Very good place for all pet related checkups and routines. Clean place, easy parking, friendly staff, simple check in and out and accurate billing. This place has good people, they do not pressure you to buy/up sell things. They are always accommodating changes, rescheduling with ease. Doctors are knowledgeable. Everyone is friendly here. Strongly recommend this place for your pet consultations. There is pet boarding available here too.

The staff was very professional and caring. This clinic is not just professional but very caring. Also, the prices for services were reasonable. Furthermore, I have been to some clinics where they " suggested services because they care" when really they just are out for the money. Southborough Veterinary clinic is quite the opposite- realistic, practical, and compassionate :)

Southboro Veterinary Hospital is the best hands down. We would not even consider bringing our pets anywhere else. They treat each animal like they're their only client. From front desk to vet techs to the doctors... everyone is amazing!

The best place to bring your pets. They are so compassionate an helpful. Hands down the best around, I wouldn't go any where else. Extremely helpful filled with compassion from the receptionist, techs an doctor's. My dogs are very hard to work with an they always find a non stressful way to help them. My cat has diabetes an they have helped me in so many ways manage his diabetes an it has been almost a year. They have a very calming way of handling the pet owners who are upset an put them at ease.

The folks are Southborough Vetrinary Hospital are the greatest. Everyone is just wonderful there, and the care is absolutely unparalleled. They are wonderful medical caregivers. For patients, they also offer boarding and care for your pet perfectly. Our dog had the best care there from dealing with health issues to more advanced tests and problems to boarding at Southborough Vet and receiving just the most attentive, loving care. It is really impossible to overstate how great the team is at Southborough Vet!

I originally selected them because of their proximity to home, but I have since moved 3 towns away and continue to bring my dog here because of the friendly and reliable service. We brought our two new cats here for a check up and the staff and Veterinarian were very kind and welcoming. We learned a lot and they answered many of our questions. We got some basic meds for one of our cats and figured we would price compare online to see if we were charged a lot. Well online the meds were even more expensive! They charge a very fair price and do a great job here. Glad to have Southborough Vet in town.

I went here for a second opinion on a recommendation from a friend. I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly, knowledgeable, and informative the Veterinarians were. I was never pressured to purchase services that were not necessary like most animal clinics do. All of my questions were answered. I even called back several times to speak with the Veterinarian about additional questions that I had, and I received a call back within 15 minutes with the answers I was looking for. They are also very accommodating. I don't live close by and on several occasions when I had an appointment they opened early for me and watched my puppy until I got out of work without any extra charges. I found prices to be very comparable to other Animal Clinics in the area, but absolutely worth it. It's rare to find this kind of customer service backed by intelligent people who are extremely good at what they do. I highly recommend dropping in for at least a consultation.
