We were nervous about finding a new vet when moving to the area. There's always a concern that they won't be as good as the last one. We were pleasantly surprised when we came to Leominster animal hospital. The staff is always pleasant and greets you like you've been there forever. The vets all deeply care about our animals and it really shows. It doesn't matter who you get here, your pet will be taken care of right

I have been taking my elderly dog Coco there for many years. Anna and her helper Carol treat my dog as if he were there own. He is very relaxed there and just loves the both of them. If you are looking for a good friendly groomer, I highly recommend this place. :)

Last year was our first visit with our dog. Dr. Fecchia was awesome, took his time with us, answered all our questions and welcomed us right into the practice. I even sent a thank you note when we got home because I was so impressed and so pleased with the experience there. This year I brought my dog for her annual wellness exam and we saw a female Dr. Right when we were brought into the room the vet techs went at my dog without greeting her. She was wet, her nails were long and she was very anxious. The techs could see this with her and my dog got aggressive, having new people come at her without being greeted. During this, the female doctor came in, sawthe anxiety with my dog and did the same thing. My dog began barking and trying to bite after both these episodes and immediately we were being lectured on behavioral issues based on this 5 mins experience. I had explained this isn’t like her, she’s never behaved like this before and the vet got defensive and responded with, “it’s not me I’ve been working with dogs for over 20years”. If the techs and vet had approached her and said hi to her before trying to grab her, this wouldn’t have happened. She told me my dog needed Prozac and questioned how she is with our young kids. When I tried to answer her and explain she’s great with kids and strangers, she kept interrupting me. Needless to say, I left the visit very disappointed and very host, crying in the car on our way home. Yesterday, I called first thing in the morning to ask questions about bites my dog got the night before and again was interrupted, not given much of a chance to speak and was told to “google it”. I tried to question what the tech Debbie was telling me and she kept interrupting me and couldn’t get off the phone fast enough. We also sent her to be groomed last summer, I was quoted one price (similar to what I currently pay) and was charge $15 more and her haircut came out horrible. I will NEVER bring my dog bag here again, such a disaapointment after our first visit. Currently looking for a new vet.

I highly recommend Leominster Animal Hospital. My pets have received excellent care here over the years from very compassionate, skilled technicians & doctors. There's even a groomer on site. Location is convenient also!

$200 bill for a 10 minute visit. Was not given a reason for my dogs ailment, just told it could be multiple things. I found out more info on google - will never be bringing my pets here again. They care about your money not your animals.

I called with an true emergency.I was a client of theirs with my previous dog. My dog was having trouble breathing and turning blue. I was placed on a hold just for them to tell me the Dr said to go to Westford. A 40 minute drive. My dog was blue!!! Luckly for VCA Lancaster he was seen imidiatley and is well today!!!

Shout out to Leominster Animal Hospital. Took my cat in Thursday. The doctor called me yesterday to check on her and see if she is improving. They called again today for the same information. Yes, she is improving. It is sort of a conundrum. On one end, I hate getting phone calls. On the other, I am amazed in 2016, customer service is so amazing. Glad to see that this business seems concerned with it's patients!
