Great clinic. Dr. Tanner was our doctor today. Him and all the staff working with my mare were spectacular. I will be switching over to Rood and Riddle as my main vet for all my horses.

The tour was amazing! I took my daughter (13) and she found it so interesting. It's amazing on what they all do there at their location. Watching the surgeries was super cool. It is worth going and taking in all they have to show you. They do amazing things there and glad they are able to help the animals in need. The tour guide was very informative and knew her stuff. It was an amazing tour and probably take it in again in the future!

I was referred to them by Cornell Ruffian Equine Hospital. Dr Morrell came to Ruffian hospital and gave me a price for his farrier service for my horse. When I received the bill it was $110.00 more than the price agreed upon for the very same service. I called and advised them that it was not the price quoted. They agreed it was not the price I was told, and further stated that I needed to pay the billed price anyway. Staff was rude and hung up the phone on me when I called to inquire about the incorrect bill. Dr Morrell and Rood & Riddle did not honor the terms of an honest agreement. I was baited and switched and upcharged for no reason. Dishonorable & Untrustworthy. Not to mention the most expensive farrier on the entire Island and his shoddy work fell apart 10 days later. Beware!

Without question Rood and Riddle hands down is the most incredible, state of the art hospital, with the finest Vets in every specialized field you can imagine. Second to none, extremely professional, the staff is more than outstanding

Our tour at Rood & Riddle was a truly enlightening experience, and lucky for us, we were the only visitors that day. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and spent almost twice as long with us than the one hour advertised. We were able to observe three surgical procedures, including x-rays taken during the procedures. We toured the entire hospital complex, and interacted with staff in various departments, including farrier and genetics. The expanse of the facilities and services was clear and we took it all in. As a bonus, we met Dr. Rood! This is a must see tour. It's unique and the work done here is important. THANK YOU!
