The clinic is conveniently located in Somerset center. The clinic is clean, bright and cheerful inside and out. The office is well staffed and organized; however every time we go for routine shots they never miss an opportunity to try and up sell us for expensive extras. This goes over the top with scare and fear tactics selling. The good news is plenty of parking in front with a very friendly knowledgeable staff ready to serve.

This place is amazing! I just had my cat die during labor and they gave me all the information I needed to take care of the kittens that survived. They were understanding and empathetic to my situation. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Love this place and the people who work here.

We went to Spinnaker in Somerset last night, and from the second we walked in the door, I knew I already loved this place. Immediately, they took pepper to be cleaned up (without me even asking) and put us in a room while we wait. The administrator came in and took a very detailed history of my 2 cats, right down to the little details. Then Dr. Flemming came into the exam room, and lowered the lights so my cats would be more relaxed. She talked to them in a soft voice, and explained everything she was doing and why. She spent almost a half hour just talking about their current health, and things to do to make my old cats more comfortable. I was blown away by the attention!! Definitely found my new vet!!

Beyond happy with the vets here <3.. My cat gracie Lou had a sudden emergency and they did everything in there power to help me take care of her which meant sending me somewhere else that was cheaper to get an ultrasound and blood work. (which meant money out of there pocket) when we found out what was wrong with my Gracie Lou I called back amd they booked her an appointment for the very next day and made her a priority to be the 1st animal in surgery the next day. They saved my girl and I will forever be grateful to the Drs and Nurses here.

Very disappointed in a billing issue where i was billed an additional $51.00 at a future appointment where a lab was done on my dog which is expected but i always thought someone would have called within a week of the mistake not add a surprise $51.00 at my next appointment and slide it in on the bill hoping i dont notice..My next issue began when my fiancee and i was adopting a dog and the Agency called them to check on my pets health records and the employee they spoke with stated we had only brought our pet there 1 time and that i refused her heartworm preventative when the reality of it was they was trying to sell me on a flea preventitive even though she wears a seresto collar so yes i declined a product not heartworm preventative.i have at least 4 receipts with her name on it also my towns records of her having her rabies vaccinations since we had her in 2017.Also when the agency spoke worh them they stated we killed my fiancees Service dog and broke her leg..Obviously they have no idea what happens when a 1lb dog is stepped on accidentally by a 185lb adult who is medically retired from the military but thats not an excuse instead they try and paint the picture that we neglect our pets..Spinnaker will never receive another penny of mine or my fiancee..
