I highly recommend this excellent vet clinic whenever I'm asked for a referral. Dr Wormell and her staff have been wonderful and kind to my British Golden Retriever, Gem. Gem has had many health issues in her 12 years and Dr Wormell has helped her back to good health. Dr Wormell is a skilled and compassionate professional. The P.A.W. team is always very patient with me and my husband especially when we're in worry mode. The P.A.W. Vet clinic is the best clinic we have worked with in our over 35 years of pet ownership.

I've got two cats with chronic illnesses, so I wind up seeing Dr. Wormell frequently. She shows obvious care for my cats - often asking about all of them and not just the one she's treating. She also does her best to make the visits as quick and painless for them as possible and charges reasonable rates so that it's relatively painless for me to. I really couldn't ask for anything more in a vet.

I have two dogs, Che and Nugget. We moved to Frederick in the summer of 2017 in need of a new vet. Every time I show up at P.A.W. I am surprised at the informed, loving treatment - for my dogs and for me. I know it isn’t just syrup because the bottom line is never about get all the tests just in case. It’s rational, reasonable, affordable, and compassionate. My dogs get excited when we arrive AT THE VET. The office is small, cozy, and inviting. We all feel welcome and at home there. I’m so glad we found them. Even tho we live 1/2 an hour away I wouldn’t even consider switching to a different vet.

Everyone there is friendly, caring and helpful. They listen to my concerns and give me options for care depending on the situation. They do not push the most expensive option like some vets do. I have been going there for over 20 years. My 13 year old dog has diabetes and I trust Dr. Wormell with her care.

I have been taking my pets to this vet clinic for over 25 years. It has been through different vets, but I love this place. The vet was very thorough when she examined my cat. My cat gets matted hair and I took him to the vet to get his physical and see if she could shave off the mats. She did both and make sure that my cat didn't have any bit of matted hair. I love her and the staff!!
