air conditioning. This is the best she's been in years. The black toxic mold and mildew got her as sick as it did me. Bless this wounderful clinic. Love being in our new home and love my children's new baby Dr.
