I absolutely love this place. I did a lot of research prior to choosing this animal hospital and I am so glad I did that. They've been nothing but kind and responsive to all our needs. My puggle has recently gone through surgery for cancer and even though I was a huge pain in the bum calling almost everyday with concerns, they were responsive with a smile. I was even able to text photos of his incisions to one of their team members to ease my mind on the look of them.

I can't say enough good things about Medway Animal Hospital. From the people at the desk to the technicians and of course the Doctors. They are all absolutely fantastic. I have 3 dogs, and had a couple of others that I brought there (who have since past) I would never bring my pets to anyone else. They take the time and patience, and truly care about every animal that comes into there place. When you walk in you are greeted by very friendly people, who you can tell are definitely animal lovers. I could go on and on about this place, because they are ALL absolutely amazing. I have to give a special shout out to Dr Olsen who has gone above and beyond for our dog Pete, to me she's unbelievable and so wonderful. If you are looking for a place to bring your pet and want your pet to be treated very special, and the way you would, this is definitely the place to bring your pet. One more thing, they not only are kind and caring, but are very knowlegable and won't give up until they know what is going on with your pet. You won't be sorry. They are the BEST.

This is a great place to take your loved one,they help with any pets you have,great staff and doctors are available to help your every need, from heart worm pills to any medications for your pet. My one gripe is they always have to wait about 45 minutes to be seen. No matter what time of day my appointment is. Most of the vets there I really like and worth the wait.... Would be nice to be able to get in and out of there a little quicker but that's how it goes pretty often.

If you’re looking for high quality care, (and frankly, who isn’t?) for your beloved pet THIS is where you’ll want them to go! The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. As for the vets themselves, we have only dealt with Dr. Robinson over the years (25 years at that!) for one reason: He is amazing! We have never encountered a more capable, understanding, qualified and sincere doctor than Michael Robinson. If only our PCP’s could take a few que’s from him!!! Mike Robinson is indeed the Tri Valley regions veritabke Dr. Dolittke as, to be certain, he simply can and does “talk to the animals” in the most delightful way. Please don’t hesitate to entrust your pet’s care to Medway Animal Hospital.

WOW what an amazing staff. Dr. Bald was amazing. I never felt like there was a specific length to my appointment. Usually at a vet they rush you in and out in order to get in as many appointments as possible. Dr. Bald was fantastic and really listened to my concerns and had some of her own as well. She and the tech that came to do tests on my cat were fawning over how well behaved he was. This was my first visit but they already felt like family. Can't say enough good things about this practice.

Our little 3 month old Australian puppy mix absolutely loves when we have to visit Medway Animal Hospital. Everyone is always so welcoming and there is never a long wait. Dr. Bald is very caring and spends quality time making sure our pup is healthy. Our favorite Vet Tech is Katelyn, she is always there to greet us with the biggest smile and gives the perfect belly rub. Her distraction tactics are on point when we need our shots. It is a busy office and had to wait a little bit but the doctor takes their time with your pet. We saw Dr. Bald and she was very caring and thorough. The staff are all very nice and work hard to make sure your pet is treated well. Would definitely recommend.

I have been taking my beloved dogs and cats to Mike Robinson and his staff, since 1993 when I moved to Medway! I was reluctant at first because I felt a loyalty to the vet I had been going to for the previous 12 years in Natick. When I called my former Vet it turned out he had been Mike Robinson's teacher and recommended him with glowing certainty!! He was so right! I love the staff, the vets (especially Mike and Meryl), desk crew, vet techs and wonderful Melissa the office manager who has been there the entire time, as has Meryl and Laurie, a wonderful vet tech. The longevity of the people who work there really says alot! I have always felt welcomed (and if I call with a question I have been responded to quickly by phone). The atmosphere in the waiting room is warm-people interact, which is a bonus but also tells alot about how people feel being there. What stands out ABOVE ALL is their competence, kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. I always feel listened to during appts and never feel rushed! When my Beloved Golden MIkey needed to go to his final sleep, they came to my house so he wouldn't have to be frightened. They did the same 12 1/2 year later with my next Golden - Honey Bear. But above all is that I TOTALLY believe my pets (and I) are SAFE, CARED ABOUT and get EXCELLENT care in their hands! Since I started with Mike and Medway Animal Hospital, I have moved twice-to Franklin and now Upton and would never even consider changing my Vet!!
