I have never in my life dealt with such a caring, loving and compassionate team as I did with Mandeville Emergency Hospital. They cared for my River girl like no other. With all efforts exhausted, and the severity of Rivers injury , we choose it was best to let her go. I seen professionalism at this hospital at its best. From when we walked in the door through the duration of caring for River. I would like to thank each and everyone of the staff members that crossed our path. Dr. Ledet and her staff are wonderful. I have two cats they treat who love them also. The staff is very accommodating and takes the time to answer any questions thoroughly to ensure I understand everything going on with their care and treatment. This is a great place. Dr. Liza helped my pet with his broken leg and everyone in the office was super friendly. They do pet grooming and boarding too and the decor is really nice and cheerful.

I've been friends with Dr. Liza for quite some time and remember the early days when Mandeville Animal Hospital was under construction and recruitment was under way for the first new patients. I always told Liza if and when I ever lived across the lake, that I would happily transfer over to her the care of my two dogs. Fast forward to the Summer of 2015, and my wife and I finally make the move from Old Metairie to Madisonville. Just a short drive down Highway 22, our two dogs, Sadie and Luigi, have been fully transferred over, and we have been more than happy and thrilled with the work of Dr. Liza and her staff. So far, we have had an annual checkup, teeth cleaning, and spay all done very professionally and without any problems. This is a first-class facility with some of the most friendliest, knowledgable, and kindest staff in town. If you're on the North Shore, or if you're just looking for a vet that you can trust and depend on, please stop in and meet Dr. Liza and her staff at Mandeville Animal Hospital. You won't regret it. Good care of my dog, cleaned him the morning of my pick up, few blemishes on him that weren't there when I dropped him off; they called me while I was gone to notify me of a bloody wart; answered my calls made while I was gone; vet showed concern and interest in Cian's well being.

Picked this clinic on a whim simply by reviews and location. Hands down the BEST service I have ever received from an animal hospital. Dr. Ledet and her vet tech really went out of their way to provide personable service. The clinic is clean! Prices were reasonable. My cat had been abused by previous owners and I had never taken her outside of the home, and they were so gentle with her and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. So happy we found Dr. Ledet and her staff!
