DO NOT GO HERE! We were patients here for a year and have had nothing but bad experiences. First off the vet here dr. Henderson is very abrasive to the point we're here staff isn't that fond of her, she is out of touch on her thinking and our new vet disagrees with a lot of her advise. 2nd she gave our dog a cortisone shot to try and help her allergies and she ended up breaking out in hives and haveing a bad reaction to it. Dr. Henderson blamed the grass!? The same grass she had been playing in for a year and never had a reaction to. The last straw was when our dog spent all night throwing up, we called when they opens to try and squeeze her in for a visit. We were turned away because they were "over booked". So obviously new patients were more important then a current one. She is the worst vet we've been to and we will never step foot in there again! I suggest you do the same!

Not a bad place. Got seen almost 40 mins after my appt time. After arriving plenty early. Staff was friendly. Vet was a bit abrasive. Facilities are clean. Prices are good. Place is a bit unorganized. But overall not a bad place to bring your pets.

Dr. Henderson has been our vet for more than 14 years. She took care of Ozzy, our chocolate lab, from when we got him at nine months old; until we finally had to release his arthritis ridden body to send him over the rainbow bridge. Her staff was always so sweet and attentive. She has also taken care of our 2 Rotties and a crazy 18 year old Jack Russell/ Chihuahua. I would not take any of our animals anywhere else!

Me n my husband brought our masstiff here cuz he has a huge lump on his ear n clearly they was assuming what it could be but they didn't know for that 3 min visit cost us 180 really n said oh we will call u to give u price for surgery it will be 1.800 how u gonna assume something n then price it n say well wellaybeweit can be cancer or a tumor I can't say but with surgery will tell u are u kidding me on to the next really vet doctor

My dog and I are very comfortable here, the doctor and the staff are compassionate. They only give your animal the tests and shots that are necessary. Wouldn't think of bringing my dog anywhere else.

Dog killed by Holyoke Animal Hospital by over vaccination and when my dog became unconscious and I called to bring him in, 10 minutes from my house, the told me they were too busy so I should take him to Springfield during rush hour. He died on the way to Springfield. Dr Henderson has very poor diagnostic skills. Anything outside of the standard shots and simple medical procedures, you are risking your pets life.

They are very kind and caring about your pets. My cat has cancer and they called me to see how my cat was doing about a week later! The Veterinarian knows her stuff and doesn't try to do all these tests or treatments just to increase the bill.

This place killed my dog. Brought my German Shepard in to have his teeth cleaned. Then the vet called and said my dog died. Turns out they overdosed my dog on anesthesia during the teeth cleaning!
