This is literally the worst place I have ever had the displeasure of bringing my dog to! I wont go into too much detail but this was my experience...None of the doctors can agree on the proper treatment, you sign an estimate, but they can charge you for whatever they want without your approval AND if you refuse to pay for things you didn't approve they threaten to keep your pet, even if you tell them NOT to give your pet certain medications they will do so anyway! Also I am not sure why they require a pre-op appointment because the doctor does a very brief and as hands off as possible exam before standing in the corner, not even bothering to examine what the problem is. The one owner I trusted to help my fur baby, was unable to explain things just simply told me that was his opinion and that's how it was going to be and now refuses to answer my calls. This vet is ALL about the money, has very immature and poorly trained rude staff including the doctors, over books themselves and has very poor quality of care.

I took my dog here for the first time the other day after a very bad experience at her previous vet!! What a difference in these two business. The staff at the other place can be rude and very unprofessional, but here they were so kind and helpful! The difference in the vets was AMAZING!!! At her old vet I never felt the doc took the time with my dogs while at their appointment. Here, the vet was so attentive. And spent at least 40 mins in the room with us. I can say this NEVER happened where she use to go. And as for the wait time....so different!!! I was never taken anywhere close to my appointment time because their reason was "we are running late because we had an emergency come in", well after my experience with my seizing dog and they told me they couldn't help her because they were too busy, I know that their excuse was a LIE!!! Because she was a true emergency. I defiantly feel that if I would've been going to Airpark, this situation would've been handled so differently. I feel they truly care for my pet. So needless to say, they have gained two new patients!! I will defiantly recommend them to someone looking for a caring vet!

My family loves Airpark; my husband and I use them when we are in the area. They are helpful and go out of their way for your animals. They are also very transparent and are upfront with pricing. They have performed a couple surgeries on our dog and have caught things our Boston vet has not; would definitely recommend.

The veterinarian staff are very knowledgeable and good at explaining all types of issues. I trust them with all my animals.

They are a little pricey. But the whole staff is great I've taken my pets there many time for different things (I have a dog and 2 cats) and each time they seem to be very efficient. We have your appointment and your usually back in a room within 10 minutes the doctor may take a little longer but there's someone there getting your information. Staff seems to empathize with you with your pet. The doctor goes over all information with you then listen to your concerns and you make your final decisions and that's what I'd want from any Dr.

Wonderful place with such great staff! I took my dog in for a dental cleaning today and the doctor was super friendly and offered a lot of information and materials around my dog's health and proper care. He was very intelligent and made me feel like my dog was in good hands. They are also AAHA accredited, which is a HUGE plus! I would highly recommend them for your pet's health and wellbeing.

I use to take my cats and my dog here when I lived in the area. The only reason I haven’t been back is because I moved away... I debate going back and driving the extra distance sometimes because these are the most caring people I have ever met. Dr. Kable and the staff was so good to my dog Duke when he was still living and had lots of urinary issues and frequent ear infections. When I had to make the difficult decision to have Duke put to sleep, Dr. Kable was so helpful and kind. The staff here really made such a difficult time in my life so much easier and comfortable for Duke and I. Whe. You bring your pets in for euthanasia, they have you call when you are on your way so they can bring you straight into an exam room when you get there... I really appreciated this because I was very heartbroken and sad and sitting in a waiting room with healthy animals would have put me over the edge emotionally. The room they took me and Duke to was a special exam room for giving the euthanasia drugs. They had a very comfortable blanket for Duke and gave me the option of being back there with him for the entire process.... I was a little reluctant at first ( this was my only experience with having an animal put down) but Dr. Kable explained it would probably help Duke feel more comfortable if I was there with him. Dr. Kable also waited until I was ready to begin the process and let me have plenty of time to be with my best friend of 15 years before and after I had to say goodbye. I am getting choked up writing this.... this was one of the hardest decisions I’ve had to make in my life.... I had no experience with putting a pet down.... the staff here was so kind and caring. I am so grateful for the excellent care they gave to Duke the years I had been taking him here. They go above and beyond to take wonderful care of your pets. They even mailed me a beautiful card a week later expressing condolences and thanking me for being Duke to them. Best vet office I have ever dealt with. This is one of the reasons I want to move back to Westminster.

I have been taking my dogs to this veterinary practice since it was on Bond Street, like 30 years ago. Over the years, they have taken care of our family's dachshunds, beagles, coonhound, and cocker spaniels. It's not cheap (although I haven't shopped around) but I trust them and am extremely confident in the high quality care they give. All of the doctors have been very kind, attentive, and thorough. All of the vets are patient and explain things well. I have never had a bad experience. In addition, Dr. Herrick was very compassionate when it was time for our last furbaby to cross the Rainbow Bridge, and even came to our house because she was unable to walk and too heavy to carry.

We have used Airpark for at least 16 years with great results. So far we have not had any bad experiences with any of the staff. When we had an issue with one of our fir babies they have been right there to help and take care of the issue. We have had three of our babies cross over to the other side and they have helped us through that very trying time. Professional always.

Misdiagnosed two of my dogs' issues. Not once but twice I had dogs suffer because of them. Once had an x-ray done and missed the fact the dogs' leg was broken, her leg never healed correctly because of this mistake. My second dog had a crooked paw since she was a puppy and they said ' nothing could be done'. We learned later at a different vet that something could have been done! She is in pain everyday because of this mistake. I hate being reminded about this place. It was also very expensive to go here. I later find out other people have had bad experiences here.

My cat was seen by Dr. Ben Kable today. He was excellent, as well as their staff. My neighbor recommended us and accompanied us to his appointment here today. We feared the worst because our previous vet gave a terrible diagnosis and did not take any time with our precious Kitty. Dr. Kable performed all necessary tests and showed the amount of care you'd hope for when seeing an animal doctor. Thank you! With the proper meds, and tests, we hope to see a huge improvement in our little buddy. I'm grateful for the recommendation to this animal hospital. Just before Xmas 2017 our Border Collie was diagnosed with cancerous tumors.I was told at her age (14) surgery was not only risky but results could not be guaranteed and were extremely expensive.I went to Airpark for a second opinion and seen Dr.Ben Kable who verified the previous diagnoses. From the time I made the Appt. to the "Bittersweet" end the staff was so kind and supportive. They all seemed to feel the same pain we were going through. Thank-You everyone at Airpark Animal Hospital for making our decision to ease her pain a little easier.

We have been using this practice for nearly 10 years now. The Doctors and Staff have always been professional and compassionate. We have recommended them to other Giant Breed owners and they have been the official vet for several rescue organizations we've worked with over the years. We will be hard pressed to find another Vet practice as good as this one when we move out of the region.

I really like the vets a lot but they have become MUCH more expensive then they ever were and never seem to be able to fit an animal in for a last minute appointment any more unless it's a higher fee "emergency" exam. I think we are all paying for their upgrade to solar. The front desk staff have also changed and are much less friendly and adept then the previous staff were . I had to put a cat to sleep last week and this morning first thing I get a call cheerily stating , "Hi I'm calling because you forgot to pay for the euthanasia." You know...because I was only THERE THREE HOURS and I paid the bill I was given at the time. Mail a bill for God's sake! Way to ruin my morning. A little sensitivity? I don't think I will be going back here after that after years of being a VERY muti-pet client.
