Great veterinarians and staff. Only thing negative is that everything is a little expensive. That said, you really get value. They used to have a wait time problem but for the last year or so, they've not had us wait in the lobby for more than 5 minutes! With a big dog that wants to "greet" every dog that comes in, that is important! The faster you put me in a room, the less chances of my dog choking himself or fighting other animals. Thanks for improving that Wills!

Great place to take your pets. After 2 days away from, we came home to our very anxious cat had chewed/scratched a raw patch on herself around a flea collar we purchased at Wills. My wife called and though our cat had never been a patient they made an appointment for us that evening. The Dr. was kind and concerned and the office called back twice over the next two weeks to check in on how our kitty was doing. They are also very responsive to inquiries from PetMeds- we've experienced delays in medication approvals(flea and tick meds) before with other vets here in town.

Recently brought in a stray that I was willing to adopt. It was apparent that she had been hurt and out in the wild for some time. Dr. Wolfe and the staff were wonderful. I receive several phone calls during the day while they were examining her to update me on her health. When Gaia was ready to be picked up, the Doctor told me how much everything cost. I also bring my two male cats here. I have never had a problem with the service provided. Wills Animal Hospital provides not only for my pets, but they provide support when I have to make difficult decisions.

BEST VETERINARY CLINIC EVER! I have a 15-year old Shih Tzu that another vet had told me should be put down because she had a brain tumor. Took her to Wills for a second opinion and it was just a neck injury that surgery corrected. That was three years ago and my pooch is still going strong (as strong as a 15-year old pooch can go!). I love all the vets we've seen - Dr Teresa Wills, Dr Wolfe and Dr Massengil. This clinic is the best!!

I brought my sick cat in there but too long ago. They ran some tests and determined that she was too old and sick to help. I suspected as much but I wanted to give her a chance. The vet recommended euthanasia, so that's what we did. This cat belonged to my 13 year old niece before she was mine so I brought her in with me. We both stood there with our hands on our cat while they administered the injection that put her to sleep. Though my niece and I were both very upset we were treated with the utmost respect and sensitivity by the staff and the vet at Will's. They let us pay before the injection was administered. They let us out the backdoor so none of the other patrons would see us crying and they even sent us a hand written sympathy letter a couple days later. I believe mine and my nieces cat went very peacefully and died with dignity surrounded by people and staff that loved and cared for her. Thank you to Will's. You really helped losing Mabel be as pleasant as possible and my niece and I had a very pleasant experience considering what was done. Thanks again.
