We have the reviews of people who buy the products of Burlington Animal Clinic (Veterinarian) near to the state of Massachusetts.
At the present this business gets a rating of 4.3 stars over 5 and this rating has been calculated on 66 reviews.
As you can see the average score it has is really high, and it's based on a very large number of feddbacks, so we can say that the evaluation is quite reliable. If there are many people who bothered to give their feddback when they've done well, it works.
You know that we don't usually bother to place scores when these are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...
This Veterinarian belongs to the category of Animal hospital.
The staff here is caring, kind and extremely knowledgeable. As a new customer I felt welcomed. The vet was friendly, professional and performed an excellent examination on my pet. She spent a generous amount of time educating me on the continuing health care of my pet and fully answered all my questions. I highly recommend Burlington Animal Clinic as a great place to obtain top veterinary care for your pet.
Dr Hansen is great
This vet is by far THE WORST. They are inconsiderate. Every time I have brought my pet there, they are running behind. One time my appointment was for 11 and they were 15 minutes late. After my pet cut herself, I had to take her back TWICE for them to re-staple it. They have so many different vets which create inconsistency. The vet techs are disrespectful and rude. Plus the building they work out of looks like a home which is so creepy. I will never ever take my pet back here again and if you love your pet, I wouldn’t take them to this horrible flithly disrespectful place.
I honestly can't say enough about Dr. Hanson and her staff. They truly care about the animals and their prices are very reasonable. They're all amazing and they take incredible care of my bunnies, being one of the only 'exotics' friendly vets in the area.
Have been going to Dr Hanson for several years. Great personalized care and a great caring staff.
My dogs get great care from knowledgeable staff.
Very friendly people
Those negative reviews were posted by tools. This office is great, my guinea pig was sick and they saw me the same day, on a Saturday no less. The office is small, all the better to serve you with care and respect. Will keep bringing my pigs in for check ups from now on.
To paraphrase a formerly posted review for this “establishment”, those positive reviews were posted by morons. This vet is dangerous and turned away my seriously, visibly sick dog- who nearly died before I was able to get him to a veterinarian who was actually worth his salt- because I mentioned a second opinion I had gotten from a different vet, at which point, I was asked to leave. “Dr.” Hansen is a fan of money- not animals. She proved this to me on my visit to her by telling me- verbatim- “it doesn’t seem like you have much money to spend on this dog”. Oh yeah, she’s an animal lover. Just kidding! Foul. Update: Dr. Hansen, libel is a crime. You might want to readjust your attitude. It’s an awfully small world. Additional Update: I left a review of you because it horrifies me that you're anywhere near animals. You're a money grubbing, dangerously selfish, and petty LIAR, and every word you type has proved it. You did turn my dog away, when he WOULD have died if I didn't immediately bring him to a REAL vet. Sorry that you don't enjoy that I have every right to review you and your "establishment" honestly, but if you would stop lying, you wouldn't need such a good memory, which is obviously a sentiment that you couldn't possibly understand, since you (a) only reply to bad reviews people have left for you, you (b) LIE about and DEFAME them, and you (c) have mentioned money every time you have spoken to me, in any form, ever, even when it was entirely unnecessary. A hint of professionalism and humanity would do you good, Dr. Hansen.
I'm so happy to have found Dr. Hanson and her wonderful staff to care for our newly adopted pup. Everyone in the office is friendly, patient and helpful, especially since I always have lots of questions :)
Love everyone there so nice
I have only been going here a couple of years but I have had nothing but good experiences with them.
Dr. Hanson and her staff are always friendly and welcoming. We've been taking our dog to Dr. Hanson for several years and she has always taken great care of our dog. She is honest and will never pressure you. I have a dog sitting business and a lot of my clients bring their dogs to Dr. Hanson as well.
Dr Hanson is wonderful. Puts my kitties at ease
When we moved to the area three and half years ago we searched around and I was pleased with things I had heard about Burlington Animal Clinic. Our two older dogs became patients there and we are very happy with care and compassion of the staff and of our experiences with Dr. Hanson. She has taken wonderful care of them and when the first became sick she recommended appropriate tests and care for her older age knowing and suggesting anything more invasive wasn’t worth putting her through to which we agreed. She wasn’t looking to push tests and expensive care on us, she was concerned about our pet’s quality of life. When we later lost that pup, the staff was so attentive and they cried with me when I had to pick her ashes. Our other dog is getting older as well, but we continue to be thrilled with Dr. Hanson’s expertise. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and has gotten to know our dogs and family. We have found the pricing to be very fair and on par with our previous vets and our pets have been well cared for. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but for anyone new to the area and looking around as we did, I wanted to give an honest review. One of our former vets (prior to moving) was a larger establishment and we never saw the same Doctor or tech. We have been very happy with this smaller, friendlier option!
Great place. Called on Memorial Day with an emergency, they were open and had me come in immediately and saw me as soon as I got there. Not overpriced, Dr. and assts are friendly. I like the intimate small-buisiness feel.
Dr. Hanson did a great job in a very difficult scenario with my dog. Very compassionate and sincere.
Great vet, very happy there.
These people genuinely care
Very happy with my first visit here. The entire staff was warm and welcoming and equally sweet to each of my cats. I found out they will do home visits which is wonderful. I would go back for my cats' next annual exam. Note: a little tricky to find the place because their business sign was small and hard to see but the receptionist helped me :-)
Great care...by great people....been a client for years!!
This place is a complete SCAM. I took my cat 4 months ago for an annual check up. This was the first time I had brought him to this vet as we (me and the cat) were living in a different country. I felt like my cat was traumatized enough for the day so I told them I would come back later for the distemper shot. They told me I could call and reschedule. Well, I made an appointment with them and took time out of work to do so. When I get there, after waiting 15 minutes, I was brought into the room and the nice assistant asked if I was there for an annual. I said no, I was just scheduling his distemper shot. Dr. Hanson hid behind a wall while making her assistant tell me that my cat had to have another annual exam, if I wanted my cat to get his distemper shot. When I declined the annual exam, as the exam is every YEAR, and not every 4 months, Dr Hanson came out behind the wall throwing around the fact that she was the doctor and she insisted on another annual before she gave my cat the distemper shot. When I told her my cat just had an annual 4 months prior, she told me "no, he came in on a sick visit". NO HE DIDN'T as I was charged the $54.00 for the annual (which consisted of her looking at him and touching his stomach, not even taking his temperature). I can see if I was a new client and Dr. Hanson never had revised my cat before however, this wasn't the case. She saw my cat 4 months ago!! I even called other clinics in the area to see what their policy was and they confirmed that if a relationship was already established between the animal and the vet, and the animal just had an annual 4 months ago, then, it shouldn't be necessary to charge for another annual visit. I didn't have a good feeling the first time I went but I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt because of so many good reviews. Well, I'm extremely disappointed and will never go back. She is a CON ARTIST, not a vet.
Easy and very accommodating. Found the level of care up to the highest standards and the price very reasonable. Both my dogs are now patients.
Great care Dr K Hanson and staff are excellent
Dr. Hanson and staff is very caring and knowledgeable.
Always helpful and they really care about your pets well being.
Dr Hansen is great. She seems to love and respect the animals that she treats. She always explains what she is doing (and why) and answers all if my questions. I have high confidence hhst my pets are in good hands when I bring them here.
Have been taking my cats here since 2015 when we moved in town. Appointments are on-time, follow-up is excellent, staff is pleasant and professional. Parking lot is tight so take extra care entering / exiting off Cambridge St.
I had called with a turtle issue. The staff was very nice, helpful and understanding.
Very satisfied with the hole visit. Spent 40 min with the dog, longer than any place I have been. The kicker 94 dollars would have payed more was worth more. Thank u lady's
Such friendly staff and they treat our pets like they were their own
Extremely professional, yet extremely welcoming and nurturing. That's an apt description for Dr. Hanson and her staff. We have had to interact with everyone on Dr Hanson's staff, Colleen, Andrea, Carolyn and Lisa, and they have all been just great. We have had a relationship with the clinic ever since we first got our pup after she was born. Dr Hanson has guided us in a very practical and effective way to care for our pup. We've always had all our questions answered and you get the feeling you are in good hands with sound medical advice when it come to your pet's health at this clinic. Carolyn and Lisa at the front desk have been super helpful answering questions and returning calls promptly when the doc is busy. Colleen and Andrea are very patient for being young techs and have not complained about our boisterous and sometimes too fidgety pup. Glad to have found this place for our very first pet.
Such a great place. Very friendly and everyone working there cares about animals. Hard to find these days. My pets have never been so relaxed at a vet.
Walked in and walked out. Terrible just terrible. There’s no words. Please don’t bring your beloved pet there. Much better places around.
I was dog sitting for my parents and they made time to see us on a Friday afternoon of a long weekend for an ear problem that would've gotten much worse over the weekend. They were so helpful, esp. when many vets won't even see an animal that isn't one of their regulars.
This place was recommended to us by a few people and I'm glad we went with a recommendation for a vet a little out of our way over somewhere closer to where we live. It seems they have the best interest for animals in mind, they do not over charge or insist on extras that your pet doesn't need. Also, the doctor is very accessible, available by email and is very responsive. Would recommend to anyone!
I love the staff and the Dr. very professional and upfront on what need to be done. Everyone is very friendly, kind and genuine. I’m glad we found them
Nasty, dirty, unorganized, everything is everywhere such as files and clutter. If you take a look around the kennels are almost all covered by the box of files and other sorts of random things. vet is unprofessional and rude. Other staff.. eh I wouldn’t trust my pets in their care. The building/ house they work out of looks like it’s going to sink and collapse. I wouldn’t bring any living being there. Actually I wouldn’t even bring A deceased animal there if I needed to bring one to a vet to help me out. Many other places to bring a beloved family pet. Seriously horrendous In all aspects. Good luck parking also! Phhf
Best place for my dogs if they need little help.
Burlington Animal Clinic is probably the coolest vet I have ever had. Dr. Hanson is super-responsive to questions via email and I know I can rely on her when my pup isn't feeling well.
can’t take care of animals. really weird inside.
My pops won't go anywhere else !!
