Very friendly, professional service offered here. We were referred here when our old vet was detained, and we've since switched here. They are true animal lovers. The facility is lovely. The reception, techs and doctors are all kind and patient. I highly recommend them!

Wish I could give them zero stars. I know this is a long review....short version is stay away!!! For three years I told our vet that my dog would limp periodically after a long walk or afternoon at the park. Each time I told them, the vet would say don't worry he's probably just sore. After telling them that this is not normal, they had to sedate my adult dog for x-rays and then gave him back to be while he was still under sedation and ushered me out the door. I literally had to carry my dog out to my car. Not only that the 700 dollar x-rays were inconclusive. They told me that it was due to a degenerative condition that German Shepherds develop with age (he was five). She told me that this was the beginning and there was no way to tell how quick he would go. Took him for a second opinion and within five minutes the other vet knew my dog had a partial tear of his ACL. Over 5 years later the dog is still doing well and is now almost 11. We also brought our other dog here as a puppy. He had several visits in his first year for vaccinations. Each time he would see someone different, there was no consistency. When he was about five months old we noticed a bump on his snout. We asked the vet at our regular visit for a vaccination and was told "no big deal" and that it was probably a mole. Obviously we took the advise of the professionals and didn't worry about it. About a month later we went back for the next series of vaccines. We pointed out the bump again to this doctor, who immediately had a look of panic on his face after examining it. We brought him for to a specialist and within a week he was having surgery to have a tumor removed which we learned after was cancerous. I will drive a little further for quality care.

Best vet in area and would not bring my Layla anywhere else. Great feature is that Toureen doggie day care is right next door which is the best for day care as well.

Great and caring staff.

Sabrina Duffy

Friendly and helpful staff. A bit expensive and longer wait times but we are confident in the experience of the vets here

This place gets ZERO stars from me. I dropped my dog off this morning for a spay and without my authorization they went and performed a removal of her hernia as well and tried to charge me an additional 75$ for a procedure I didn’t ask to be done. While on the phone with them, my girlfriend was at the establishment picking up our dog and they began giving her attitude, claiming she refused to pay when that was not the case at all. While on the phone with a manager who did not give her name she told me there was nothing they could do and that essentially we could leave without paying, but if we did we would be banned from their hospital as well as our clinic associated with them.. they then blamed me for the misunderstanding. All that was said about the hernia to me was if I was aware about it. How does that translate to we are doing an operation to remove it ? After being transferred to ANOTHER “manager” who told me she spoke to her higher up they again said they could do nothing and then proceeded to tell me that my girlfriend, who was waiting there not saying anything, was threatening her staff saying she would beat them up. They not only performed a surgery that was not asked to do they also made false accusations. We asked numerous times for the persons name that made the accusations and they said they didn’t know. We asked for managers names and again, they didn’t know. We called the cops, and wow how fast did they change up. In the blink of an eye, we had every ones names in hand, and all of a sudden the charge that they could not do anything about was erased from the invoice. After all of this, being accused, being blamed and dealing with my dog having a surgery I didn’t ask for, we have been banned from the clinic we have going to for 5 years over something that was not even my fault to begin with. This place is a joke, horribly run, and they do not care what so ever about their customers. Please save your time and go somewhere else.

great care for our dog, open weekends, vets spend time with the animals and they even took a photo which appears on the dog's files and any prescriptions!

NEWCOMERS STAY AWAY!!! This place ENDS their dedication to you and your pet at the door. You’d be better off finding a Veterinarian office that understands and is dedicated to the FULL life cycle of your animal. Veterinarians charge us pet owners hundreds to implant microchips and this center considers scanning a microchip “above their duty” and will provide ZERO assistance in helping get your STOLEN pet back. Adam Boardman saw & administered vaccines to my 15 year old microchipped cat with a heart condition and when notified the folks he handed my elderly cat to had actually STOLEN him, Adam Boardman, being the ONLY “professional” to have knowledge of the whereabouts of my STOLEN & OLD cat with a HEART CONDITION, chose, despite •common decency• as a human being (forget being in a field supposedly dedicated to animals) to remove himself from helping get my cat back home, summing it up as a “neighborhood squabble”. Adam Boardman is overly sensitive, easily intimidated by animal thieves (he actually told us they were VERY nice people), and overzealous of his contributions to the Veterinary Sciences. Find an office dedicated to more than vaccines and pictures with puppies for social media. There are way too many frauds in the field where animals need advocates. Adam Boardman is a J O K E!

Great customer service, the vet techs and Veterinarians are so kind and helpful. They are willing to spend as much or as little time as you need and are willing to answer any questions you may have.

I have been a doggy daddy all my life and had several vets. These vets are great! They are not yet so hardened that they have lost touch on thier human side yet they treat every case and concern with puppy gloves.

The best. The best is never cheap, BTW, if you didn't already know.

I have a theory about vet's offices. There are the old fashioned, one-vet kind, usually small, a little dingy, but cheaper and they treat you like family. Then there are the big shiny fancy ones with many vets (often not staying long), convenient but expensive and not always very warm. This place gives you the best of both worlds. It's large and has several vets yet they know you and are polite and helpful. Our vet Dr. Boardman is fantastic: thorough, down-to-earth and kind, even with our often ill-behaved critters. They are open 7 days a week (yes really) which means eventually you'll save a bundle not having to go to the emergency vet (such as the Sunday when our dog ate the corncob). I've been to lots of vets and this is one of the best I've encountered.
