When they heard my little guy Sam passed away as we were rushing him to Swansea, they sent me a letter and a card, Sam was the amazing Orange Tabby Cat, that was rescued at a State Rest Stop in Jackson TN Thanksgiving 2008, Sam Passed away in April 2016, My heart breaks knowing that he is still gone. When I got home to Arizona the orange tabby I named Pumpkin Moved in with me, and cared for him which he has been home with me. Pumpkin made the move from Glendale AZ to Fall River MA. I have been able to rescue many more that also call Assonet Animal Hospital their vet. Pennie will be heading there and have an east coast Vet and a West Coast vet

New management/vet. Very disappointed. He did not diagnose my Mom's cat properly. Not thorough nor conscientious ... Only one exam room and noticed exam table wasn't wiped down once in-between three different furry patients while I was there. RIP sweet Ethan

Was looking for a new vet for our dog. We were getting desperate as our dog was not getting any better after almost a month with diagnosis from two different veternarians. His regular vet and emergency hospital. He was not eating, his walk was off. Had a visit with Dr. Long and we beleive he saved our dog's life. Prescribed medication and just after 48 hrs he had improved tremendously. He ate on his own! Something he hasn't done in a few weeks unless hand fed. Thank you Dr. Long and the friendly staff at Assonet Animal Hospital!! We are so grateful!
