Great vets. They give great treatment to my pets at reasonable prices. They actually care vs. vets that just get the job done and move along. Great communication including phone calls from the vets themselves to give updates, test results, etc . They give great advice. I would highly recommend. Some staff aren't as friendly as I'd like but they are still very helpful and get the job done efficiently. Clean environment and plenty of parking. Handicap acceptable. Overall, best vets I have came across. They also service exotic animals.

I am not sure really what the issues is here. All the employees seem very competent, and they are professional. Now on the other hand it feels like to me that no body really care about any thing, the word apathy comes to mind. My vet has always felt like family and the chemistry is just not here.

Very caring staff - especially Megan (vet technician). She took the time to listen to my concerns when we were having behavioral issues with one of our dogs. I felt more comfortable and at ease speaking with her than the animal behaviorist we had taken our dog to a few months earlier. We recently moved to the area with an old cat. He was very loved, but we did everything in our power for him. Within a couple weeks of being here it was clear he was done fighting. Our first time contacting them was to discuss euthanasia (which is the worst convo for any pet owner). They were able to get us in the same day! They were very respectful and empathetic. Although we are heartbroken, we have two other pets that we will be bringing back to them.

My daughter had to put her cat down. We had a room, someone installed an IV. Then the vet gave him a sedative, and then the final shot. It was very quick. And we were told we could stay with him as long as we needed, wanted. They will let her pick up his ashes, and they will make a paw print in clay.

Been bringing my dogs here for 22 years, know most of the staff by name. Guess the stability of the staff says a lot all by itself. I obviously like the care my animals receive here. The place has a large support staff, so when you call, you always speak with someone, not an answering machine.

We kept bringing our 3 pets because Dr Schwartz is a rabbit doctor. But even if we made an appointment to see him we kept seeing other junior vets which for vaccines is ok but we got one that misdiagnosed RINGWORM which is pretty basic. Our golden had to suffer for over a year because this jr vet insisted it was allergies and all the expensive treatments (lots of money spent) never worked.

We’ve gone here for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Every person we’ve come into contact with there is helpful. Not the kind of place that will recommend extensive testing of your old dog unless you really want it. This place is a gem.

Dr. Robyn Johnson has been treating my geriatric dog for a couple of years now. What has surprised me the most, aside from her vast knowledge, is her direct communication and expedient contact. In fact, all of the vets there have the same communication and timeliness. I'm not expecting a busy vet to call me as soon as blood work arrives or first thing in the morning to go over results or treatment strategies. I'm expecting a tech to deliver any follow up communication. Dr. Robyn's follow up is graceful, expedient, and VERY appreciated.

I believe I just had my last visit after over 20 years of brining all my dogs. Their prices have been getting higher and higher. They do take good care of the pets but 30-40% higher in price than what I am seeing exploring my options. Didn’t care for the new desk employee.

My first time taking our adopted cat, Hope. We were seen pretty quickly. I appreciated the care the staff showed not only towards our cat but towards me. The staff was very helpful. Dr Schwartz showed me how to administer ear drops for an ear infections that our cat, Hope had. I would recommend going to this vet. I have never owned a cat or taken an animal to the Vet. And I believe this is the way people and animals should be treated, with kindness and care. Overall I had a very good 1st experience.
