Our rescued coonhound has always been well cared for here, and she is by far one of the most scared and reactive dogs I've ever had. They understand how to truly give the dog and owner a stress free experience from beginning to end. Their pricing is beyond fair and they listen to your concerns thoroughly. I would recommend this to anyone. I've seen them in action from emergency visits to routine care and they're great all around. Well done Heal and thank you for taking such good care of our pup.

Caring, knowledgeable service. Prices are reasonable, there is parking behind the building. I have had the feeling every time that i was the only client there. Dr. Leef takes time to get to know the animal and its human, and answers questions frankly. The other staff have the same open, humane and cheerful approach. I'm delighted to have found this vet.

I have a rescue cat who tends to bite and swipe at new people, especially vets and vet techs. I couldn't believe how calm she was at Heal with Dr. Kristie and Erin! They took such good care of her. She let them cut her nails with almost no complaints and didn't even make a peep when she got her rabies shot. I'm so glad to have found this clinic for my kitty! Can't recommend enough!

We recently switched to Heal upon a recommendation by fellow members of our dog training group. So happy that we did! My rescue, Blue, is a quirky dog. Dr. Leef and the team made our transition to Heal seamless. We were greeted by warm and welcoming exam rooms and Blue got plenty of treats, so that won him over. Dr.Leef got on the floor and got to know Blue and I to conduct her exam. And after every visit, they follow up shortly after to check on Blue. They are so professional and clearly care about their clients. Couldn't recommend a better place to take your pet!

A friend recommended this vet to me after I was having problems getting a quote from my current vet for a procedure and starting to get frustrated after over a year with an undiagnosed problem with my dog. It meant driving instead of walking but I trust this friend so I gave it a shot. SO GLAD I DID. I don't even know where to start. The offices are clean and nice but in a home-y way. The doctor is casual and knowledgeable and they have an assistant to take notes while you talk. My picky dog scoffed at their treats so they brought her a bag of steamed chicken. They took x-rays then let me come back and take a look so we could talk about them. You pay in the room so you don't have to fumble with a leash at the counter, they email you a summary of what you talked about so you can actually process it later or remind yourself or share it with your partner and they ordered her meds online and had them shipped to our house. I mean, really, can they open a pediatrician's office too? Primary care? Can we all just go to the vet now?

Heal has been a godsend for me and my family. We started going there when one of my dogs suddenly stopped being able to walk, and then again when another one of my dogs got bitten by a friend's dog. Heal has also worked with All Dog Rescue, who I volunteer with, and they have seen and treated my foster dogs. At this point I've worked with Dr. Kristie, Dr. Leef and Dr. Vo, and everyone, including Arianna and Capricia at the front desk, and the vet techs have been wonderful. Their fear-free model minimizes the stress on my rescues and the foster dogs I bring in. Their rooms look like mini living rooms, which helps minimize the stress on my pups. I also love how I get a copy of the visit report by the time I check out, and the office always follows up with me by phone to check in on how my dogs are doing after any sort of procedure. These folks are fantastic and I look forward to having Heal Vet Clinic look after my dogs for a long while to come.

Last summer my mother had brought her dog to Dr. Kristie to be fixed and I have heard nothing but the best about Heal. I was told from the moment my my mother walked in they were treated with the utmost care and compassion. They were absolutely 100% professional from the update phone calls and helping my mother understand what was occurring at all the different stages of her dog going under to be fixed. They alleviated any fears and or apprehension and my mother knew she was in a great place. A clean environment and extremely friendly staff made it so Heal is the only place I would refer someone too and cannot thank you guys enough if I could give more than five stars I would. Threatening abusive, avoid at all costs. Had problems with quotes for fees, no emails returned. Stopped by to see why call person was rude inappropriate. Immediately threatened by co owner in front of customers, left, was assaulted physically by male owner threatened. I'd advise any person to avoid this place and never engage in business or dealings with them. Filing business complaints and medical license complaints. Avoid this place period. There is serious mental health issues by staff and owners. Do not ever take your animal here whatsoever.

Dr. Kristy was great! Our cockapoo had a cut on his foot pad, and she was so gentle with him and gave us an easy-to-follow treatment regimen. The space is so much more welcoming than our previous vet, and the staff was great to work with - our dog was at ease throughout, and he might actually not mind going back. Would recommend!

Stop looking for a new vet. Heal is the best. My cat hates the vet, but Heal has a special cat room where the vets sit on the floor and play with my cat to make him feel safe. My cat is 20, and I thought his time was limited, but Heal turned him into a new (healthy) cat. Also, they have allowed payment plans and don't try to price gouge you. 10/10 recommend.

With a newly adopted puppy, we've been to Heal quite a few times in the last month. All of the staff there are extremely knowledgable and helpful, going above and beyond by giving park recommendations, etc. My dog is so comfortable with them and can't wait to say hi each time. I think she still has no idea they give shots there, because they're so stealthy while she's distracted by treats and toys. Shout out to the ladies at the front desk who always check up on us post-visit and answer all my new-dog-mom questions with compassion when I have a concern.

We just had the best vet visit at Heal Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Mientka and her team are excellent and made us feel completely comfortable and at ease, even when we needed to do some testing that I was worried about for our dog! Our pup was so comfortable with their in room care, that he actually fell asleep while we were chatting about his health history! The team works with patients in one room with comfy chairs and beautiful pet photography on the walls. The doctor and tech actually sat on the floor with our dog for most of the visit and truly made us feel at ease. We walked out the door with a great plan of action and test results nearly instantly. Also-- we didn't break the bank near as bad as we have in the city (and it was basically the same distance away timing wise!) HIGHLY RECOMMEND HEAL!

I had a bad experience. The visit came out to be a bit too expensive and I was sold chews and treats that I didn’t need. Make your own judgement when they sell you treats and offer extra examination. Would not recommend, feel like a total rip off.

Always friendly and helpful! We took our dog, Dusty, in for a check-up for the first time at Heal Clinic and he came back heartworm positive. Over the last three months we've seen them on a regular basis and have always had a pleasant experience even when we're dealing with a stressful situation like heartworm.
