Many, many thanks to Dr. DeMarco for her competence and kindness in helping us with our new stray cat. The cat was very sick and required a number of diagnostics to figure out what was going on. Those can add up! Dr. DeMarco knew just which to do first to help us get useful information before we committed to the rest of the diagnostics. Well, the first thing she suggested told us all we needed to know. She helped our whole family, calming and thoroughly explaining what our pet was experiencing and not rushing us at all (and we were taking up an exam room for a WHILE unexpectedly). We are very grateful to Dr. DeMarco and Kingston Animal Hospital for helping us and our pet.

Do not bring your pets here. I brought my 10 y/o dog for an issue with her eye, vet did a routine physical and didn't even test her eyes, told me her eyes were changing because of age, prescribed an eye drop with steroids for a week, after that didn't work I was told to continue with the eye drops for another week, I felt like this was going against the warnings on the prescription so i made an appointment at another animal hospital. As soon as I walked in the new office they looked at my dogs chart and was shocked a simple routine eye test was not preformed before a steroid was prescribed. They preformed a dye test and determined my dog has an ulcer on her eye and that the steroid that was prescribed would cause more damage and would not help. The Veterinarian at the Kingston office had completely disregarded my dog and showed no concern with her health and welfare except to make money off of products that they continued to offer me. I highly advise seeking care somewhere else

I've been going to Kingston Animal Hospital for over 20 years. I currently use Dr. Davis and Dr. DeMarco for my dog and cat, and recommend both of them. Dr. DeMarco is very calming, and she tends to make you feel better if you are there for a health issue with your pet.

I had to put my 15 year old fur baby Booboo down today. This is not the 1st time I have had to do this with a fur baby in my lifetime, but it was the best,easy and most compassionate experience I have ever gone thru. Right from my phone call to my interaction with the receptionist,then the veterinary technician and the vet herself! I have never had such a compassionate loving and caring staff they treated both me and my fur baby so kindly and caring. Then you could have knocked me over with a feather at the cost! The best most reasonable fees around. Why would anyone go anywhere else? These are more reasons why I keep returning to The Kingston Animal Hospital.

I have been very dissapointed with the service here. One receptionist is quite cold and unhelpful. For those of you who are watching your pocketbooks don't go here. I have been told I would only be charged for vaccinations, and walked out with a bill for an exam which did not even occur. You rarely get to see the same veterinarian, and they always try to push products and procedures onto your bill. We're not going back here.
