It is night and day with the customer service here. I’ve experienced some of the most caring and sincere individuals who make me thankful I have been a loyal customer (for 15+ Years) at Noah’s Ark. Lately I’ve received impatient, apathetic, and extremely insensitive care takers / receptionists who have left me beside myself, have hung up on me, and scoffed at my questions. My mom has a mini pinscher who was a stray and is easily scared of people. We take him to Noah's Ark to get his nails trimmed. Crystal did his nails the last time and took such care to be sure she didn't cut them too short - taking small snips and looking at his nail to see how close to the quick she was. She was awesome and I hope to have her do his nails every time. The last person at Noah's did not have this style. Crystal deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. She LISTENED to our concerns and what we hope to accomplish (to take the dog to get his nails trimmed and not have them trimmed too short where it hurts him - so he realizes -in time - that he doesn't need to be so afraid). She could not have done anything any better for us today. She's wonderful. God bless her for listening, taking the time to try to work with us and making it a very positive experience for our scared little guy.

Was impressed with the size and cleanliness when I walked in but as soon as I met the vet my opinion did a 180. They don't want to take the time to explain what could be wrong with your pet, what tests will check for, or what the medicine will do for them. They're all about the money and don't care about your pets. They won't say, "Well I've seen other animals exhibiting these signs so it could be this." They have to bring out a paper after meeting with you a few minutes with $400 worth of tests that are probably unnecessary. I'm tired of going to vets and paying $400 and walking out still not know what's wrong with my animals.

I would like to thank Dr. Koopmans and the wonderful staff at the clinic. Our poor lab got in our trash and swallowed a disposable razor blade. They gave us options and fair honest pricing. My lab had to have an invasive surgery that lasted 3 hours to remove them. The staff and Dr. Koopmans himself personally called me to update me on the surgery. My dog is home resting happy and healthy due to the wonderful staff at the clinic and I cannot thank you all enough.

All in all seems like a well rounded clinic. Took my puppy there to receive his first vaccinations as well as get checked out. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that the Veterinarian didn't seem much like a people person. ( She didn't introduce herself at to us and rather just stepped inside the room and just began checking out my dog, No introduction kinda rubbed me the wrong way. As It was my first time at the clinic.) However, she did inform us on various options for flea/ heart worm preventatives and was nice to my little guy so for that i am thankful. Would of just appreciated some sort of greeting rather then just talking to us when she was trying to sell plans.

My cats have spread an upper respiratory infection amongst each other. Dr. Hogan made it affordable for us since we have so many cats. She and her assistant was loving and compassionate with my animals. Very gentle which means a lot and hasnt always been the situation in the past. Noahs Ark is a great place!! My Yorkie wasn’t feeling good and took him to Noah’s Ark and had him looked at. The Vet took X-rays and said there was a mass in his abdomen and referred us to Pet-Med on Red Bank road. He said they specialize in cancer in dogs and cats and they were better equipped to treat our dog. Well 1800 dollars later they found that it was a misdiagnosis from the x-ray from Noah’s Ark. Pet-Med said it is not uncommon to look at a x-ray and think you see a mass that’s not there. They determined this by a ultrasound which Noah’s Ark didn’t do and would have only cost about 70 dollars if they had done it.

I have been using Noah's Ark for almost 7 years now and have been consistently pleased with my experiences there. I have a seven year old dog with special needs and I honestly do not know what I would do with Noah's Ark. Their affordable prices have allowed me to do everything in my power to help my pet have a great quality of life and their knowledge staff leave me feeling confident in the care they are providing. On Thursday night Niota got into some chocolate Easter eggs. On Friday around 3:30 he began to seize. Niota has epilepsy so it was difficult to determine if the seizure was due to that or the chocolate consumption. By the time I got him to Noah's at 4:30 he was still seizing. I ran in and the staff were instantly at my side quickly assessing the situation and taking Niota right back to care for him. The staff were so kind the offered me water and words of comfort, the vet tech and vet were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what was going on and what steps they were going to take to help him. They produced and estimate of the price ahead of treatment and offered to do what they could to stop the seizure. They told me to go get some dinner and then pick Niota back up at 7:00 to transfer him to the E.R. When I arrived at 7:00 Niota was still having partial seizures, but doing much better than when I dropped him off. They had gotten his fever to drop and given him plenty of fluids. I was obviously very upset and then a staff at the front desk did something I will never forget. I wish I know his name, and I will make sure to find out the next time I go in. He held up a little stuffed mouse and said "They got this for me for my birthday today, but I think he needs it more". This was so touching and meant more than you all could know at that time. I instantly started crying and thanked him for his generous offer. He then continued to tell us funny stories to make us smile and laugh until Niota was ready for us. It was this wonderful man's birthday and he was cheering us up! That is not just great customer service, but someone who is passionate about animals and people a like. This is just one of the many reasons Noah's Ark is the best. P.S. Niota was cared for at the Greater Cincinnati Animal Hospital Friday night and is now home and on the mend! He is on his way to a full recovery and should be back to his crazy self soon!

my cats were well taken care of. i have zero complaints. they were long term and the girls would get them out and let them run in the room and play with them. susan sent some toys home for them. i've never had them to play with toys, but they do like them. that was really sweet of her. they got a care package when they checked out. the girls adored my cats. My cats put on weight. They were well fed. Kennels were always clean. Fresh towels for them. Clean water bowls. I brought in little beds. They dont mind. i hope i never have this problem again. but since the farm was sold, i was displaced and had nowhere to live while I looked for another place and it was a tough market. Noahs ark came to my rescue on this. Thank you mike and to the employees at noah's ark animal clinic.

I love this place so much! The staff was SO nice even though my small white cat was not nice at all. I showed up with 3 cats and no appointment but we didn't have to wait very long. My first two cats were done very quickly as they behaved well and they even fixed an ingrown nail. :( My third cat was very upset, Probably because of a mouth infection that my last vet failed to catch. The staff had to get the big gloves out for her and i felt so bad that a few of the staff members were scratched, However everyone was still very nice to me and to my cats. They even said she was "cute" after she tried to kill half the staff. I will also be returning on a regular bases to have their claws trimmed as it is only $6! I highly recommend this location!

I’ve never had an issue here really. I believe the people who complain about “prices” shouldn’t own an animal. You have to take care of the animal if you want one. They have great prices (cheapest I’ve paid at a vet). You also don’t have to wait like crazy that people also say on here. Either A) you can call ahead of time B) Realise it is an animal clinic, so that welcomes walk-ins, so of course there will most likely be a line if you do nothing about it.

I give this place a 0!!!! Absolutely the worst place to go if you really love your pet!!!! I brought my 7 year old boxer in because she was having trouble with her back legs and keeping her balance. The vet came in and spent maybe 2 minutes looking at her and ordered an exray. Came back and said it was a degenerative disease of the spine that was pinching the nerve and put her on anti-inflammatory drugs and pain pills even though she wasn't in pain. I had also told him about her lack of eating and drinking. I asked about blood work to make sure that there wasn't something else wrong but was told it wasn't necessary. Three weeks later we had to have her put down. Jasmine was my baby and I still, after 2 weeks can't quit crying. I believe that lack of caring and listening on Dr. McG's part is the reason she is no longer with us. I don't care that Noah's ark might be cheaper than the other vets. I would gladly have paid double to have my baby with me again. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!!! Unless you enjoy leaving with your dog's ashes in a bag!!!!

The only good thing about this place is theyre cheap,I had done online check-in and sat there for over an hour waiting for my dog to be seen...she had blood everywhere and nothing was said or done...I called around while sitting there and thank God I got her in elsewhere...they don't treat your pets like their own...I'll never take my dogs there again...

Recently rescued an amazing cat. I unfortunately took it to Noah's Ark (Ft. Wright) for its first vet visit. Lots of tattooed help there. The vet I got stuck with was extremely unfriendly, Dr. Noelle Liga. Instead of being a joyous occasion, I felt like I was going to someone's funeral. I felt rushed and neither the vet nor any of the techs cracked a smile the entire time I was there. It appears to me Noah's Ark is the McDonald's of vet clinics. An all-around unpleasant experience. I was pressed for time, and this was the quickest option for me. I won't make that mistake again, and have subsequently taken my cat to the vet I've always gone to in Ft. Thomas. What I should have done in the first place......

I would recommend Noah's Ark if you have 2 1/2 - 3 hours to spare to wait just to be seen and enjoy wasting your money. Finally got the appropriate care for our dog when we took him to a different clinic the next day and went above and beyond to even stay past closing to give him they surgery he needed. All we got at Noah's Ark was, " Well, I'm not real sure but it could be this.. or maybe this.. I'm not real sure actually" Thank you for giving us the run around and wasting our time & money.

My kitten died because they misdiagnosed him and he had Panleukopenia (feline Parvo). And my family's been cleaning our house with bleach all weekend trying to remove this disease. DO NOT GO THERE! All they care about is making money, not animals!! Plus you'll sit and wait for 2 hours every damn time. We've moved our pets to a REAL veterinary office and it's such a difference! No wait, no rushing us out the door, our pets get checked out thoroughly by the vet...and it's only $35 more, well spent!

Noah's ark and Dr. McGlasson saved my dog's life. My dog Kota started showing minor stomach upset symptoms and was seen by a vet through PetWow due to scheduling convenience of an at home visit while I was at work and had the car while my husband was home (I usually go to Noah's ark for all of my dogs). The other vet determined that he had an intestinal blockage and needed surgery but they tried to convince me that he was in such bad shape that I was better off putting him down. They also wanted almost $2000 up front before they would operate and would not work with me with payments for the cost and were literally going to just let him die. I called Noah's ark and explained the situation and they put me at the top of the list and told me they could work something out with me for the cost so they could take care of him. I was seen immediately upon arrival by Dr. McGlasson who I believe is the medical director there. Kota was taken into surgery within the hour and they set me up with a financing program that allows me to make payments on the procedure and care he needed and I only had to put 20% down. They definitely made me feel they cared more about Kota's life then they did the money. The total cost of his care ended up being less than half the cost of other vets in the area that I called and was turned away from because they wouldn't budge on the financing and just cared about getting their money more than saving animals. I will forever use Noah's ark. They even called me multiple times the next morning to keep me up to date on Kota's condition and what their next steps were. When I picked him up the techs answered all of my questions and were very kind, patient, and knowledgeable about Kota's care and Dr. McGlasson was very compassionate. I am so grateful for the staff there doing what they did to save my baby boy, and I cannot thank them enough!

I brought my dog in for a fecal test and heart worm test. I liked that they had the express option where we didn't have to wait to see the dr. We were in and out in no time. I got the results from the heart worm test later that day, but I finally had to call to get the results of the fecal test because no one had called me 3 days later.

We have come here about 10 times or so with our 3 dogs and every visit has been fantastic. The staff is great here as they truly care about our pets. We haven't had any bad experiences to report other than long wait times which is to be expected on a first come first serve basis. The pricing is so affordable compared to other vets that it makes it worth our time to wait. If you come during busy hours (after 4 PM and the weekends) I suggest you call-ahead to set your place in line.

Recently had my dog spayed at the Ft. Wright location. Didn't have any issues with wait time, scheduling of surgery or anything. I was originally quoted a price for the office visit, blood work, the spaying surgery, heart worm medication, being chipped, etc and actually paid $50 less than I was quoted. The prices are very reasonable and I would bring my dog bag here for future visits.

Waited for 3 hours and then 10 minutes of doctor and assistant time. I heard several different excuses for the delays from some sort emergency and only one doctor on the floor to the computers being down. From what I could see. Less staff BSing, less breaks, quit hiding in the back and goofing off. Bad day at the Vet's office today. Pull it together. We pay alot of money for the little you do.

Our dog passed away today due to a inlarge heart and we have taken our dog to this vet for the past month and they’ve ran all kinds of test (costed us thousands of dollars) EVEN HAD SURGERY and after all these x-rays and test they NEVER meant to mention or even notice this issue! So before he passed we took him to a different vet and they noticed the in large heart immediately. So how didn’t Noah’s ark after all those test and stuff? I’ll never go back there again!! Worst experience.

Staff is very friendly and very helpful. The kennel is great for my pup and the staff really love dogs and taking care of them. The vet side is great as well and the staff are very good at their jobs but the wait times are horrible at the NKY location. Since there are no appointments you put yourself in a queue and wait until you’re 3rd to head into the location. This can take over an hour if they’re busy. Once you’re there you can wait another hour until you’re even put in a room, and if they’re busy you could wait another 30-1 hour in the room. It’s a very painstaking process and to be honest I originally came to this clinic because I thought it was much more affordable and could deal with the wait times but they’ve gotten progressively worse which is unfortunate.

I've been taking my English Bulldog here for a couple years plus a few other dogs I had ( husky, lab/pit mix, teddy bear). The veterinarians have always answered my questions to my satisfaction. Some other reviews noted staff unfriendliness, not clean etc. This place is significantly more busy than any other vet I have seen. I have never experienced it being dirty or filthy. Animals do have accidents though and sometimes a person is not available to clean it up right then and there. Maybe lend a helping hand if you're concerned about something. Also, some people need to be more observant and notice when they staff are busy. That means they don't have time for a drawn out conversation. Everyone of us has worked a job and have been busy...have you ever been short with a high maintenance customer that can't seem to notice that you are extremely busy? On that note I've always thought the place was really clean considering there are like 20 animals minimum in that place at a time it seems. The staff has always been friendly me and saved my dogs life in Feb of 2015. I have had long hold times over the phone. Fortunately, I realise that there are other people on planet earth that called before me and I didn't ruin my day over it.

DO NOT GO HERE. My dog nearly died because of misdiagnosis by these people. I took him in because he wasn't eating or drinking, he was vomiting, and he was struggling to use the restroom. They charged me $300+ for an x-ray (they said showed nothing wrong), an exam, and a blood test. I called them several days in a row attempting to get the results of the blood test because the symptoms were getting worse and they responded consistently with "the doctor will call you back within the hour", "That doctor is off until next week", "I'll have another doctor call back". No Vet ever called me. After 6 calls over 4 days and not even a response, I took my dog to the Hebron Animal Hospital for a second opinion. By this time he had completely stopped being able to urinate despite his best efforts. Within 30 minutes they took another x-ray and found kidney stones. My dog had to have emergency surgery that night (Wednesday) or the bladder would rupture and he could be dead by the weekend. Not to mention it is extremely painful for my pet. I happily gave them another $1800 to save my dogs life. Thankfully he is now fully recovered from his hellish and painful week due to the negligence of Noah's Ark. According to the new Vet, this is something that should have been quickly diagnosed at first look and immediately treated. By the way, while my dog was in surgery at Hebron Animal Hospital, Noah's Ark finally called with the blood results... They said he was "totally fine other than a little dehydration". I've left 2 messages for management of Noah's Ark since the ordeal and they have not responded. It's really shameful for this establishment to claim they "treat your pets just like their own". If that slogan is true, they should have licensing taken away.

I was literally amazed at the level of care that my dog Bailey received yesterday morning. While we did have a long wait, it was completely understandable bc they were slammed and you could clearly see the doctor didn't stop running between rooms. The reception staff was very courteous, the tech was super sweet and the doctor was just plain wonderful! The prices were unmatachable! I was paying more than double at my last vet clinic. I was pleasantly surprised and will take my pets there from now on. Well worth the wait to me. And they do offer call ahead and texting services as well so take advantage of that. Early today I had the intention of giving this office a 1 star review but after returning I no longer feel the same. I recently had my cat neutered here for a decent price. Before surgery they require a checkup and while he was there I had asked the vet to make sure he didn't sound like he had an upper respiratory infection. The woman barley looked at him, I don't recall her even listening to his chest and told me he seemed fine. He got neutered and about a week later started sneezing, which turned into difficulties breathing by that night. I returned him the next morning after staying up all night monitoring his breathing, and the vet that I saw, Dr.matt, this time told me he did have an upper respiratory infection and treated him appropriately free of cost! It really made up for the irritation I had when I figured out that he had the infection that I specially asked the lady to check for. Highly recommend Dr.Matt!

We got there with our cat around 12:45 pm on a wait list ahead of time and we didn't leave until 5:17. That's an hour 15 after they close. We were the last ones in the building from what I could see. Once we got into a room, half an hour after we got there, it took another hour and a half for someone to come and take a look. That took 5 minutes. And then it took another 2 hours or more to get an X-ray machine open. After that it took another half an hour to get the medicine after the X-ray. By the end of the evening they seemed to be disinterested and charged us almost $300 for an X-ray, general services and the 15 minutes they spent with my animal. That doesn't include the medicine. I will not be going back. I cannot believe the amount of time it took to be seen. I'm now an hour late for work and I got there before one. I'm extremely disappointed.

As an owner of two senior dogs and a puppy, I took a sample of feces containing worms not knowing which dog of mine it belonged to. While I see a few reviews stating the wait times and charges, I have to strongly disagree. I called around to get prices and Noahs Ark saved me hundreds of dollars on fecal testing all 3 dogs, preventive medications, and heart guard. There wasn't a vet around here that was close in pricing. Yes, I waited about 45 minutes, but the cost savings was worth it. If they weren't so great with pets, their wouldn't be a wait. I like the convenience of going when it fits my schedule. Staff at the front desk, the vet techs, and the vet were extremely pleasant to work with. I left that day knowing how much I saved and enrolled in the puppy plan. I do love the new layout after their construction makeover last spring and its pretty dang clean in there too.

This place is a joke. The staff was very rude to me today. I waited literally 4 hours to have my pets looked at. I was told the wait would be an HR and a half. I waited 4 hours and eventually had to leave without being seen. They obviously can't handle the open appointments. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I felt very disrespected their. They have this app thing that tells you when your next in line. From the time I got the message saying I was next I waited another 2 hours in a small hot room waiting for the "vet". Every time I asked how much longer it would be no one had an answer, a few of the staff acted annoyed that I was asking. How are you suppose to plan other things for your day if their estimates are so off? Do not go here!!! Their are other vet offices near by that do not treat their patients this way.

I'm giving this clinic a 5 because after calling every vet in the Northern Kentucky area this is the only vets office that could help a 3 week old kitten I found the night before. I didn't have the money for a vet, so they put me in contact with a rescue to help finance his treatments. Other hospitals in the area told me I had to pay up front or the kitten would just suffer from the upper respiratory infection. They were friendly and comforting. Without them, the kitten wouldn't have made it another two days. The service I got was wonderful and they had the financial resources to back it up. Other vet clinics can learn a thing or two, and maybe learn to work with rescue organizations on a name to name bases so strays brought in from the street can have a chance at life.

I took my dog there and i was not liking how they were treating him after doing an exam and tried to do blood work on him without telling me about it before hand, then while she muzzled him for no reason because he was no where near showing anytime of aggression towards her, then after asking me if he has tried to have the allergy shot i said yes and she still tried to charge me for the shot not once but twice, and then for medication that apparently has gone up in price a lot more than over 100$ more, then wanted to run his blood work without getting confirmation from me to do so. and while she was talking to me decided to try and stick a needle in his neck to get blood from him and did not even tell me what she was wanting to do. so i took it upon myself to leave and just only paid for the exam. I was not happy with this place at all and i will probably never be back to this place. this is the worst service i have ever received from them.

I've been to Noah's Ark with my Cat Oreo and now with Lacey my Dog and every time I've had EXCELLENT service in a timely manner. The Staff, Assistants and Doctors are wonderful. I am VERY satisfied with everything especially the fact that you don't need an appointment and they are open till 8:00 PM. I also love the newly renovated front office. The space you give between chairs is important to have with a fussy dog. I also love the fact that Noah's Ark is cost effective. I have a cat and 3 dogs and its very expensive to to give them vet care. LOVE LOVE LOVE NOAH'S ARK.

Horrible!!!! They make changes without informing their customers. They have no appointments but offer call ahead but it's a joke because they take you off and you end up waiting for hours with you sick animal while others walk right in and get taken back!! Sick pets on a list should be seen before a toenail trim!!! They is pee and piles of poop on the floor. The boarding lies and tells you they are closed on Sunday but when you call and they say your pet isn't eating and you are able to pick them up...they say you should have paid ahead and hold your pet for ransom!!! They are understaffed and the reception staff are rude!!! Uncaring and very disrespectful!!!! They don't treat your pets like their own...they are in it for the money!!! Don't ever take your pets there if you love them and want them to get good care!!!

I will never go to this place ever again. My dog passed tonight due to their mess up. They test her for Parvo and said it came back negative , about 20 min after we got home she passed in our arms . Another vet tech said it was due to Parvo that u can smell it and she was bleeding out off her rectum. Y'all are putting a bad name in Noah's ark!!

I give them 0 stars. Had a visit to get a large and growing cyst removed on my rat for over a month. 3 days before this surgery I was informed they realized the vet wouldn’t be in that day. THEN they couldn’t reschedule for another two weeks. 1) how do you not know your vets schedule ? 2) that was your fault so my animal should be put at top priority and gotten in for surgery ASAP. I took her the next day to Middendorf’s and he got her in for surgery two days later. Noah’s ark service is as cheap as their prices... spend an extra 20 and ensure the highest of quality and service at Middendorfs animal hospital. In addition they showed no actual care or interest in my rat making me nervous that they wouldn’t care for her properly. While at Middendorfs they showed interest and concern and love for my animal all the girls wanted to hold her and play with her making me 100% more comfortable with the fact I had to leave my animal in their care.

Staff is extremely rude. My dog is anxious at the vet, therefore it takes some coaxing to get him to calm down. The receptionists at the front desk were rolling their eyes and snapping their fingers in front of my dog’s face to try to get him to stop crying and barking (a big no-no when dealing with a nervous dog). Then, when it was time to get my dog on the scale, the lady who was taking me back was no help at all while I waddled in a big circle after my skittish pup (I’m 8 months pregnant) to try to get him on the scale; she was leaning against a nearby wall and rolling her eyes when she could’ve helped at least a little bit. The whole scene was hysterical I’m sure, but to get annoyed when a dog is upset at the vet and snap your fingers in his face was ridiculous. And to whoever that woman was (didn’t catch her name, but she was young, petite, and brunette): you desperately need to find a new job that doesn’t involve you working with the public.

If I could give Noah's Animal Clinic zero stars, I would! I boarded my two cats for a week, but when I picked them up, one was seriously ill. I received medicine for my cat, but I saw no results. Therefore, I took him to a nearby veterinarian and he said, "Don't ever go there again!" Now my poor kitty has an upper respiratory infection, that is having a very hard time breathing. I spent almost two hundred dollars on medicine for my cat to be treated just because I boarded my cats at Noah's Ark. I will never be returning and I will not recommend Noah's Ark to anyone!

Ugh... This place is a nightmare. First you wait HOURS to get in, then you get rude staff, rude vets, they literally treat you like you're stupid. My dog Hercules had a growth on his eye, I went in thinking nothing of it, just wanted it checked out. after a TWO HOUR WAIT, we finally got seen and they told me HE WOULD GO BLIND AND NEEDED SURGERY. Finding it really freaking odd that we adopted him and they didnt say anything, I went to a different vet. They told me it is a birth defect and he is fine. IDK what vet school you guys go to, but you are idiots. We have a new vet who actually knows what the hell they are doing... I can not believe you tried to screw me out of $1,500 when he did not even need it! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE

I have always took my dog here and every time I always get something done the price changes after it’s done. So my dog got shots and nails trimmed k they bring my dog out in a muzzle said he tried to bite them. My dog isn’t like that at all and never has been. So then blood is going all over the floor, he tried biting them because they clipped his paw and nail all the way down! Then tried hiding it like they did nothing wrong! Two other customers walked out because they didn’t want them touching their dogs after what they just saw. Oh and the price jumped 50 dollars!!! I paid but I shouldn’t have! Never again!

What a terrible place and staff. We arrived on time as our pets name where next on the list. When we entered the facility our dog Rylee started barking. Well the young man at the reception desk who was helping us took the dogs names and my daughters phone number then he rushed us into room 7 and left us There! We arrived at 6:18 pm on Friday night and it is now 8:37pm and we are finally home without either of the dogs being seen! All Oscar needed was his toenails clipped for God's sake! When my daughter went to the desk at 7:58 now that is 1 and half hours after we were shoved into room 7 to see if anybody even knew we were there he said I sont know I will go back and ask and I will come and let you know. Guess what at 7: 50 we were still sitting there and nobody ever came. So very disappointed in this place I can not believe they left us there and completely forgot about us. Unbelievable! .

After going to Pet Wow in Highland Heights and experiencing unfriendly service I decided to take my dog here. Everyone was all around friendly, happy to be there, and truly cared about my dog's health. My dog gets nervous at the vet and squirms around and yet they were very patient with him and very understanding. The price for a checkup and just to be seen by a vet is much cheaper here. Very reasonable price, friendly, but busy staff- I got there at 8am and was home by 930 with two dogs. They didn't try to up sell me on twenty different things I don't need like many other vets do. They looked super busy when I was leaving, so I can imagine there would be a long wait in the evenings/weekends so I would suggest getting there at opening time like I did.

I remember my first trip to Noah’s Ark Animal Clinic. The first thing I noticed, upon entering, was the smiles on all of the employees faces. I immediately felt that this was a group of people that enjoyed their work. Everyone at Noah’s Ark was amazing in the care they gave our Bentley after his accident. We got to spend 7 extra weeks with him and despite the broken leg and internal injuries he was full of spunk and energy. I took my elderly rabbit to this clinic. The doctor was very knowledgeable and diagnosed her rite away. His assistant was very helpful and polite. I love that this doctor uses a pharmacists that is almost next door and uses healthy remedies and makes it for you when it is ordered. My bunny had a bladder infection that started clearing up very quickly. The assistant trimmed my bunnies nails for her and they handled her with care. My bunny was relaxed being handled by them. I will go there again if my Mookie needs anything else.

Just took my new rescue dog to Noah's Ark last evening after work and the place was hopping, with two emergencies in the back and a waiting room full of great animals. The beauty of Noah's Ark is that their hours are so flexible for working people, and again it can be its biggest deterrent/complaint. As long as you know this ahead, just go with the flow. All of the employees were great to talk to, watch and more. When my new dog and I got back to the room, our CSR and vet techs were interactive and informative. I love Dr. Hogan - my first time with her. These folks loved my dog and everyone else's animal there. The pricing cannot be beat. 5 stars for service, 4 stars for crazy waiting - but, it was worth it in the end. Thank you Noah's Ark!!

I was extremely skeptical of Noah's Ark before taking my 7-week old puppy there. I had heard a few good reviews but multiple horror stories. In my case, I really was happy with my experience. I've only been once, and everyone was so complimentary of my puppy and so helpful and happy we were there. Then, I had to take my puppy to the Greater Cincinnati Vet Hospital one evening for a UTI. I ended up not having enough medication so I called Noah's Ark, who didn't treat her for this illness, but gladly refilled her perception because they were so concerned for her health. My ONLY complaint is that they don't take reservations - but I understand why.
