They have taken good care of my Bichon Frise over five years

Kelly Walls

Wonderful place. They fit my cat in as an emergency and i greatly appreciated it!! They took wonderful care of him and the doctor was very thorough and explained everything. Thankfully my kitty was fine. Love this place. Will never go anywhere else again.

Amazing Doctors and staff, knowledgeable and caring! We were taking our two dogs here for over 5 years and prior to that our other dog for 10 years. We moved up to White Marsh last year and our little dog had a nose clog (for a dog this is horrible, couldnt sleep more than 10 seconds at a time) We took him to a few vets and after 3 weeks of suffering, thousands of dollars, 2 different types of antibiotics and 3 different types of other medicines decided to take him back to Advanced. Dr Benson figured it out that day, gave him a shot and some medicine, Timmy was as good as new in 2 days!! Its worth the drive for us to just stick with Advanced moving forward. Prior to this 5 years ago they saved my Goldens life that had a disease which caused her body to eat away from her muscles causing inflammation, then possibly death. So highly recommend advanced vet complex

Chelsy Waggoner

All the girls that work in the office are VERY VERY rude. You would think to work in a vet office, you must love animals and helping, but every single one of them look miserable. Every time I leave they try to pin some extra charge on my bill, and most of the time I just come in for grooming! Honestly the WORST vet office I've ever been too. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! ***I never write reviews, I signed up just to warn people of this place!***

Helpful, friendly staff. Dr Benson is our favorite vet by far and his bulldog expertise keeps us loyal customers. We appreciate that they seem to do their best to keep prices reasonable.

The staff was very sympathetic to our distress. My little Yorkie died on our way there. Needless to say we were a wreck! They gave us as much time as we needed to make decisions & time with our Shivers.

I went here on a Saturday when most other vet offices are closed. The receptionist was very very rude. The vet who was looking at my dog kept calling me " that lady". They left me waiting for more than half an hour with no updates. I guess I would go back in case of an emergency and it was the closest place available.

Chris Christiansen

Nice, friendly, clean.

Judi King

Highly recommend Advanced Veterinary. The staff is friendly and the doctors are excellent!

My experience with Advanced VC unfortunately was not a good one. I lost my cavalier king charles Ella a week ago. On the day that I knew she was dying, I desperately called Dr Benson to see if he wanted me to bring her in so that he could monitor her decline. The receptionists and techs who I always found to be very rude , arrogant, non caring for animals, insensitive, unfriendly, and condescending did not care one bit that my Ella was dying and needed to be seen by her Vet Dr. Benson. They said he did not have time to see her at all and the best I could do is make an appointment for my dying dog the following morning. Needless to say I had to rush her to Pet Er at Cromwell Bridge road to have her euthanized at 2 30 am. She did not make it to 9am. I have yet to hear from anyone at Advanced Veterinary complex to offer sympathy or a word of kindness for the loss of my Ella. I will never utilize their services again for the remaining 2 pets that I have left. I am so disappointed that at the time I really needed Dr Benson, I was not allowed access because his staff said he was just too busy to have a brief conversation about my Ella rapidly declining health. I received more care and sympathy from Pet Er and their staff as she died in my arms surrounded by a very compassionate Pet er Dr and Tech. My Ella did not deserve to be dismissed without care during her end of life stage. I am heartbroken....

the care was good ,Dr. Benson knew right away what my dog had and it was not what i had thought thankfully.

Thank you Dr. Benson for seeing my little cat named Caterpillar this morning. Your staff made me fell welcomed and had no reservation about treating my emergency today. I wished that every establishment that cares for animals would be as professional and caring as Advanced Veterinary Complex!! Dedication speaks volumes and there are really no words that can adequately express my sincere gratitude.

Excellent VETS

Came here once before with my cat and everything went perfectly, vets and staff were friendly and caring. When I brought my dog they were rude, and ignored my questions. They would not let me hold my own nervous dog and insisted on muzzeling him despite me saying I dont agree and that hes never bit before. I dont reccomend this place at all if you care for your dogs happiness and saftey.

Nikki Lewis

The staff are always very pleasant and they take very good care of my little man!

They were extremely helpful with pet needs

IF I could give less than one star, I would! This is the worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to, and I have had pets for a long time and in many states! Dr. Watson was horrendous. I arrived early for my morning appt., only to wait for 45 min. Then the very rude technician took my two dogs and I into a room to obtain weights. She insisted on using the tiny table scale, which my dogs are too big for. She argued and argued with me then proceeded to slam my poodle on the scale, even after I said we were there for a follow-up for a spinal injury. Eventually we discussed patient history and since we were new to the clinic and state, I was explaining to the tech what our flea/tick preventative was and that my dogs were on a combined flea/heart-worm preventative, and a topical tick preventative. She would not listen, and kept accusing me of not maintaining heart-worm preventative. I sternly told her to listen and she stormed out. I heard her tell the vet that I was a bit..ch. Then the vet came in, with a total ghetto-ish attitude. In short, I ended up leaving without having my dogs examined, but Dr. Watson (Aka, Fake Doctor) proceeded to call me crazy to OTHER patients and followed me into the reception area yelling at me. This was the worst most unprofessional establishment I have ever been in. The week before, my other dog was there for his rabies vaccine with a different doctor and the technician was so busy telling me about her Husky, that she forgot to give me our proof of vaccination and tags. She finally mailed them several days later. I wouldn't recommend taking a wild rat to this place, much less your beloved pets.

Nisey Gail

Excellent staff and doctors! They always take care of my super difficult, very anti-social dog with no issues. They are very patient and have worked with me and my dog for over 7 years. I honestly don't know what I would do without them, as my dog has high anxiety and really only gets along with people he is familiar with. Because of the staff at the kennel I have been able to go away on multiple work and personal trips without having to worry about my little buddy. And the groomer Shelly is AMAZING! I cannot say enough good things about her...she is just an awesome person! She takes excellent care of my dog every time she grooms him, and gives him special attention anytime he's having a tough day. Love this place, and recommend them to everyone I know.

I originally came here because I heard of the great service that was provided. However, when I found my cat panting like a dog and barely breathing I rushed him to the clinic. He was put in an oxygen tank and I was told he has a heart issue. X-rays were taken, he got his temperature stabilized and he was sent home with me saying he’d be fine but I should see a cardiologist. I got him home by 7pm by 12pm he was suffocating again, on the drive I wasn’t sure if he would even make the 25 min drive to get the help he needed and deserved. I had to rush him to PET ER in Towson to be told that he had fluid in and around his lungs and heart. The doctors Wilson and Benson both consulted during my emergency visit at Advanced Animal Clinic. If medication was given when I came his life WOULD HAVE BEEN SAVED. HOWEVER, that was not the case. Due to the negligence of the doctors and there over look on the care for my animal I acquired thousands in debt and my animal had to be euthanized in my arms the following morning. NEVER BRING YOIR ANIMAL HERE FOR AN EMERGENCY. They are the reasons my 6 year old animal that to be euthanized, because they couldn’t read an expat correctly, give proper treatment and find the cause for his respiratory issues. They are incompetent murders not animal lovers.

Good for emergencies...I wanna give props first....the male African American vet tech is very gentle and caring. Nice smile.. seems warm.... Female Dr. WILSON is phenomenal..... some of the other staff seems borderline uncaring and sometimes kinda clueless... this visit one receptionist kept telling me I wasn't ready for checkout and I was the last customer and she said no it's for another pet in another room with the same name as my pets...which is a very unique name and I was like are you sure..and the other receptionist that seemed to have it together and looked at her like she was crazy said wait... another customer doesn't have the same unique name...plus her eyes were flitting like she was ready to fall asleep....yes everyone makes mistakes...but she had me waiting well over 25 mins when she had my meds in her hands and I just thought they didn't have all my meds for my pet ready....so I didnt think to ask sooner. Once checked out the other ladies at the desk were good. I guess I'd give them a 4 star IF they seemed as personable or more friendly as my normal vet as i spend alot of money on the emergencies and do expect excellence from all on emergency situations.

Bad neighbors. They let dogs poop in the parking lot that are under their care and clean up after them!

Dear Advanced Vet, We want to send a special thank you for taking care of our baby Kiya Marley Block for the past few years. Doctor Benson your care has been exceptional from day one. You took Kiya on after Dr. Reinhardt left and treated her as if she had always been your patient. You were kind and always fully explained procedures and findings. You took such great care when doing her ear surgery for her hematoma and even lazered off a few skin tags in the process. After that we called her Kiya “buttons” for the longest time. She healed remarkably well and you could never even tell she had the surgery. The staff has always been so courteous, caring , and helpful. This week we had to put our baby down and it was one of the worst days of our life. We would not have been able to manage as well as we did had it not been for your team. Dr. Bloom and the tech sat with us that night and held our hads through the process. Everyone helped to make our baby very comfortable even giving her a nice pink blanket to rest on. Kiya’s last moments were peaceful and we felt the love from every single member of Advance Vet. Words cannot express how the caring nature of your staff and doctors helped ease such a terrible situation. Thank you for all that you do for the fur babies in the area it is truly a labor of love. We are forever grateful and will always speak your praises. Love, Marcy, Jane, Kiya, and Tudor.

My family and I used this vet (Dr. Benson)) for many years. The office was clean, nice caring staff. However I don't use them anymore because it became all about the $....not about my pets care. Try Rolling Road Vetrenary in Catonsville....Dr. Lisa is very good.

Dr. Benson is great. He's very knowledgeable and I feel his fees are reasonable compared to our previous vets.

We have several animals, and certainly have had many Veterinarians., both, in and out, of the area where we live. My husband and I have been in and out of Veterinarian offices for over 40 years. I believe we have come close to the worst of Vets. during our time, but the veterinarians, and staff, at Advance Vet. Complex are wonderful. Sometime we, as customers, walk into an establishment, never knowing what the staff are going through, have gone through, or what they have been up against that day. Yes, we are all emotional when we walk in with our sick pets, and only want the best for them. This is exactly what you get at Advance..."The Best". Dr. Benson and his staff of other veterinarians, are the most knowledgeable Vets. I have taken my animals to. Our Two Week old puppy was diagnosed with pneumonia, and had a very slim chance of survival. The medical knowledge, determination, and endless hours, gave my puppy a chance to survive. This is just one example of Dr. Benson's "Medical Expertise".,.. there are many other customers, I have sat in the waiting room with, and have listened to other customers give praise to Advance Vet. Complex. I give them an "A+". Looking for great pet care, you will find it at Advanced. ps.......I rarely publicly rate a service.

Dr benson is the best ever and price is so reasonable

Moo-moo & King have been here for 10 yrs. With Dr. Benson by their side i know they will receive the most efficient, caring, attentive knowledgeable, care any animal can receive. Ms Jean the Office mgr is as caring and understanding as well, she has helped in some pretty big spots. I love them both. Dr. Benson has been in this business for years and can spot an issue in a split second. He also has his own animals so make no mistake his love for animals is goes farther from the office. Moo-Moo was recently diagnosed with an enlarged heart 3rd stage heart murmur and this is hard on me every day. I'm taking videos and pix everyday. She is my best friend. She has attacked for me, she lets me use her harness to pull me up if i fall. She is my best friend and has no problem showing her loyalty. King is my baby boy the Yorkie n he's just as full of life as when he was as a puppy. For a dnall 11 lb. Felliw he has mire heart than a pit-bull. He will run and jump on some1 or something alone or together to porotect myself and l them. I in turn would do the same for them. Moo-moo won 2nd place for mixed-breed at 2018 Dog fest. I love her so much. I'm praying she has many more yrs to come. Their both 12 n God blessed me with 2 little ones for me to love n nurture. Dr.Benson prices are very reasonable as well. There's no other place I'd rather take my babies than Advanced Vet. So give them a call , don't wait till its to late. Get your dog spayed, neutered, monthly flea and tick specials on 6 packs. Heartworm monthly specials also. For grooming see Mary she has a way with your pet and makes sure THEIR comfortable and then she begins her grooming. Don't hesitate to go to Advanced Veterinary complex. You won't regret it. I know.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever! Do NOT take your pet to this vet unless you don't care about the treatment that is provided. I took my cat to the vet because he wasn't eating, his tongue was hanging out of his mouth and he was drooling. It was very obvious my cat had some dental issues b/c it was painful for him to eat. I went in for an emergency visit, I took my daughter with me, Dr. Ballard came into the room, took one look at him and said she was calling the county to report he has rabies. I told the vet that he was a stray that I had taken in and been caring for for over a year. I explained that he wasn't feeling well, told her his symptoms. As soon as she heard "stray" she assumed without even examining him he had rabies. She told me that I needed to leave him there so they could put him to sleep and "cut his head off" and send it away to test for rabies. She said this in front of my daughter who left crying. I said there is something wrong with his teeth, he doesn't have rabies, can't you examine him? She said no she wouldn't examine him she was reporting him to the county. I'm now getting calls from the county to come take him from me. I immediately left and went to Falls Road Animal Hospital, they took him back immediately and found that he had 2 tooth abscesses and was dehydrated. The vet immediately ran some blood work on him, gave him an injection for pain and antibiotics, and gave him some fluid for dehydration. Cinders is back home with me and already feeling better. DO NOT GO TO ADVANCED VETERINARY COMPLEX AND DO NOT SEE DR. BALLARD!

My dog was bit by another dog this Easter weekend and we went to Advanced for emergency care at 2pm. They saw him quickly and efficiently, did his surgery and he was home by 7pm. My only negative is that WE discovered an additional small bit on his back that the vet did not catch, but otherwise got him taken care quickly and kindly.

I have trusted Dr. Benson with the many dogs and cats I have adopted/fostered for the past 12 years. He is a true diagnostician! His knowledge is unparalleled. Rather than starting with running a bunch of tests, he asks questions about symptoms and uses his knowledge to diagnose and then test to confirm if necessary. His vast knowledge has saved me thousands of dollars over the years. Many commenters complain of his personality...he's not going to make a ton of small talk with you, but he WILL answer every single question thoroughly and even pull out pictures or models to explain your pet's anatomy. He doesn't simply treat a medical malady, he completely explains the situation to you, so that you fully understand the process and treatment. My youngest dog is now having her second knee surgery with Dr. Benson (two separate ACL tears) and I don't have a worry in the world, bc she recovered so wonderfully from her first surgery with him: clean incision, they included laser therapy to aid in the healing process, low pain during recovery, and an absolutely flawless recovery to her knee....not to mention the surgery cost over $1000 less than every other vet in the area!!! Dr. Benson truly cares about the animals he sees in his practice. I brought my dog in today to have her torn knee looked at, and even though our surgery was scheduled for tomorrow morning, he was able to squeeze her in today, so that she wouldn't risk re-injuring her other knee. I can't say enough good things about the man! My pets are my children and I fully trust them in his care. He consistently shows me loyalty, and I know there won't be any "surprises" on my bills with him.

We took our dog to the practice for a check up. My dog is a service dog. Dr. Benson prescribed an increase in Gabapentin from 60 mg to 600 mg and added lasix. After the visit, our dog began to be unable to walk and became very lethargic. He then began to have a severe case of diarrhea and could not move that evening. We continued to see an increase in diarrhea and vomiting the next day. We called the practice and they refused to let him come in on emergency or to look at his stool per management direction per Christine. I even brought in a sample of his stool to check and Christine refused to check it. She told me to through it in the trash outside not in their office. I told her that my dog was almost lifeless. She told us that Dr. Benson would call us that night from 9 pm - 11 pm. I waited up all night and NO ONE CALLED. The next morning MY DOG DIED. We took him to another vet where they were unable to revive him. We were refused service and my dog suffered. I can never go to this practice again. My dog was dead within 48 hours after our visit to this practice.

My sister has a dog that was diagnosed with "a cancerous" growth. I went to the facility to pay for the surgery only to find out that the growth was a cyst that had "resolved itself" however, since the dog was already under anesthesia, they decided to ( without consent ) pull 2 teeth and clean the others. The bill is now $250. I now have the choice to either pay the bill and write this review or refuse to pay the bill all together. Obviously, I've decided to pay the bill and do the consumer community a favor by alerting everyone as to how unscrupulous the practice of this facility is. I understand that they need to run a business and make money doing so. But , consider this.... If you took your car in for an oil change and went to pick it up and found the dealership put a set of tires on as well, would you be happy? I didn't think so!!!! Please learn from my lesson. Protect yourself!!

Madame Zeroni

Dr. Benson is unfriendly, impatient and bothered by any questions we have. We've been going to this clinic for several years because it's incredibly convenient and there are several other vets who are much more pleasant . When we call to make an appointment we make sure not to schedule with him.

Shana Daniels

Not pleased at all with this vet. After taking my 10 weeks old yorkie to them for a emergency visit because she wasn't feeling well and we suspected she ate a cigarettes butt. Well after blood test, xrays and some glocuouse meds and a $300 Bill my dog was still sick and the vet had zero answers. Seemed to charge for every little thing and encouraged my pet stay when she couldn't even tell me what was wrong to begin with. Had the nerve to tell me she wasn't God. No she wasn't but I question was she even a vet.

Jasmine, Alexis, Bridgette and Dr. Kelly were amazing for our first visit. From their demeanor to knowledge and helpful ways they are making my transition to pet ownership a wonderful experience. I recommend the facility based on neighborhood, accommodations and overall positive experience.

For the last 20 years, my various pets have been treated by Dr. Benson and the other vets at advanced. Dr. Benson is a solid veterinarian. He treats my pets for what they need, but isn't excessive. They have treated my golden twice for lyme and now for joint inflammation in her golden years. One of the other vets in the practice strongly recommended that I put my cat on dialysis when it was in end stage kidney failure which would have been extremely expensive, stressful to the pet and only delayed the inevitable, but we opted for implementing our own hospice care at home so the cat could die in peace. My only recommendation is that the doctors provide estimates of cost and likely outcomes when they suggest various treatments although that tends to be an obvious omission across human health care, as well. BTW, Shelley is an excellent groomer. She has groomed my dog for years.

Do not board your dog here. Dogs are never walked, they have NO runs at all, big dogs stuffed in little crates to where they almost can’t move. The kennel manager try’s to hide things and not fix them. Drains have been clogged for years. But I will say the grooming departments deserves 5 stars they know what they are doing. They actually care

There are not enough wonderful things to say about Dr. Benson and everyone who works at Advanced Veterinary Complex. When my 17 year old cat died years ago, after being patient there for over 10 years, they called to check on me, sent hand written note, and more. Flash forward, I took my 11 year old sweet kitty to them as an emergency last weekend. Sadly, he died yesterday. The compassion, love, and quality veterinary care that was given not only to my sweet pet but to my human family as well cannot be matched elsewhere. I will never take my pets anywhere else.

I had the absolute worst experience here. Brought my dog in for a spray. 5 days later she was throwing up had a high fever and was out of it. Took her back because I suspected sepsis. They assured me there was no way she could have gotten sepsis from them, had she had to have eaten something outside. Gave her a barium test to see if she had a blockage, called the next morning to say she did have a blockage and surgery was necessary to save her life. Which of course, I consented to. Opened her up from chest to rear only to find no blockage. But remember there’s no way it was sepsis. Caused by their spay. So now racking our bill up through the roof because of unnecessary surgeries. We are distraught. Our kids are distraught. At this point we felt the least they could do was accept partial responsibility for the needless surgeries and possible sepsis. And we told them we felt they should take half of what they were charging is off the bill. Yes, we were willing to pay half for something that we had no control over. Their answer was no, and once our dog was well enough to come home they held her hostage until we signed a payment agreement. They seriously would not give us our dog until we agreed to pay the full amount. In the end I understand vets are human too. People make mistakes but the fact that they refused to accept responsibility for a misdiagnosis and forced us to pay under duress makes it clear, this place is 100% about money.

After eight years of taking both my dogs there I will never step foot in that facility again not only that I found a complaint with the BBB I took my Yorky and there on Friday, February 2 Dr. Simpson took x-rays and clearly told me that he had white matter indicative of cancerous polyps; I ask her what the next steps were she handwe me a brochure referred me to a veterinarian in Towson to have a biopsy; at that time she quoted saying even if the biopsy comes back benig he still needs to have the polyps removed because they're blocking his airway, I ask her if she had any idea how much it would cost she said a couple thousand dollars At that time I ask her if it was something that they could do there in the office she said to me I would personally take my dog to Towson if it was my dog ; Dr. Benson might be able to do it but I'm not sure what he can do. When I checked out I left a message at the front desk for Dr. Benson to call me Monday, February 5 I called the office and spoke to Jean I believe the office manager and I expressed to her my concern about Dr. Simpson and the comments she made about the capability of Dr. Benson and what he was or wasn't capable of doing Meanwhile Dr. Benson had left me a message on the weekend stating that he could do the surgery that week any day except for Wednesday and that if they were small enough he would remove them when he was doing the biopsy but he wouldn't be able to tell until he got down in his throat It was scheduled for Friday, February 9 on that day from 4 o'clock till 7 o'clock I called three times only to be told my dog was in recovery and they didn't have a report from Dr. Benson yet and he was unable to come to the phone Finally about 720 I got a call from Bridget who informed me that my Yorky was ready for pick up and that there was no polyps found; At that point I said then what in the hell was Dr. Simpson seeing all that x-ray Bridget apologized saying she was sorry and she wasn't sure I said why hope you guys don't plan on charging me and she said unfortunately yes you will have to pay I went up there demanded my dog got All the notes from the prior visit me while Dr. Benson refused to come out and talk to me apparently still in different surgeries but yet had time to relate to his staff what to tell me; Bridget came out and was trying to tell me that the surgery would have had to be done anyway to try to do the biopsy there's nothing to do a biopsy on it there's no polyps; then she tried to tell me that that's not with Dr. Simpson sad I told her she needed to talk to Jean the office manager because I even called Monday too late what Dr. Simpson said and complain about her comments about Dr. Benson and his capabilities Then she tried to tell me that that's not with Dr. Simpson sad I told her she needed to talk to Jean the office manager because I even called Monday too late what Dr. Simpson said and complain about her comments about Dr. Benson and his capabilities. Then they handed me theoffice notes and clearly on the office notes it states surgery to remove polyps and do a biopsy... Then proceeded to tell me they were getting my bill together

My boyfriends Dads recommend us, he had been many times for his three cats. Anyway, after a "ruff" car ride with my two year old pit we were greeted pleasantly. The Vet knew right away that his limp was Lyme disease and put him on pain medicine and an antibiotic. He was back to his normal self running and playing the next day! And he loved all the attention the employees gave him, the girls at reception coddled him like a newborn. Plus, they are the only ones who can trim his nails without him putting up a stink. I would defiantly recommend and I know both he and I look forward to his next visit (kidneys test and nail trim ). PS. upon my initial visit, I was shocked by how low our bill was! Update: 2 years later and this is still our vet office, unfortunately though we had to go in yesterday. Our dog had not eaten in 4 days and we took him to an ER vet in Baltimore county over the weekend who took xrays for a possible blockage and wanted another $900 to keep him overnight to retake his xrays in the morning. We opted for subcutaneous fluids and took him home. I called Advanced first thing Monday morning and we got in that day. His urine was dark so the Dr ordered blood work to test for organ failure and found our sweet boy had an infection. Instead of trying to get us to spend more money on x rays and surgeries like the Catonsville ER did, Advanced went with more affordable diagnostics and figured it out... yet again. We're grateful they didn't just assume he needed surgery and actually explored other options, not only for financial reasons, but because I prefer a less invasive treatment if possible, I mean, would you want surgery if all you needed was an antibiotic? So thank you Advanced, your continuous care is appreciated.

I have had to use the services of this complex twice in under 4 months due to owning a lovely but intensely curious pitbull puppy. The first was a spider bite..and the diagnosis and treatment were right on. This latest visit was due to Karma developing hives as a result of some altercation with a biting or stinging insect. Again...just as the vet said the hives went down within hours of the injection given. I should mention that both visits were after hours..and considered emergencies. Having a pitbull you get used to negative attention or attitudes from people...EVERYONE there was concerned and very loving and sweet to my baby..something that means the world to me.

Dr. Benson has been taking care of my lab since she was a puppy. She's now 10 1/2 years old. Appreciate him and the office staff.

What's the appropriate amount of stars for the vet who turned away my dying dog? I guess one? I lost my best friend last night. She was the best, funniest, kindest most loving dog that's ever been a dog. Yesterday she wasn't doing too well. We called the vet who said they would be open until 10pm even though it was 4th of July. A few hours later she took a turn for the worst and even though it was only 8pm once we got her to the clinic they reported they were closed. The vet and staff were all still there they just couldn't take the time to see her. They referred her to another animal hospital over 30min away and she passed in the backseat of the car on the way there. Instead of being surrounded by the people she loved and given medication to minimize her pain she was left to die in the back seat of a station wagon. The only thing worse than losing my pet is knowing the people who should have cared about her couldn't be bothered. She was a great dog and deserved so much better. Please find another vet for your pet and don't go here.

Dr Benson is our Vet. Great guy, very thoughtful and thorough with our pets. Always takes his time in explaining any treatment or health issues.

Has anyone used this vet for a spay? How was your experience? I have read mixed reviews but was recommend for my 5 month of puppy to come here to get spayed.

I’ve been using them for years. Really gone downhill. Always put on hold because they are understaffed. Called several times for simple procedures such as nail cutting and told there was no one there to do it. Frustrating. I feel as if my dog and I are just another customer. Terrible.

I've been taking my dog to them since he was a puppy, 11 years now and his medical records shows it . Over the past year our dog was diagnosed with diabetes and give medication to help his numbers, but we've noticed that our by weekly curve visits were not being monitored by the different vets and we keep being told different amounts of medications and when we ask for a copy of records " all of a sudden " they seem not to be available yet ! We continue to get different information about his medication and curve results. We've ask for the ownership to contact us and the vets say they " just work there " and no one seems to be able to make a decision about incorrect billing after 5pm , because "the office manager can't be reached for any reason " needless to say " still awaiting that call. You would think that after 11 years of bringing our pet for vaccinations, boosters shoots, X-rays , minor surgical procedures, prescribed medications, dog food , boarding and not to mention the grooming charges, that we would honestly be given correct information and kept as a valued customer , but I guess being treated as just a number is the new way of doing business. We are truly disappointed with the lack of communication and lackluster professionalism with this business. We will no longer refer anyone to that business and will take our pet elsewhere!

Over two hours waiting for an annual checkup led to finally being fed up and leaving. Even came in 30 minutes early because they told me to. Wasn't particularly busy but technicians were rude and the service provided was pathetic. If they can't manage this, I don't know how they take care of more serious problems. Not returning.
