I have been coming to this practice for over 16 years. During this time I have brought 5 dogs and 5 cats. Needless to say, 3 of the dogs and 1 of the cats are no longer with us. And the vets at Millersville Animal Hospital has helped them pass over to The Bridge. The vets, techs and front desk have all been professional me and my husband and with each of our pets (and we have never smelled alcohol on any of them). In fact my husband and I like them so much that now my in-laws are starting to bring their pets to Dr. Rommel and Dr. T. I wouldn't trust any other vet practice with my pets.

Brought my pom/yorkie here after 3 failed visits to my usual vet to get rid of my dog's diarrhea. After one visit she's back to her normal number twos and we were able to knock out her vaccines all in one visit. Their visit cost is a little more than my last office but it is worth it and the staff was nice and caring towards my little fur baby.

This place is ridiculous! We’ve taken our 13 yr old Newf there since she was a puppy. She can’t walk without her Rimadyl and they refuse to refill it unless she gets liver function labs. At her age comfort is our concern. Their number one concern is money. Every time you walk in the door it’s a hundred dollars for starters. They charge for tests your Animal never got - the worst. She’s outlived her life span by 3 years as it is. Liver damage doesn’t really matter but they will not refill her pain meds

6JUN18 LOWERED RATING 5* to 4* due to closing prior to advertised closing time. I arrived on Wednesday at 5:58p and they were already gone, so they closed up at least within the past five minutes, which would have been ample time to pick up my order.

All I could smell was alcohol coming from the employees. I felt as if they were drinking on the JOB. My cat is my life and I don't want anyone that is intoxicated taking care of him! Dr. Rommel was great! But, I won't be back!

Tried to get in 5 minutes before close to pick up pet food. Door was locked early and lady at next shook her head at me.

My wife and child brought our very sick dog here. The the Vet was very rude as she DOGGED my family out as she insinuated that the dog had been neglected. She (the Vet) recommended the dog be euthanized, which broke our hearts. My child called me up crying as he told me the Vet questioned him about the care he gave the dog and my son said the Vet pretty much blamed him for the state of the dog. We ran out of there with our sick dog and went to another Vet in the area who assured us that the dog's sickness had nothing to do with the care we gave it. Even if you thought that it was the care we gave it, why would you treat an 11 year old boy so harshly that he felt like crap. I will not be going back here.

They take great care of my furbabies! They don't keep you waiting, work with you to find reasonable solutions to your pet's needs and aren't pushy trying to get you to buy everything they sell. They were also very gentle and understanding with my nervous dog - which I greatly appreciate! I would highly recommend taking your pets here!

I've taken my dogs here for six years. They have had multiple surgeries (bladder stones, teeth cleanings) and the care they receive is above and beyond. Front desk is always super helpful and kind. Dr. R is very informative, takes the time to make sure you understand and always offers multiple solutions for any issues my dogs may have. Other vets will try to convince you to do unnecessary tests to make money while Millersville Animal Hospital works with you to find the best solutions. You can tell they love animals and really care. Thank you guys for always putting up with Samson's insanity!!

I've been taking my three dogs here for years, as have some of my family members. Millerville Animal Hospital has always been good to us. They're honest, and while I don't really shop around, their prices seem fair for the services. I never really have to wait very long once I arrive, and the place is always clean.
