We have been taking our dog to the Have a Heart Animal Hospital for the past 4 years The practice was highly recommended to us. The doctors and the staff are all remarkable and attentive at his visits. We had a bit of a scare last year where we rushed him to the hospital as we thought he was having some sort of seizure. Thankfully we found that it was reverse sneezing and happens with some dogs. Dr. Grambow took the time to explain what was going on as well as providing literature to read. I would wholeheartedly recommend the practice.

Receptionist was rude and argumentative, when I explained the severity of my pet situation she proceeded to ask for an email and then stated that she didn’t have the time right maybe give me a quote for Monday or Tuesday which wasn’t even guaranteed then informed me that she wasn’t just sitting around doing nothing. Wasnt empathic at all to my pets diagnosis. How can you have people working like that in your practice?!

If You want to be ripped off when you are in need by unprofessional, rude, people that should barely give vaccinations, when your pet is in need, YOU GUT THEM!!!!! There prices are more than triple any reputable vet, like Deerfield Animal Hospital, and countless others, and it goes way beyond my experience. They are horrible with customers, have out dated equipment, and love to charge by your emotions!! Think im joking?? Ill Post the quotes on a dedicated site to warn people of these scam artists!! Do not let them rip you off triple what the proceed er should cost ,because they play on our emotional love for animals. Never mind there equipment is so outdated you could purchase on craigs list!!! BEWARE

Very helpful and easy going vet office that does not push the "spend, spend, spend or you must not love your pets enough" attitude you get from most vets. Actually the total opposite of that twice I have been told you can get this pricey test to be sure of something but it is not really neccesay as this med will fix testable problem or do nothing at all with no adverse effects for much less money !! What doctor, dentist, or vet ever tried to save you money ? This is the only one I have ever met ! And they were correct in both cases the meds cured issues with no expensive tests

I have two skinny old cats, am new to the area and have now taken both cats in for a checkup. They are always very pleasant -on the phone, upon arrival and during the exam. Very pleasant -I felt like they did really care. Dr. W. Grambrow has great expertise and is very careful to explain his approach and necessary testing. Also, the technicians and administrators are competent and timely in doing their job. They have a great referral program.

My dog was very sick and even though Have A Heart Animal Hospital was not my regular vet, they immediately saw my little patient. Dr. Grambow is very sensitive to your pet's needs and also considers your wallet. On a follow up visit I dropped off a urine sample from my pet which accidentally leaked out the container onto the receptionists desk. She was very compassionate and quick in her clean up which made me feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
