Called to find out what deworming medication i should come pick up for an outside stray cat we have adopted.... absolutely NO help!! Will be driving to owensboro to buy at the veterinary clinic there. Sad. Very sad.

I wanted to say I had a great vist here today the staff was amazing and Dr. Coy was the best there so caring and do the best for the animals they take time to talk to you and make you really feel like family I have found a new vet for sure. I recommend him to anyone. Please check out hes office low reasonable prices and amazing staff can't ask for anything better for your fur babies. They will be in great hands.

Excellent service at a fair price. Patty always knows exactly how to help. We took our dog there for a rabies shot and Tick medicine. The price for all services was about $60. We were a walk in and were finished within 15 minutes of checking in.

My dog Jasmine was hit and I took her in. They xrayed her and initially thought she suffered from a cracked pelvis. I left her in their care since I had to go out of town. The following day, they were giving Jasmine physical therapy and found a knot farther up her back. Dr.Newton took another xray and found a break in the spinal cord. She had me call her later that day, and informed me of the situation. We cried, and afterwards I told her to keep Jasmine comfortable until I could get back to town. The entire staff took great care of my baby, and expressed their deepest regret for what I had to do. They let me take her home for the day, and I returned that evening to put her to rest. Hardest thing in the world to look your pet in the eyes as she's taking her final breath. Dr. St. Clair, Dr. Newton and the entire staff was fantastic throughout this process. Very sincere. I wouldn't hesitate to take my pets to them, and I would certainly recommend to anyone to give them a chance if you haven't got a veterinarian or are looking for one.

My Nala kitty is SO much better! She had not ate or drank for 3 days, had lost weight, and had a tender abdomen. During her overnight stay, only a $10.50 charge, I received two telephone updates that were initiated by their office which was so relieving and kind. Before they did anything they OK'ed it with me first. After a little over 24 hours Nala started perking up. She is now home, eating, and purring with her brother and sister. We are certainly blessed to have Rough River Veterinary Clinic and staff to be there for our fur babies! They have a sincere concern for their patients and customers and treat your fur babies as if they were their own.

By far the most reasonable and knowledgeable vet clinic in the area.
