Very inconsiderate, does not care one bit about an animal needed to be seen as emergency after hours....if you are not "a current client" they will not see you and tell you to drive over an hour to a pet hospital in Traverse City..and this is the second time I have been turned away...1st time was last summer...will NEVER understand their response to an animal in need! Just unbelievable!!!

While you were busy writing this my dog died in your care being hospitalized which was $50 but nobody’s there all night????? You left her to die alone, she died with no care!!! Ok so April 24 2017 My three dogs had tangled with a porky pine! I called several diff vets after hours .. alpine first called me back Debra she explained about the aspirin etc... and all she cared was the payment.. so as I was able to relax my dogs I got s few quills out.. next day I get a call from Gaylord animal hospital on call dr.. I explained to her I need my dogs seen they can't eat drink they had all kinds of quills in their mouth . She told me to bring them in .. I did she was great with our dogs.. I really appreciate that. But I don't appreciate how they conveniently lost or misplaced my payment .. and had enough nerve to accuse my husband and I. And yet leave messages on my phones admitting that they misplaced it. So time goes on today from the emergency call regarding free advice supposedly. I get a bill 73.00 from another vet who can't see me anymore ummm news flash I never was your client .. and I know Gaylord's rd animal hospital and alpine are. In cahoots . Figure this how convenient alpine never had my address etc.. any how I contacted my attorney and I am prosecuting the vets both of them . A for definition of character , Slander , and the privacy act law. Others I can't mention .. anyhow stay away they are careless with your personal information ad might lose a check and accuse you .. I'll never go there my vet is located in Alpeana I just needed a emergency for my dogs at this time. And I get crap . No one cares for your pets it's about greed and s dollar there are no true love there they don't care about you or your pet. God bless all

Great care and they have the most reasonable prices compared to other vets in Gaylord.They are very nice and thorough with your pets. I will never go anywhere else and feel great trust with them, which is huge! The veterinarian there is awesome and she takes the time to answer your questions and is honest with her recommendations.Some are out just to make a buck and I don't like that,but this place is not and I highly recommend! They just genuinely care:)

Have used this vet clinic for 4 of my 5 dogs, my 5th dog just became ill and told we have no room to see him we are booked solid, we can't help you, go to emergency vet in traverse city!!! Thought this place was top notch, they always have got my dogs in when needed and the vet was great with my dog who had seizures. So to now be treated so rudely I'm amazed... Won't be going back...EVER...

Although I have been using another Veterinary Clinic in town I will return to this clinic because they took me in when my regular vet had me wait almost 2 weeks for an appointment. Thank you!
