My cat seemed to be sick, I didn't have appointment but they worked him in. Was able to get the medicine he needed. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend La Vale Veterinary for the care and the cleanliness. Great veterinarns

I called the office and asked how much check up and first shots would be for a kitten and they told me around 60$. They did a good job with my kitten but they charged me 55$ for a service that I didn’t know cost any money. My total ended up being 113$.

I have been taking my dogs here for many years and they love it! Recently had a visit scheduled, but when I arrived there was a miscommunication which left us with no appointment and our typical Vet was already gone. The staff quickly took care of the issue and asked if we would like to see someone else. Dr. Cosgrove took care of us and it was one of the BEST visits we have ever had. He took the time to explain everything and educated us on a lot of things! He wasn't afraid to get on the floor and get on my dogs level to even talk to him! Very pleased with my last visit and another reason why I keep coming back!

This place has good vets that can help your pet. However understand they are very money oriented over actual care. They also need to either upgrade there internet service or turn off the constantly buffering radio service. It becomes very annoying during waiting room periods.

I would give this place a 5 star rating when it comes to the staff and vets. There awesome at what they do. The reason I'm giving it a 1 is because for the last 20 years me and my family has been coming here. WE HAVE ALWAYS PAID ARE BILLS. JUST GOT DOWN ON SOME LUCK ASKED TO POST DATE A CHECK BY ONE DAY BECAUSE MY DIRECT DEPOSIT DOESN'T SHOW UP TILL THEN AND I WAS TOLD NO DUE TO POLICY. SO MY ADVICE TO ANYONE THAT IS ON HARD TIMES GO SOMEWHERE ELSE BUT IF YOU HAVE THE CASH DEFIANTLY COME HERE. THERE VETS AND STUFF ARE AWSOME. SO WHO EVER CAME UP WITH THIS POLICY ?UCK YOU AND HOPE YOUR A?? FALLS ON HARD TIMES LIKE MOST OF THE PEOPLE IN THE COUNRTY

My Scottish Terrier, Bernie had swelling in his ear. I could not get Bennie's regular vet, when I called La Vale Veterinary Hospital they took Bernie right in. With it being on a Saturday, I was so happy to get Bernie tended to. The girls and the Dr truly made us feel at ease and they are truly an awesome team.

It's pretty bad when you spend like 850 bucks there in a month and they can't give you medication for the puppy having the runs they just dewormed they still need that 17 dollars it's ridiculous how much they charge people and are not willing to work with anyone or help anyone out sick of it I'll be taking all my animals somewhere else

Mr. Max and I went to see Dr. Roberts..she is young, cute and VERY SMART! She was very thorough, helpful and sympathetic. My best buddy recently succumbed to his old age and illnesses and again, these people were kind, helpful and caring. If and when I get past losing my best buddy, and get another; there is no doubt I will take him/her to these folks.

The staff is friendly, professional and caring and go the extra mile to tend their patients and patrons. All are very involved in community action and human/ animal welfare.

Took my cat there told them I think the next store neighbour poisoned him. Instead they treated him for rabies thou he showed signs of antifreeze poison not rabies so they chopped my cats head off after they charged me for his 3 day stay til he died no stomach pumping or charcoal was given but I had to pay 600 for them to chop my cats head off. Ps he didn't have rabies. Very traumatizing ear i felt so disrespected but stuck as he was dying

Love the vets here. I have been going here with my animals a long time. Compared to other vets in the area thet seem to be a little more pricy but when you compare the care that your loved one gets its not. My last visit was a very urgent one. My 3 pound tea cup poodle was bit by my 80 pound german shepard. We calkex right before they were to close. I got my dog there thinking she was not going to have a good outcome. Well after the inital exam we all the vet included thought she was going to loose her eye. We decided on sergery the next morning. The next morning came and the good lord above gave us a twisr. Her eye lid was to brused to go threw with the sergery. They kept her another night do to her meds and how frequent i asked for this option. I also brought her home the next day for the weekend to hope the bruise on her eye lid would go away so she could have her eye removed and continue her recovery. Well by monday the bruise was about gone so the sergery could be done. She went to the vet and i expected her to take her back and id have a sergery to schedule and pay for. To my surprise it was a way diffrent out come. She came back in the room her eye didnt need to be removed. It had healed that well. I have all respect for them they included me in the decision making they didnt push for either way. I even called to get refills on her meds cause she ran out and her follow up is not till monday. They got them ready and i got them picked up. Even tho she goes back in 2 days they didnt want her going woth out. I love this place. And the turn of events shows higher hands in things also therw them to the vet my dog should not loose her eye. No glocoma was seen and monday i prey for more good news. Thank you to lavale vet hospital.

My neighbors dog was involved in a dog fight. They got us in for an emergency visit on a holiday weekend! The vet and all the techs were amazing. They kept the dog over night and someone stayed with him. Great service and compassion!

I called them 1 hour before they closed and they squeezed me in. The vet, Dr. Cosgrove was fantastic. He spent an hour with me and my black lab. He answered all of my questions and gave me great advice for my dog. I LOVE this animal hospital. They are very nice people. I highly reccomend them.
