Can't thank the staff enough for helping me. My 14yr old dog needed to be euthanized but was terrified of the vet. They had me park my van outside and did the procedure in my van for me. She wasn't scared at all and went peacefully. Awesome doctors and staff

Staff was great. Explained everything that was going to happen. When we went to pick up my dog they explained the post op care in detail. Very attentive to the animals. They called on the second post op day to check in and see if we had any questions.

Awesome doctors and staff. My family unfortunately had to put down our 14 year old dog yesterday and the doctor was very sweet and carefully explained the entire procedure so we’d all understand what was going to happen. We woke up this morning and saw that they had sent us a bouquet of flowers with their condolences. I highly recommend taking your pets here.

Said they could fit my pup in later in the day. Called to let them know I was otw. Said I wasn't in the system to be seen today... so I made an appointment for the next day. We show up and AGAIN I'm not in the system!! Said I could wait in the waiting room for an opening. If she could go one more day without being seen I would make an appointment elsewhere!

I brought my dog here several years ago. She was very skiddish(which i told staff before visit) when we got into the room she became scared and wanted to run away. The way i was treated and spoken to about my dogs behavior was absolutly unacceptable. The vet dr.w was absolutley disrespectful and has no customer service skills. Someone who works with animals and people should have more compassion. Its been years but i will never forget this to this day. I would never reccomend this vet to anyone. The lack of professionalism and customer service was an atrocity

Had 2 female great dane 6 months old spaded there. No one overnight to watch them when they stayed there.One died the other was bleeding out her nose but made it.Wanted full payment for both puppys...i would not bring any animal there ever again. EVER

Dr Wolfthal has been awesome helping me understand and manage some of the issues my animals have had over the years and their rates are quite reasonable. I highly recommend them and couldn't imagine bringing my animals anywhere else.
