Front desk staff were polite and professional. Check-in and check-out were both fast. The waiting room has a separated area for dogs and cats, which was nice. The veterinarian and her assistant were both really nice and made my dog feel comfortable...also gave him a few treats and some peanut butter which he definitely loved. They answered all of my questions, addressed the few concerns I had, and made some helpful suggestions regarding my dog's continued well-being . The prices they charged were more than fair (been to A LOT of vets over the years so I have a good basis for comparison here). The facility itself was well maintained on both the outside and inside, as were the grounds. There is more than enough parking. Easy five stars.

This is the best veterinary hospital I've ever been to. The staff is friendly and caring, and go out of their way to be sure your pet (and you!) are cared for in a professional, compassionate way. For me, their rates are absolutely worth it -- they are a well-staffed, well-run veterinary hospital in whom I and my family members (two-legged as well as four) have complete trust and satisfaction.

I moved to Seekonk 25 years ago and have been bringing my dogs to Bristol County for that same amount of time. My dogs even like going there. You can tell they all love animals by the way they treat your dog. Another good feature is they have separate dog and cat waiting areas. I would never go anywhere else.

I cannot say enough about the beautiful doctors and staff at this hospital. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog of 15 years and the tenderness and kindness that was shown to our pet and family was immeasurable. So professional and compassionate. Dr. Richards, Dr. Ripp and Dr. McCaffrey and their staff are the best of the best. Thank you all so much for taking such good care of him while he was here and giving us a little more time to love him. Amazing.

Our very first visit was met w/ friendly staff, very clean environment, short waiting time and a thorough visit. I found their prices to be very reasonable and the follow up was within a few days regarding my dogs tests...very satisfied. This is the first vet I have used that actually gives you the costs upfront and for any future visits.

BCVH has been my vet for over 10 yrs. They are able to provide services above and beyond what I have experienced at other veterinary hospitals which is the reason why I switched. My "kids" receive excellent care at BCVH. The doctors & staff are wonderful, kind and caring. Having a dog with Addisons, I know I can count on them to keep her in good health. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great vet.

The best vet hospital I have had the chance to use. They are very professional and friendly. I had a bad experience at providence river animal hospital because they charge an arm and a leg for poor servicend. This vet's prices are reasonable. I'd pay more knowing my cat's will be in better hands.
