Saturday appointments available, appointments can be made through a phone app, solid win. Very clean and modern looking on the interior. Our cat Lucy, while she doesn't get out of the house often, (indoor cat) the vet helped her feel as comfortable as possible in a brand new environment. Went in for a routine yearly exam, no blood work needed, so it was only around $100 for the visit. Well worth the health of our Lucy Meow.

There's a mixed bag over here. Some of the employees are very good. It's more the pricing than anything else that is not satisfactory. If you go for an office visit with your pet and get a bunch of immunizations and you schedule another shot for several weeks later so that your pet does not have too many injections once you will be charged an additional fee for a person who is already making a salary or hourly wage. This just seems like price gouging

They put my cat under sedation.never warning us of any side effects. He died on the table. They brought him back. He was blind for three days, and couldn't keep his balance. He is better now, but he will never be the same. There were other options, and had they warned us if the dangers if ketamine, which is what they gave him. We would have chosen to go another route! Question everything they do!

Wonderful, caring staff and vets. When my dog was attacked by another dog late at night I called my previous vet’s office the next morning to have him seen. He was not in distress nor was it emergent. I just want his bite marks cleaned and looked at. My vet could not get me in and since it was a Friday suggested I go an ER. My neighbor brought their pets to East Spfld and they were able to get my dog in that same day, never having seen him before. Three pets later and I have never gone elsewhere. I even live 45 minutes away and still bring my dog there!

I find this to be a very good Veterinary Hospital. This is a decent location with parking onsite. The appointments are flexible and the hours are great. Dr. Anderson was very nice and informative and very good with my Dog. All of the Techs and Staff were very friendly and welcoming. I found their pricing to be very reasonable. I definitely recommend going here if you’re looking for a new Vet.

Brought my dogs here for a few years, pretty good care but appointments were stacked, slightly hurried. In late 2017 I called because my dog was getting a swollen, distended abdomen. We (my wife and I) made contact 3 times out of concern - all 3 times we should have heard back promptly for an appointment tone but we did not hear back once. Long story short we waited to hear, but his stomach got larger rapidly so we reached out quickly to Westover Animal Hospital and were seen immediately, and treated unbelievably well. Cooper had CHF as best could be told. We used meds for a short period of time but couldn’t keep up with his disease process and Cooper died in March. I can’t recommend or respect a medical entity that ignored 3 pleas for help for a dog that was clearly uncomfortable and unwell - and still send “reminders” for check ups after Coopers been dead for 4 months. I had to call and remind them of the issue and that Cooper is gone (and out other dog will never be back in their care).

All of my babies have been patients of Dr. Anderson’s. He has always been kind, honest, and extremely knowledgeable. He even asks about the kids when I’ve ran into him in public. When the apple of my eye, my 5lb Yorkie, needed her teeth cleaned and almost all of her teeth extracted, to say I was nervous was an understatement. I myself, am a dental hygienist, so I know the importance of oral health. Dr. Hersman was overseeing Jada’s surgery. He was warm and reassuring that my baby would do well. That was two years ago, as Jada is thriving! The tech in charge of the procedure was highly skilled and educated! I appreciated every aspect of their time before, during and after treatment. ESVH accepts care credit, which helps immensely for some of those more costly visits, like major dental surgery. The veterinarian techs are welcoming, kind, and helpful. The receptionists are very explanatory, personable, and great at helping to get us seen and treated for those last minute appointments. We lost a cat unexpectedly in 2012. Even though he was treated at VCA, my family received a very kind and thoughtful card several days after he passed. My family loves and appreciates all of the care we’ve received, and look forward to our continued relationship!

i have a cat that i love more then life,,,and he is little over weight 28lbs.. big cat he just turned 13 and i get so scared that u know.... ty god is his healthy but this staff is unreal all of them ..i bring him in every 3 months now just in case and all i can say dr chiminello sorry if misspelled.and in the past 2 years i know will misspell this 1 rofl ,,dr dgetluck yes i did know d be4 the g but anyway sorry side tracked,,,, are the bestttttttttttt as is every 1 there and God bless you all for what u do,,,, from jay the owner of nikki the 30lb big boy and if he could talk, he say same thing.. very kind and gentle.....thank you but it is jay the owner of nikki i dont know y said keith... and to bruce so sorry to hear about your cat but u have to understand when u put cat under always risk.. my boy is 30lbs and i would never put him under.. God bless man and hope he makes full recovery...but i can promise u they care ,, no doubt about that so they did what they thought was best for your baby ..but if true ,little shocked they did not inform u about risk, they warned me about putting him under if i wanted his teeth done,,and 1 last thing glad to see u love your baby alot dont care ,,,

Staff, doctors friendly and accommodating. Open 8am to 8pm Mon. Through Thur. ( close earlier Fri.). Parking is tight but available off road. Docs are the best, hands down.

The staff is wonderful, always smiling and treating me and my dog with compassion and caring. Their prices are reasonable and they let you play an active role in choosing what's best for your pet.
