I have been a client at the animal hospital for many years. I have always been given prompt, helpful, and great service. They have always been nice, appreciative, and informative about any question or concern I have had. No matter how silly it was. They are always kind enough to take the time to talk with me, or sit down and explain things to me if I don't understand. They have treated me more like a friend or family member than a client, and I am truly thankful for all the amazing life saving things that they do for all our little furry loved ones.

We were from out of town and needed a vet desperately for a new and very sick puppy we had just picked up from a Breeder. Everyone was so caring, helpful, and we will never forget the kindnesses shown to us and our precious baby. We especially are grateful to Dr. David who spent so much time with us during our two visits , explaining carefully in detail what we needed to do to save our baby. We are forever grateful! All my animals love this office. It's roomy, always smells nice, has a very relaxed feel. The staff is well informed, always thinking safety and make the animal feel comforted. Their concern and love for their patients is obvious. My dog was severely injured when he jumped from a moving truck. He lost a lot of blood, had to have drains placed in his wounds and needed a lot of TLC. They were MARVELOUS. They were very patient and understanding with the frantic (trying to be calm) mom. They explained everything in detail and did a fantastic job with his injuries. A+ care, A+ service.

The doctors and staff are always so welcoming and caring. The clinic always looks so clean and feels so relaxed. When we had to put our baby down everyone there made us feel so loved and they took special care of us when we were so fragile. I will never use another clinic for my babies. They are truly the best in town!

Love Dr. David, but it never fails, when I try to call I get a busy signal (repeatedly) or put on hold and forgotten about. The last time I needed my dogs pills refilled I had to send a message through their website, but no one got back to me until the next day. On top of that the two ladies who work the desk most of the time are far from nice and friendly. They make us “sign in” even just to pick up the meds I’ve called for in advance and then I have to stand there for at least 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me. I’m changing vets because after years of this, I’m officially sick of it.
