The very best place to take your pets. I am particular with whom I trust the health of my dogs and they are them without a thought. Great customer service, knowledgeable vets and vet techs. They truly like animals and it shows. They get you in quickly, even last moment appointments, they communicate well with pet owners. The facility is clean and well maintained. If I were to make a deep reach to be critical, it would be their smallish parking lot. Great place where I will continue to bring my dogs.

Our 12-year old rottweiler, Fanny, recently needed surgery. Dr. Holbein performed this very tricky and complicated procedure. The care and follow-up was very professional and personal and could not have been better. The fact that Fanny showed very little stress is proof that she was more at ease here than ever at other clinics. We recommend this hospital and Dr. Holbein very highly.

If there were to be a negative star button I would give them 5. Absolutely horrible my dog had an emergency and my regular vet was closed, called these joke of a Vet hospital and we were told "you must take or have an appointment" when there website clearly states "Pet emergency? Call us immediately!" "We are a full-service animal hospital and will take both emergency cases during office hours, as well as less urgent medical, surgical, and dental issues. Our veterinarians are experienced in all types of conditions and treatments. Beyond first rate pet care, we make our clinic comfortable, kid-friendly, and a very calm environment so your pet can relax in the waiting room and look forward to meeting his or her veterinarian." The staff was rude didn't direct us at all we were on our own thankful that there its a real Animal Hospital in Annapolis who actual cares for its pets and owners. I will never even consider to connect this place again and I would advice anyone who reads this to do the same.

We just made the switch here and so glad we did. Very kind and considerate staff. Wonderful vet who clearly cares about her clients and the animals. Every detail, from the design of the waiting room to the ease of scheduling appointments and the use of technology was thoughtfully designed to make pets more comfortable and for convenience to the owners. They even make house calls! I was worried about a health issue with my dog and waiting on blood work....the vet called me from her home on a holiday weekend so I wouldn’t worry! Go see Dr. Tesi you will be so happy you did!!!! Love this place!

I took my sick dog in and Dr.Myers took care of my dog. She was wonderful.She took blood from my dog she said she will call me Tue night or Wed the latest. NO CALL. I call Thursday morning just to find out someone put the wrong # in the computer. I was told Dr Myers was off but Dr Tesi was in and she will call me. I stayed home all day. I called a few times just to be told Dr Tesi will call tonight after all appt are done. She NEVER CALLED. I will never ever go back. I want my dogs labs mailed to me ASAP. Our dog recently visited here for an "itching" problem. Dr. Holbein was sympathetic and listened to my observations. A medicine was prescribed. The problem is not completely resolved, but it has improved. We have had several visits here and are quite satisfied with our experiences.

They were there for us through out the sickness and greatly expressed their condolences when her life was over. We have since acquired another dog. Her care will again be trusted with QVH. We are new to the eastern shore and needed a new vet office for our 2 dogs. The staff was very kind and easy to make an appointment. Once I explained the few things i needed they went over the costs and emailed me the break down. This way I wasnt shocked by charges. But I was shocked! They are very affordable compared to our old office in Arnold and Annapolis. The dr was also so kind and easy to talk to. I never felt rushed. I never felt that they were trying to get more services out of me that weren't necessary. I highly recommend Queenstown Veterinary

I've had some bad luck recently with the previous vets that I've used. I decided to try QVH and I've been pleasantly surprised. My dogs go to Dr. DiVanna. At my request, she's been willing to explain test and treatment options and their associated costs. She's also been willing to accept my decisions regarding tests. This is important to me, due to the costs associated with many of the tests. I want my dogs to be well cared for, but I also want to proceed in a logical fashion before running every possible test. The staff have all been very nice, and I would recommend them to anyone.

When you find a vet that you trust will always act in the best interest of your pet, one that is compassionate, knowledgeable and communicative, you stick with them. Dr. Meyers is that vet for us. She left the practice that was only 6 minutes away from our home to join QVH exclusively. We decided that it was worth the 45 minute commute, across the Bay Bridge, so that we could continue to give our beloved fur babies the best care possible. We're so glad we did! Upon arrival at QVH, we were pleasantly surprised to find a brand spanking new (clean!!!) hospital! The staff was courteous, competent and friendly. We were seen on time - something that I always appreciate. Dr. Meyers, as always, was very thorough in her examination and her attention and advice were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this practice, Dr. Meyers in particular, wholeheartedly.

I have been taking my Lola to Doctor Bailey for two years and every time we have an appointment Doctor Bailey and the entire staff show such love and compassion for Lola. Not only do they love her but I have so much trust in Doctor Bailey. If we go there for her yearly exam or if something is wrong Dr. Bailey assess the situation and within a day or two Lola is back to normal. I can't say enough about this organization. I was recommended by a friend to come to this vet. I found them very friendly. And my dog doesn’t fear going in even after the second time. Our first visit they gave My dog a squeaky toy which she loves! I paid about $100 less than my vet in Bowie to get my dog’s teeth cleaned with an extraction according to the quote. AND they gave her a nail clipping at no charge while she was still asleep! Definitely recommend.

We moved to Kent Island from Annapolis and tried a couple of different vets before we found Queenstown Veterinary Hospital. I absolutely love them! The front desk staff was super friendly and upbeat even though I was 10 minutes late. I saw Dr. Bailey and she was great at answering all my questions about our new puppy. She didn't make me feel rushed and seemed to really care that I was given correct information on our pup. Also, the visit was very reasonable cost wise. I paid much more at the other vet visits and didn't receive the same great treatment. I'm sticking with Queenstown for all of my dog and cat needs.

I have a lot of pets , from parrots to ponies. I rescued my dog Dexter out of NYC. less then 2months Dexter had gotten into fish hooks with leaders. I was scared to death he had swallow some. Dexter had not had his 1st Vet visit yet , my daughter recommended QTVH . I was just glad someone would see him right away. Dexter had 1 hook through his lip. Dr. Holbein calmed me down , Dexter took to her right away. She removed the fish hook and x rayed his throat and stomach. After my worst fears were taken away, I thought the bill would be quite large, but to my surprise, It was very fair and reasonable. At that point , This was Our new Vet ! I returned with Dexter back , its been about a year now, He was coughing and gagging . Again., they played it down to be just a simple thing. They discussed our options , but recommended nothing new. They don't play on your emotions or love of your pets . I love it here. I just wished they did horses !

Queenstown Veterinary Hospital (QVH), was the first visit that our puppy Dino made after bringing him home and we have been using QVH ever since.
