Polite and caring staff. However I've gone elsewhere because I didn't feel like I was getting any answers with my cat's health concerns. Made multiple appointments with no results; they should have been honest and admitted they didn't know the root of the issue so I could have went for a second opinion sooner.

Had my pup neutered here recently, and just can't say enough about the friendly staff & quality of the visit. Appears to be a high volume clinic, (at least on that day) but that didn't take away from the attention & care our (high-energy) pup received & staff performance during a very busy time, was impressive. More than likely, we're switching to Chase when our current wellness plan expires.. Apples v Oranges equivalent of professional care & service..

I have loved the care from every vet I have seen at Chase! Their prices are amazing. When my dog needed surgery I was quoted 1k and up from 3 other vets. Chase did the same surgery for 400$ with meds and a checkup included! When my dog needed an ultrasound for potential bladder stones they included it into the office visit fee! Theyre amazing in so many ways! They were very compassionate when I had to put my 15 year old dog down. I couldn't ask for better vets. 5 STARS!

I recently had to have my dog, who is my best friend put to sleep at Chase and there staff was amazing. I was a wreck and the people there were great. It's been about 5 days and even after all they did to help me through it, I received a card today from my Veterinarian Dr. Lipinski with her condolences and my dogs paw print. This is one of the sweetest things I have ever seen from someone. I will never take my animals anywhere but Chase .

Love Chase Vet clinic. They have been wonderful with my dog Porkchop and all of his issues that have come up. Its very reasonably priced as well. I cant say enough great things. However there is one receptionist who brings the business down with her poor customer service skills and bad attitude. Unfortunately I've been dealing with that for 10 years. A++ for the vets and the clinic just one Debbie downer.

We were new to the and one of our cats got sick very quickly. In a panic we had suggestions to call Chase Vet. The staff was very nice and got us in to see Dr. Bernstein very quickly. She was super sweet and truly cared about our fur baby. Unfortunately, it was found that our kitty had a lung tumor and she was declining rapidly. Dr. Bernstein discussed our options and never once pressured us into any decision. We have had other vets pressure us into very expensive treatments that were unnecessary with our other cat. Sadly, we made the decision to put her to sleep. Dr. Bernstein and staff were amazing during this horrible time. Very supportive and gave us as much time as we needed. After it was over, we got a sympathy card in the mail from them with our baby's paw print. They also took care of getting her to the pet cemetery and coordinating the payment so we didn't have to focus on that in our grief. We can't thank them enough for everything they did for us. We will surely reccomend them and will use them for our other fur baby.

Great veterinary for a small town. We have used them since our dog was a pup all the way till we had to put him down which was 15 years(which they did for us happily and respectably). They gave us helpful tips to keep our dog healthy and were always friendly on the yearly checkups and when we needed heart guard and tick guard. Very highly recommended and well run vet.

I own a doggie daycare, grooming and boarding facility in Lakeville. Chase veterinary hospital always goes over and above for any of the dogs in my care. I own 3 dogs who have needed their services on a number of occasions. The care they have received is outstanding. All the vets are professional and extremely competent. I've been going to this office since they opened and had been a very happy customer. A few years back we lost a dog due to brain cancer that was wrongly diagnosed by one of the vets there. When we called to tell the vet what the correct diagnosis was, she very callous. A few years ago our new puppy got very sick, they took X-rays but saw no blockage. She got very worse and we went to the emergency vet in west bridgewater. They saw the blockage and took proper care for her. Last Friday morning I called as my dog was in major pain from burns on her paws (the pads were peeling off). They said no need to bring her in, a vet will call you back. No call by noon so I called twice more; each time they said someone will call me back. No call back at all. Sadly I will be looking for a new vet.

Killed my 2 year old dog... We took our family dog to this vet since he was recommended to us through a friend. Our dog had been having issues with breathing so he underwent anesthesia to see what was wrong with him. As he was coming out of anesthesia, someone else came in with their dog who was having an emergency. Our dog was left in the operating room alone for about 10 min and when the vet came back, he was completely blue and had passed away. Had the vet had been more responsible, our dog would still be alive as it had been confirmed that he should have never died during that surgery. I do not recommend this vet to anyone unless you want to risk putting your animal in harms way due to an understaffed and irresponsible staff.
