I like the way they handle all of their patients with care and any time I have ever went there with my guinea pigs they have always given me the diagnosis. The waiting process isnt very joyful, but that is to be expected when you have such a great clinic.

Don't take your pet there if it has a autoimmune disease like diabetes Bc the vet didn't provide necessary medical equipment or advice and my pet passed away at 12 years old. She had never been to another vet, she was treated at this clinic since age of 8 weeks. They never sent condolence card or anything. But my friend takes a stray in there, had never been there before and the dog passed. She got a condolence card. WHAT!!

Dr. Massey is amazing! You can tell he really cares about his patients. Sometimes the wait time is excessive but I believe it's because they are always willing to squeeze in our pets in discomfort. Just like the hospital, the patients are evaluated and the sickest go first.

Great service to animals, but the wait time is rediculas if your not one of the first appointments of the day, got an appointment, plan on being there atleast 1.5 to 2.5 hours

The only place I will take animals, be it my own or rescue. Caring and helpful staff and at an affordable price. Which can't be said for other vets. Call ahead as this is usually a busy office, but that's a good sign.
