I'm changing to review to a one star. Today my husband called in because our dog has been vomiting periodically for the past few days. He was told they didn't have appointments till next Tuesday and to take our dog to the emergency vet. That's fine. I get not having appointments, however then the person on the phone proceeded to DIAGNOSE my dog over the phone just based on asking a few questions about her eating habits and poop frequency over the last few days. UNPROFESSIONAL! UNETHICAL! How dare you tell my husband that my dog has a blockage based on a few questions over the phone! Ridiculous! We're changing vets and will no longer use your grooming services either. Straighten up!

I cannot stress how incredible the staff and team of doctors is at Kindness. I brought my cat in because of odd behavior and weight loss after being told by my previous vet that it was all my poor training. I knew something was wrong and the vets at Kindness did as well. Over the course of the week I brought her in 5 times, every time, the front desk was beyond kind and attentive, they made sure I was doing okay, they knew my pet by name. The vets treated her and I like we were old friends, showing genuine concern and urgency. Unfortunately we had to put her down within the week, and while the heartbreak and frustration hasn’t abated in the weeks since, I want to sincerely thank everyone at Kindness for all they did and continue to do for our beloved pets.

Thank you to the staff and Dr Sue for the continued care you have provided to Rockie. You have treated Rockie with such compassion and skilled care. Rockie looks forward to visiting Dr Sue because he know she has made him feel better. At Kindness, your pet is more than an animal. They are treated as the important family member that they are. Thank you Dr Sue and staff.

Really great staff and vet. It's a busy place so there is a little wait but they're very attentive and clearly love the animals. Glad to have found this place!

Vet barely met with me, refused to show me how to administer medicine, front desk did not acknowledge me while I was waiting for my bill - instead, they continued their personal conversation.

Dr. Scott is the best vet I have ever brought any of my pets to out of the many I have tried. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and expressed true concern over my pet rabbit I brought to her a few months back. I could tell as soon as I brought my rabbit in, Dr. Scott could tell something was off. She immediately began checking her out and looking into her eyes - this was huge for us. She was gentle but knew how to get the job done. Unfortunately, I found out my rabbit was blind from Dr. Scott that morning. A few weeks prior, I brought my rabbit to an exotic pet vet who didn't even bother to look in her eyes and let me know what was wrong with my rabbit. Dr. Scott did BETTER than a vet who had more than 20 years of experience with exotic pets. Dr. Scott took initative no other vet has with my animal. Dr. Scott gave us answers a "so called rabbit savvy vet" couldn't give us. Seeing her also cost us less than half of what we payed an exotic vet for one visit. I was hesitant about bringing her to a new vet and how much it would cost but after seeing Dr. Scott I know I have found the perfect vet. She is the best of the best. Your pet's life is precious and irreplaceable. Take them to see Dr. Scott!

Good with people too

Dr. Scott helped us in a sad and emergency situation with our cat. She and her staff were very polite, respectful, and direct with our available options and the costs. Highly recommend.

sabrina anabelle

They were very nice and took good care of our pets.

Tom Simms

Recommend. They take good care of our 3 cats, little expensive.

The vet technicians are nice but the hospital itself is very dishonest. Gave me a written quote for my dog’s tratment and when I went to pick him up after the procedure, they handed me a bill that was 50% higher. They refused to back down. Felt totally ripped off.

I took my Yorky into Dr Faulkner because she was coughing and not breathing right, It basically just seemed like a guessing game of a respiratory infection so we were given antibiotic and went home. 2 days later our girl was very sick so I brought her back in, at this point I told the dr that she hadn’t eaten in 3 days and it was obvious she was very sick, so the dr takes blood, gives a shot and an X-ray.. and is diagnosed with pneumonia.. and given more pills. I’m sorry but it’s pretty impossible to give a dog pillls when you can’t get them to eat..my son did mash up a couple and dilute with water and feed her with a syringe so I call the dr the next day and ask about the X-ray and she says in order to read the X-ray we would have to send that to someone that knows how to read them, so we pay 570$ to someone for an X-ray but in order to get it read we have to pay more for someone to read it?? Long story short our girl died the next day. I honestly think it could have been prevented.

Shayne Strobeen

I agree with Risa, The staff is impatient and sometimes downright rude. The seem to be more interested in getting the money to pay for the new building than getting your trust.

Our french bulldog has been in many many times for her allergies and other issues... all sorts of shots, medications and checkups. I find it very misleading to see a few 2 star posts because my experience has been the exact opposite. Out of the 50 times I've been to the office, from beginning until now, I have never once observed anyone at the front desk worrying about themselves more than the animals, that's just plain misleading... also to whomever posted that these doctors aren't as entertaining or nice as your hometown pet team, this is an animal clinic, their job is to help and care for your pet, not entertain you! (I've never experienced these soul-less vets here once) From random calls to ask our vet questions to picking up medications, we have received prompt replies and quick service (like call for medication, pick up a new order 10 minutes later quick service) I honestly can't think of one bad thing to say about this place and i'm generally very critical about minor details. Thanks kindness and onions to the misleading reviewers.

Been bringing my cat here for 10 years. The people are amazing: front office, techs, docs, everyone is genuine, friendly, and helpful. They've gotten Toby through some tough spots, things requiring surgery, meds, emergency care: you name it, they've seen us through it. I have no reservations telling friends (and internet people -- hi!) to bring their loved ones here. (The pet kind, although tbh if you brought a human loved one, I'm almost convinced they could handle it. They're that good.)

My sister lives in Devils Lake and called on the morning of Saturday June 14th, to try and have her dog seen, after many attempts to reach local veterinarians with no response. Her dog was not eating, using the restroom, and was completely lethargic and was only getting worse. I was with her as she called this office and let me tell you.. the receptionist was the most uncaring, rude, and cold person I have ever heard. My sister explained the symptoms her dog was having, and she asked my sister, "why don't you contact the doctors in devils lake?" My sister tried explaining that she tried, but there was no response, and that was why she was trying a doctor in Grand Forks. The receptionist then told my sister she had "an attitude," and "needed to stop yelling at her," when my sister was not yelling or being rude at all. She was simply panicking about her dog and just needed medical attention. The receptionist was raising her voice at my sister, not listening to a thing she was saying. Finally my sister gave up and said, "fine, I will just go somewhere else," and the receptionist said "okay good." and hung up. I couldn't believe it! It was almost like this employee was having a terrible day and my sister called right in the middle of it to get her frustrations taken out on. This employee was uncaring, rude, cold, and should NOT be employed there, or anywhere for that matter! As a receptionist, your duty is primarily to be nice and greet people who need help. To be the face and point of contact and communication for your patients. Your job description isn't that complicated. I couldn't believe what I heard. I wish we would have gotten the woman's name, but hopefully the time and date will suffice to find the woman who took this call and discipline her as necessary. When I see the other reviews on here about the receptionists being cold, it's not surprising to me at all after what my sister and I first hand experienced.

Caring, thoughtful staff.

I have tried out a few different vets in town and Kindness is my favorite, hands down. They are comforting, knowledgeable and informational, and they make me feel completely confident in their abilities. I love my dog more than anything so I get crazy stressed about health issues and after talking with them and developing a plan I leave with my mind at ease. Thank you a Kindness for your amazing work! Plus, the front desk staff is always so nice. Aimee is awesome! :)

They built this new building on 32nd so my husband and I decided to take our new pet here. We have had multiple visits here now with vaccinations, a spay surgery and removal of a cyst and I am just not impressed. The receptionists are cold and uncaring and seem more concerned about their personal lives than you being there and thus IMPORTANT DETAILS (this happened not once, but TWICE) do not get documented and transferred to the doctor creating big mistakes and near death experiences in some cases. I've asked for a quote before and nothing, no call back. I asked for an alternative medication and was replied with a snippy "absolutely not, that's not how we do things here." The doctors preform their duties but have little bedside manner and seem bothered if extra questions are asked. I asked if the doctor would be available for questions when I picked my pet up after surgery and there was a huge sigh and a "I'm completely booked today but leave a message with my receptionist (haha yeah right)" I understand being busy. I work in an extremely fast paced environment, but taking a minute to even PRETEND like the people paying for that nice new building are important.. would be nice. It's so strange; usually you can find at least one caring person in a clinic of any kind.. but during my multiple visits to Kindness, we sadly haven't even encountered one.

Kindness Animal Hospital is THE best vet clinic I have ever been to. Dr. Crystal Scott is the nicest, honest, most wonderful vet I have ever met. She treats animals just like little children, with such care and kindness...how I treat my animals. These days, it is very difficult to find not only a good vet, but one that is honest and overall wonderful. She genuinely cares about animals, not making money, and is sympathetic. Kindness Animal Hospital is VERY professional as well...the staff is amazing and they always help in whatever way they can. Things are neat, orderly, and clean. I have been to a lot of vet clinics and this clinic by far exceeds standards!

I took my dog in for an ear infection. She is too big for me to hold down as she is a 70 pound lab, so they took her behind closed doors and left me in a room to listen to her scream bloody murder for 20 minutes. I couldn’t stand to hear it anymore so I opened the door to their back rooms and proceeded to watch and hear them back there laughing at my obviously very distressed dog calling her a big baby. I will never take her back to them as it was a horrible experience for my dog and myself.

We have been taking our dogs here for over 15 years and have always been treated very well. The receptionists, vet techs, and Dr. Odegard are wonderful, caring and very professional. The facility is very clean and up to date. Kindness Animal Hospital is highly respected by our family.

Rich Frangiamore

Quite possibly the best possible experience we ever could have hoped for. Brought in our poor, suffering dwarf hamster (pneumonia). Yes, a hamster, of all things. Since he was suffering so badly, we knew he needed an act of kindness. Everyone was super nice. The doc could tell it was a bad situation and took us through the process gently. They had a tiny oxygen tent and warm water bottle / blanket for him. With this, they were able to put him under and make it painless for the little guy. When you see as many cases like this as any vet does, it's easy to get a little jaded, I'm sure.. but it felt like they really cared about the animal and about us. We'll be bringing our cat here for checkups from now on. Thanks, gang.

I started taking my bunny to Kindness almost 2 years ago. The vet, Dr. Scott, had always taken great care of her and was very informative and caring when she needed to be put down. Dr. Scott is wonderful and I definitely recommend her. The staff is lovely and so sweet, too. Kindness Animal Hospital is just an all around great place to take your pets for great care. :)

Emma-Lea Jacklin Warsaw

There is kindness alright but there are too many animals (as in too many pets that are sick, there should be less sick pets, just cosmically, pets aren't aloud to get sick, they're too good. Say no to sick pets. )

Jessica Nelson

My pets have been patients at Kindness Animal Hospital for 15 years; my husband has been working with them for over 20. The doctors are extremely competent and the technicians are experienced. Everyone is loving & gentle with our dogs & cats. The new updated facility and OR is an asset, I don't get why others see it as a reason to complain about prices. Isn't a clean, modern hospital important for you? So many times over the years we've called the emergency line after hours and been relieved it was a KAH doc on-call. I send people to there all the time!

Recently took my elderly cat to Kindness Hospital because I had been unhappy with another local vet. They gave me a tough diagnosis, but the doctors and the entire staff I interacted with throughout the treatment and final passing process were kind, thoughtful and sensitive. I highly recommend and will definitely take future pets to Kindness Hospital.

Had poop sample sent out and was told that I would get a follow up call with the results. of course that never happened . Also the prices are outrageous. I live 5 minutes away but I choose to drive 25 min to Gaithersburg (field road animal hospital) .

Positive things about Kindness Animal hospital: 1. Really nice waiting room. 2. A female vet I think is doc Scott Negative things: 1. Very expensive 2. 3 of the 4 vets I met were not friendly and made me feel like my pets were just a number. I used to take all 3 of my dogs to kindness for check ups and shots because they had weekend appointments. My older dog started having problems and had to see a vet ASAP. I saw nice woman whom I believe was doc Scott. She told me my dog had cancer and this vet showed sadness as she told me. I had to take my dog back as she was losing her bladder and then licking it up. This time I saw a young man. He told me if my dog really had cancer she would be dead by then and that the licking was just a qwerk of my dog. My poor girl had to be put down shortly after that. My dog was licking her urine because it contained a lot of blood. The second vet was truly uncaring and didn't want to help my dog. There are two more vets there and both of them give off an uncaring vibe. I won't go back.

We needed a place for our cat to stay on a short notice and they took her in. They also cleaned her cage.

Maria Gomez

I took my cat Esmi, to this vet when she was throwing up and very very ill. The service was great, they were kind and very gentle with Esmi. She left very happy and now she loves to go to the vet.! The cost was a bit much, about 500, but the service was totally worth the cost, definitely.

Dana Lynn

My dog was content here and she usually get's very nervous going to the vet. It is easy to find the hospital and they are accommodating to owners. The staff is excellent and well informed about animal care. There was a blizzard over the weekend and we were going out of town so our dog had to stay the night at this hospital and she was well cared for. The vets we see here are gentle and thorough. If our animals need care we will be coming back here.

I had taken my cats here for their annual check-up in April. The vet was really nice and everything was ok. Today, I called because one of my cats has a swollen, red eye. It look really bad. I wanted to make an appointment, and the person who answered the phone was very rude. She told me they had no appointments for this weekend and pretty much hung up the phone. What am I supposed to do with my cat's eye? Really terrible service!

Always helpful front desk. Doctors are knowledgeable and honest with you if they don't know something and have to check with a specialist. My 9 year old Lab/Husky had a mouth cancer. They were very helpful and worked well with the specialist to get us the best care. Our other dog, a 6 year old Mutt, has anxiety, so they are very patient with her. We appreciate all their help and always getting us in right away. She usually doesn't like Male doctors but did surprisingly well here.

My cat of 10 years, Cameo (Cami) who was 12 years old, was treated with love, affection, compassion, and the best kind of kindness humanly possible at this excellent pet hospital, which truly lives up to it's name. Cami, my friend Tim and I, could not have had a better experience at such a difficult time. The care and compassion we received through the staff at Kindness Animal Hospital through Dr. Theresa, Lynn, and the veterinary technicians was nothing short of amazing. I am forever grateful, thank you all at Kindness Animal Hospital:):):)XXOO, love, Bunnie.

Brought my dog in a few days ago after getting hit by a car. They xrayed him and he stayed overnight. Picked him up the next day and the told me that he had no broken bones and should make a full recovery with a bill of 570 dollars. After a week went by he had major swelling and seemed in pain so I brought him back in. They told me that they needed to rexray with another 140 dollar charge and a 40 dollar charge for looking at him. They rexrayed him and found that his knee was broke right off. With him trying to walk on it all week it made it so they didn't think they could fix it so they would more than likely have to amputate for 1500-2000 dollars. They also said that his hip didn't look quit right so the would be worried about his future. We had to make the decision to put him down. In my opinion if you are going to be a vet and charge that kind of money you should be able to read a X-ray. Not sure how they are with giving shots and grooming but for anything else I strongly suggest to go somewhere else.

Very nice place, the staff was nice and caring.

Dr. Odengard is rude as hell. He went out of his way to insult my family and would not even tell us what was wrong with our dog. In his mind my dog is overweight so he spent the whole time talking about that instead of the rash on his belly. He prescribed medicine but I honestly have no faith in the diagnosis since he would not communicate with us. Definitely won't be coming back. The front desk staff are super nice and accommodating, so there is that.

Super Man

I had a nasty experience here. I had just moved to Maryland a few days before. A much larger dog of the friend who I was initially staying with when I first moved had bit my dog across the back and shook her. My dog had no puncture wounds but I could tell she was in pain as she had difficulty getting up and walking and appeared to have tears in her eyes. My college roommate is a vet and she recommended I take my dog in to be seen so I took her to this clinic because it was close by and my friend recommended it. The woman on the front desk threw a fit that I didn't bring my dog's vet records with me, which were somewhere in one of my packing boxes, she planted her hands on her hip and informed me that she would have to contact the state because I didn't provide proof of rabies vaccination, which was heard by an entire waiting room full of people. (My dog is chipped and she refused to contact my former vet's office - I informed her she should do whatever she was required to do but my dog needed to be seen). My dog was seen by the staff but they were quite skittish in their examination. Apparently, that area of Maryland is rife with rabid house pets. I never returned as I require a more customer-serviced-based demeanor to both front desk and professional staff.

Gedalia Walls

They took very good care of my puppy! Although I do think they need a new office manager, the care was very good. Dr Katz and his staff are great

I have 2 cats that I dearly love and have taken them to Kindess Animal Hospital their entire lives. I have never had a bad experience there. The doctors are helpful, professional, and really seem to love their jobs. I have noticed they have a lot of advanced medical equipment, such as an ultrasound, and that the nurses there appear highly qualified. When I call with a question, I am always called back the same day or next day if the dr. my question is for is not in that day. I feel the prices are reasonable for the service they provide. They provide top of the line service and care, are up to date on the latest medical techniques and advances in medicine, and are concerned about my cat's comfort and pain. I never feel rushed with my questions, and often times the Dr. will call me back after hours if I have a question. I really feel you can't go wrong with Kindness Animal Hospital, especially if you want wonderful care for your pet.

Great place !! Going again today Dr.Katz is great ! He told us how our puppy was not vaccinated correctly where we went the first time . He was very passionate about it and we felt that he cared on how angry he got .

Love this animal hospital. The staff is always so kind and courteous and accommodating. They really love animals and their clients. I have a big German Shepherd who gets nervous and in turn aggressive and they allow us to bring him in through the side entrance to avoid interaction with other animals. The entire vet staff is fantastic. They really work to solve the problem and perform only what is necessary to your animals' health. They are compassionate to your pets' ailments and care. They don't try to push unnecessary treatment plans and are willing to make arrangements to help you financially. Highly recommend this animal hospital for all of your pets' needs. Love the website too! -Sam [BOU]

I have been bringing my furry friends to Kindness Animal Hospital for over 10 years. Why? They have seen my friends at their healthiest and in their final moments. In particular, when one of my precious dogs was suffering, they were so compassionate as we reached the decision to end her life. The doctors and staff live up the the name "Kindness ".

Tim Kelley

I have had nothing but great service at Kindness. I would have ranked Kindness down as well for the experiences others have reported in their reviews, but Dr. Searight and the staff have been exceedingly professional and friendly in their care of our dogs.

Amelia Manchester

My 3 dogs have been going here for a while and I've been nothing but impressed with the service. All staff is very friendly and I am always seen on time for appointments. They are a bit pricey but I wouldn't want to take my babies anywhere else.

My family has brought our pets in for the past 40 years. The vets are great, and staff are on top of it!

On the expensive side, but well worth it. The doctors and the techs work wonderfully with my pets. You can tell they care, and will go the extra mile.

fearnomoshpit .

My girlfriend and I recently got a puppy and have taken her to the vet here twice now. These guys are true to their name! The staff are all extremely friendly, seem to enjoy their work and, as far as I can tell, are competent at their jobs. I've heard the trope before about animals "knowing" when they're going to the vet and freaking out, but so far the staff have handled our dog gently enough that she hasn't exhibited any such aversion so far, either while in the office or on the way to the second visit. I don't remember his name, but the main vet we saw on our last trip was very patient with the many questions I had as a first time dog owner. Plus, he seems to keep up with new research on animal health and let us know about some potential issues with grain-free diets that are currently being investigated so we could make a more informed decision about what to feed our new dog. Overall, I have nothing but praise for Kindness Animal Hospital so far!

Scott Neal

Service and food quality... Very high. Staff did what they needed to do to make us happy. I would return

Jillian Bauer

The staff here is always so friendly and, well, kind! The doctors are top notch. They listen and really try to get to the heart of the matter all while keeping your pocketbook in mind. The groomer here is excellent and will work on cats as well as dogs. Quick tip: if you call to make an appointment during a busy period (drop off/pick up) and are asked to be put on hold, tell them you just want to make an appointment and ask if they will call you back when they aren't so busy.

De. Odegard has been our vet for 3 years since we moved to GF and he and his team have been amazing! We have teo English Bulldogs-which if you know the breed then you know they are hard to take care of and in need of constant care. Dr. Odegard has always been honest and open with us about their care, hasnt overprescribed or tested just to make money off of us,and has always been available by phone or email to help us.

Felicia Bardwell

Went to vet on the 18th of april for my dog to see if she was pregnant. was told she is not pregnant and if she was, must only be a few weeks. Questioned them saying that our dog is only 8lbs and now she is almost 12 but was again told she was not he felt a couple little lumps but nothing that could be a puppy. We got a call from home and had to leave work early because she was in labor 2.5 weeks after the vet seeing her, thought mayne we should call for advice seeing that we have not gone threw this with her before. The tech said she talked with the vet and he once again said she was not pregnant but it could be a "phantom"(he used another word but cant remember what it is) pregnancy and that she should come in and see him . now our house is enjoying 5 new wiener dogs

Sydney Larson

I live in Grand Forks but do not usually take my dog to the vet in town so I don't know how they compare to Kindness from personal experience but the vet that I go to is much friendlier and shows every client how much they love there job and how much they adore animals. I didn't get that from the employees at Kindness. Also I do not know what the prices of other places are in town but the bill for this checkup was double the price I would have paid at our regular vet. I know that this is a bigger town but talking to other people they say that the price I paid for my visit was outrageous. If I ever have another emergency like I did I will be taking off work to drive the hour to go back to our regular vet, very disappointed.

The bottom line is this, they are probably okay for the day to day stuff that every vet sees every day. But if you bring them something not routine they have a tendency to struggle. I had a dog that died of cancer that probably could have been saved had they done just the slightest amount of diagnostics the first three times I brought her in to look at the tumor (they did nothing more than take a look and insist it was nothing). I have a cat that was over diagnosed with mouth cancer and by their accounts should have died almost three years ago (he's still here eating as much as ever). In my mind, its hard to believe these two fairly significant displays of incompetence are the exception and just happened to fall onto my house with my animals. That seems like a fairly big coincidence to me. They're your animals and its your money but if you're reading this review you're probably looking for information. My suggestion, based on my experience is, if you have an animal that is aging or prone to certain issues that others aren't, I'd suggest somewhere else. If you just need a yearly checkup for an otherwise healthy pet, they're probably fine.

They did an excellent job of giving my kitten all the shots they needed and always were very acknowledgeable.

great first visit for our new pup!

A nice location but the techs seem to be a little unfamiliar with handling dogs

Every friend I've known that has brought their pet her has died. They gave my friends kitten dog Medicine and it died. My friends Guinea pig died half hour after being fixed and another friends dog almost bled to death after its surgery. Horrible hospital, dont bring your pets here. All pets is the place to go!!

Brought in a purebred expensive dog and one of the male vets started lecturing me like I was 5 and never seen an animal before. Do yourself a favor, Grand Forks has a couple other places that won't do this. Also, this place is the most expensive leading me to think they care only for profit.

My wife & I took our pets here for the first 2 1/2 years we were here & were mostly underwhelmed. The office ladies were always friendly & courteous but the vets were rude & talked down to us. The one exception being Dr. Sue & when she left so did we. When we asked questions they seemed irritated & were wanting to get us out the door. They contradicted the other vets within the practice & would not give same meds & lo & behold the other medicine was 5 times more expensive! He even disagreed with a surgeon from UM vet in the cities. Which by the way UM vets are absolutely awesome & even other patrons ask about your pet!! Anyway in our experience much better vets in town & we are happy there. Money & volume seems to be high priority & not the animals or owners.

The place is nice enough, but you get a bit of a feeling of having been fleeced when you walk out of there with a $260 bill for a dog yearly check-up. Not even any shots

I recently had to bring my doxie in after hours and Dr. Scott was on call. I ended up having to put him down and Dr. Scott was very caring and patient as I fell apart. She let me take as much time as I needed and didn’t push me to put him through extreme procedures that he likely would not have made it through. If I wasn’t able to take him to his regular vet, I’m glad it was Dr. Scott that we saw.

One of the worst places I've ever gone to for vet-related services. 1. They lack follow-through and say they are going to do something, when in fact, they don't. You have to call them several times to actually have something done. 2. The vets themselves are a waste of time. They barely examine your pet, and are basically implementing care that MD's provide (i.e., 2 minutes maximum per client). 3. They don't even carry basic meds that most other vets carry. They offer to write a written prescription for you, but that's about it. All in all, this place is a waste of time. I would avoid at all costs.

Great service , almost thought my pups were their pups the way they were cared for.

Dr. Theresa Faulkner is absolutely amazing at what she does. Ever since she helped me with my cat having surgery, I’ve never went to another vet. She is thorough, understanding, and cares about the well-being of your pet. I love kindness and the prices do not bother me because I want the absolute best for my pet and it is worth every penny here. I love the front desk reception, the vet techs, and of course Theresa. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! Thanks for all you do!

We just moved to the Grand Forks area and had an emergency with our 9 year old St. Bernard. Dr. Scott was on call that evening and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We met with her the next morning and ultimately ended up euthanizing him during that visit. The staff was thoughtful, they worked with us on the billing (even though we were new in town and never been there), and they were compassionate as we worked through the options. They made this difficult time as easy as possible.

They provide the best care. They even got to know our family. We felt they had our very best interest at heart.

I am very upset with how they do things at this hospital. It wasn't until AFTER the surgery they did on my dog that they told us that she was pregnant and decided to kill the puppies (Without our verbal consent or any that I know of). I did not see on the papers that I signed before that said anything for "In case of pregnancies". When we went to pick her up, crying (i might add), all we heard was a "Yeah, I would be upset too. Now your total is...." To me, that does not feel or sound apologetic or sympathetic. It felt more like "Give us your money and go". I expected that if there were any problems or information that we couldn't possibly know about, that we would recieve a call RIGHT AWAY but that seems to be expecting too much. (Maybe the fine print was too small but still, it's a matter of HEART and I don't think that they have much). **So much for Kindness** I do not want any contact from the "Kindness" Animal Hospital. Do not FaceBook me, do not call me, and do not try to contact my family. It would be for the best. If we decide to continue the Vet-Dog relationship, we'll call you. Try putting a smile on your face, it really helps.

I see Dr. Scott for four of our dogs and she is so amazing and super caring about your fur baby. We had to make an appointment with Dr. Odegard once and instead of focusing on why we were there he was more focused on our dogs weight even though we are already taking the steps necessary to make them lose that weight. I would definitely give five stars if I hadn’t had that experience with this other vet.

They have an incredible staff and I loved that you could also get them groomed while they were there. I honestly was extremely satisfied the way they took care of my love!
