What a wonderful vet office! Everyone was so kind and treated our pooch with lots of love. He got to each lots of treats while he got his shots and they really went out of their way to make sure he felt safe and happy!

Been going there for many years the staff and Doctors are very caring,We take our Main Coon cats to Dr. Karin Anderson who is phenomenal not to say the other doctors are not but we have delt with her for about 25 years she’s caring ,understanding and even came to our house when it was time to put one of or Maine Coon to sleep knowing that he did not like to travel in the car she made his last day comfortable at home. I would highly recommend Saugus Animal Hospital.

Saugus Animal Hospital is awesome! The doctors & technicians have been so caring to my pets over the years. They explain all charges before I am billed. Very compassionate & gentle with my dog!! Great care!

I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. They are very caring and compassionate and you can tell they care about their patients. They took the time to hand write a card to us after the recent unexpected passing of our dog.
