Dr. Hall has been sorely missed. Since his passing this Vet service has charged three times that of previous visits and offers less services. Currently looking for a new Vet.

I walked into the vet for a simple question, to see if they carried a type of food for a cat I was sitting for, as I live right next door I did not think walking in would be a hassle. The receiptionst, although very nice, had no clue if they carried the food so the doctor on hand interputed a conversation she was having with a customer to proceed to tell me (as if she was speaking to a special needs child) that they were BUSY as she spelled out. After waiting patiently in line for over 10 minutes I was not about to let someone speak to me like that when I was polite, waited my turn and was just asking a simple question trying to help an animal I was watching for a friend. I have an animal of my own as well and would rather drive an hour out of my way then walk next door to visit that vet again.

We were blessed after 2 other places told me no, Bay Country was available and had a next day appointment. The receptionist was amazing and calmed my worries, soo greatful. Our wait time was great, the staff we got to meet was awesome and the veterinarian was perfect. So thankful for all of you and look forward to seeing you all again soon. I only give a 4 star because of the prices, because the care is worth 5. The cost is outrageous, to be honest. The care that I receive for my pets, however, I feel is exceptionally good. I will continue to go there, because I want the best for my pets, but the cost makes it almost impossible for me to take them as often as I should.

We, too, loved Dr. Hall. And while the new staff is very thorough, they are outrageously expensive and take far too much time. I love my pets, but spending two hours (or longer) in a vet's office on my weekend when time is precious, makes this a temporary stop-gap solution.

Friendly and knowledgeable exotic pet. Took my guinea pig Rodney up there for a skin problem and the vet went through several different treatment options for me to treat my pig. While we were waiting, the vet tech brought in a piece of carrot she had and shared with my guinea pig which was nice of her.
