Less than impressed with Pet Wow over the couple of years we've used them. We usually take the dogs up there to get their nails trimmed. They always seem to miss the dew claws for some reason even when we tell them beforehand. Also, the parking lot is dangerous! My wife twisted her ankle and bruised up her knee when she fell in it. We have an older dog that when she came down out of the car at our last visit, I believe she hurt her shoulder in a pothole/divot. We reported it to the pet wow manager and the property management company who stated they were going to fix it. But they did not! Seems to me they really don't care about their customers. I doubt it will be back. We will probably use someone else.

Just want to say THANK YOU to the mobile unit that came out to my Grandfather's house today and gave my legally blind sons cat shots. He said he started crying when his cat was. Thank you for being so nice to him and his precious baby. It is appreciated beyond words.

2nd visit: went back. Again my regular vet not available. Needed nail care for my cat. They were available. They were great I called ahead and they were very friendly on the phone so then I walked in and they were very nice they treated my cat very well and at a reasonable price to I'm glad I chanced it and went back. 1st visit: My regular vet was unavailable. I needed help with my cat. It was my first visit here. The vet that met with us was very forceful. She told me of the many proceedures and vaccinations with their high costs my cat is in need of. Did not really help with consern we went in for. Very cold and overwhelming. Wont go back.

I'm extremely disappointed and angry. I took my puppy in for her first grooming. She was supposed to get a puppy cut with 1/4inch taken off of her 4inch hair. She was shaved. They even left patches of hair uneven. We will NEVER go back!

This was one of the best grooming experiences I have had. we have a 12Yr. Old Yorkie who has not been well and has trouble standing but was in need of a grooming in a very bad way. The staff was absolutely amazing with her, so kind and caring. They were so able to squeeze in today and did a wonderful job. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our little princess we will definitely be back.

Yesterday our dog died of cancer which she supposedly had since she was a puppy. We would bring her in to petwow for her annual check up ever since we got her from SAAP two years ago. Every time they'd just inject her with her shots and say she was perfectly healthy. When we asked them about our concerns of her weird behavior(constant urination and defication, aggressive when stomach touched, and other factors) they'd shrug it off and say it was anxiety and normal. They obviously were wrong since those were apparently all symptoms of the cancer tumor growing in her stomach. Sadly due to the failure of PetWow properly addressing all possibilities of our pets concerning behavior a puppy has died young and been taken away by cancer which could've been treated if properly address when our concerns were brought to them.

Both the vet tech and vet were very patient and answered all of my questions. I've been very happy with the grooming here and the ladies at the front desk have been very helpful when I've gone to schedule appointments, pick up medicine, or drop off and pick up my dog.

We initially chose Pet Wow due to how close we lived to the florence location, but have stayed with them for 2years now purely based on our good experience there. The staff has been kind and courteous, and their doctors have also been helpful and sincere in their care for our girl Maggie. We are sadly moving out of the country and won’t be able to bring Maggie to pet wow anymore but if it wasn’t so, then pet wow would have continued to be our go-to vet & grooming care. Thank you guys for always being amazing and we will miss you!
