My husband and I have been taking our 3 cats here since they opened, and we have been nothing but impressed. We have worked with both Dr. Connolly and Dr. Campbell, and love both of them. At my recommendation my mother has brought her 3 dogs here for dental work, and she was so pleased with the care her pets received she has recommended the practice to several other pet owners that she knows. Dr. Connolly and Dr. Campbell are both willing to sit and answer any questions you have, and will explain things in a way you can understand. It is obvious that all the staff there love animals! The facility is always incredibly clean. I would recommend Riverlin Animal Hospital to any pet owner that loves their animal and wants nothing but the best care for them.

Wonderful, caring, attentive, approachable staff. Our Ragdoll fur babies were recently spayed/neutered. Their recovery was easier than we could have imagined! Staff even took the time to call the next day and check in on them. GREAT staff. Highly recommended!

My wife and I took our dog here recently and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The vet was also very friendly and knowledgeable as well. He also took the extra time with our dog to make her feel comfortable. I am very impressed with their goal to try to make things affordable by not always pushing vet medicine or drugs through direct sales. From here on out this is my new vet!

They are an uncommon breed, especially in Mass, and Dr. Knapp has always been able to provide exceptional care while answering all of my questions with substantive answers. I use to love this place. My friend from Millbury referred me to them since she lives in Millbury and I also work in Millbury. It wasn’t until today when I realized how this place has drastically changed. Its all about the mighty dollar now, not the love for our animals. I’ll start by saying that my dog was knawing at his right ear. I wasn’t sure if it was his tooth or ear? I immediately called Riverlin. They said I would have to pay a $28 emergency fee right away or wait. I obviously didn’t want to wait..., so they referred me to their partners in Auburn at Hiilside. The receptionist was extremely nice , but also added &28 for a emergency fee but I wouldn’t be seen until 1 pm. I decided to go with Riverlin since their appointment was earlier with the emergency fee. It wasn’t until I got there and saw NOBODY in their parking lot and asked why should I get charged an emergency fee when no one is here? The receptionist told me it’s up to the doctor. I questioned the veterinarian and she replied that a customer was running late. Around 20 minutes later a car finally pulled up. I ended up paying over $200 and the veterinarian wasn’t sure if it was an ear infection or not . She did see a little inflammation. She recommended ear drops if I wanted...obviously I’ll take anything to make my dog feel comfortable. Even though I was extremely unhappy with this place I still paid for tick&flea protection and blood drawn for heartworm and I also bought heartworm pills . I spoke to one of the doctors from Hillside that was very rude to me. She kept over talking so I couldn’t get a word in. She actually blamed her partner. My suggestion is don’t become a veterinarian for just the money....I will never go back there again.

Such a great experience! We were in need of a new local Vet and was highly recommended to call Riverlin by a friend. When i called I got an immediate appointment and it was for a time that works with my hectic schedule! I had them test my dog for heartworm which was something he has had in the past and they called me the very next morning by 9am with the results! I can't even begin to explain the relief I now have knowing my dog is healthy and I don't have to wonder all day at working waiting for my vet to call. Thank you!

Great Vet. Love Riverlin! We bring our dog Murphy to Riverlin. Vets are nice, compassionate and thorough. Our dog had a reaction to the lyme vaccine and the vet prescribed a pain med, which helped him through his reaction. We took him off the vaccine.

Our boxer received the best care and love possible when he was diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Campbell tried his best to keep our baby comfortable. We had surgery done to remove the tumor, but the cancer had spread. Dr. Campbell helped us through a very difficult time and made sure that our baby wasn't in pain. We also have a husky and a boxer/lab mix that go to this facility. The team of professionals are loving and friendly and provide the best care for our furry kids! Highly recommend this team!

I've been taking my 2 dogs here for the last couple of months, and I'm very happy to be doing so...and so are my dogs! The staff are very friendly and accomodating. They go out of their way to provide the best service. Also, and this is the thing I love the most, there is a very "personal touch" feel to the clinic. Sort of like Cheers..."Everybody knows your name" and the names of your four-legged kids (two-legged too!!) I could go on and on about how much I like Riverlin, but I've got to get my dog over there for an appointment. I highly recommend!

I have a pug/beagle mix and I'm a very difficult dog-father. My dog had a rough year before Riverlin. He went through a traumatic neck surgery with tons of after care, prescriptions, and complications. When it came to picking a new vet in light of all the TLC my little guy would need, I was very particular. After a recommendation and some googling, I brought him in for the first visit and the doctor (Dr. Campbell) was personable, knowledgeable, and comfortable to work with. The first visit was no charge. My next visit was for an eye surgery. My fear was that while he was under, the doctors might turn his neck in a way that would reverse rehab progress. The doctors assured me they would take all precautions. I was very nervous. My nervousness was unwarranted. I received my boy back in the timeframe promised within the budget discussed and with complete professionalism. My dog showed no signs of neck injury complications. I took him in three weeks later for an eye irritation follow up. They fit me in same-day. Dr. Campbell did not charge me for the "after care" visit and was extremely friendly and comforting. I have never seen him or anyone on staff anything less than professional. I would highly recommend these folks for all of your pet care needs. My dog is an excessive case and I'm a tough parent to deal with but these guys have my full confidence. This speaks volumes. Thank you, Riverlin for restoring my faith in pet medicine. Dr. Campbell has been my only doctor from day one and this, too, was very comforting. These guys deserve recognition for outstanding work. They earn it.

Even after moving 40 minutes away, I'll always bring my pets here. The staff takes care of my cat, Squid, as if he were their own and the veterinarians are knowledgeable and understanding. Beyond this, their parking lot is large and easy to get in/out of which is perfect when you have an animal who hates car rides.
