Normally they do a great job of housing pets. But suck at nail triming. My dog walked out bandaged up on several occasion. They cut too much of the nail bed caused him to bleed all over the place. We havent been back since.

Called for a quote, $140 for spay and shots for our rescue kittty. When we picked her up after surgery, got a bill $240. The lady behind the counter says "sorry bout that". I guess doing the right thing a getting her fixed was a mistake. If we let her continuesly get pregnant and fill the pound up with kitties .."sorry bout that" This was a bait and switch, clearly. I've heard absolutely great things about Paws and Claws, so I decided to give it a try. But I'm pretty disappointed with my experience so far. I've taken my pup there a handful of times, and have never actually met Dr. White. My dog is just whisked into the back and I'm told I'll be called when she's finished. That frustrates me a little. Also, the front desk receptionist that I've spoken to the last few visits hasn't been very kind. Not a great way to introduce people to your clinic and encourage them to stay. I think I'll be sticking with the vet I've been using for the last three years instead of switching. However, the office is clean and I really like the email reminders about appointments.

This place is horrific! My dog came back EXTREMELY skinny after being kenneled there for 3 weeks. She was all skin and bones and I had to go to my vet to get her checked out to make sure she was ok. I got no courtesy call saying she wasn’t eating or that there was anything wrong. Isn’t that what an emergency contact is for.??!! I will never recommend this to anyone. If you care about your pets DO NOT take them here! Would rate 0 stars if it would let me

The Vet was amazing and very helpful, however the Vet Techs were quite unprofessional and pushy. I wanted to split up the last parvo etc booster and Rabies, just to be safe. However the techs tried to scare me into doing the rabies vaccine then stated as to test for rabies you have to cut off the dog's head and test the brain. I was already well aware of this and did not appreciate them trying to force me into it when I planned to get the rabies vaccine in the near future anyway. I will be going to a different vet only because of their vet techs.
