The vets here saved my puppy from unnecessary treatment and the negligence of Noah's Ark and I will forever be grateful to Dr. Weber. In addition to that, the rest of the staff is amazing and knowledgeable. They are friendly and helpful. They don't suggest extensive and expensive treatments if not completely needed and they itemize a quote for you so you can do things a little slower if on a budget

The wait was unacceptable, the bill too high and the service sub-par. I have been to many veterinarians and I have learned that some are more salesman than vet. This is the case at NKY, at least relative to the guy I saw today. The only reason I tried NKY is that my vet, Dr. Simpson, is 15 mins away and NKY is just down the street. I will not make this mistake again. The difference is night and day.

Great vet for any animal you can think of. Very busy do to its size and the amount of animals it can handle. We took our lizard here and the vet was knowledgeable and concise.

We’ve been bringing our dog here ever since we got him. The staff is always friendly and happy to see him. They are happy to answer any questions we might have. Our boy has had several visits and someone is always sure to call a few days later to check on him. They truly care!! Highly recommend.

We had really great experience today with our two cats. Everyone here and especially dr.Weber were so nice, friendly and willing . I would recommend this clinic to everyone with pets, they really know how to take care of them.

Everyone from the front counter to the doctors are super friendly and caring. I have been using them for several years and couldn't imagine any place better. They get to know you and your pets. They treat you and your pet like family. I highly recommend them.

My animal has been coming here since birth and been almost 14 years. He might not make it and the receptionists said they only work by appointment only. I said this isn't an appointment situation and she still says well that's how we work, and when the Dr gets back from lunch at 4pm (they close at 6) and i can wait a couple hrs and they might be able to see him. I'm not coming back and why would anyone turn away the customer, wonder if the owner knows they're turning people away, how can you stay in business like that. Farewell in a few years. Also how does the dr take lunch at 3-4 and close at 6. Lol, way to put customers first. We love working all day and then have to work around the Dr's schedule. Might need an additional dr.

I absolutely love Dr. Weber. He is super nice and gentle with my dog and cat that I takr to him. He is really understanding if you are on a budget and I trust him completely! The office itself is also very clean and nice.

This was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I didn’t actually get to bring my dog in for an appointment. I brought my four kids and dog into the office to switch from PetWow, since this clinic would cut down travel to the vet by 15 minutes. The front staff was very unwelcoming and not helpful. I was trying to switch my dog’s heart worm and flea medication as well as have his nails trimmed. They explained to me that they only do nail trims by appointment and nothing was available today which is fine, except no one else was in the waiting room and two staff members were standing behind the one at registration desk doing nothing at the time. I was also unable to purchase the medication as they needed to wait for his records from previous vet. That is also fine, but I was pretty much ushered out the door, I would have been happy to wait to buy it the same day SINCE I WAS ALREADY THERE! I asked them to throw away my request to transfer my dog’s records. The staff was obviously not too concerned with gaining new patients. I went immediately to PetWow in Florence, and they walked my dog back immediately for his nail trim then front staff happily went over all my options for switching his meds. It’s worth the drive for great service and kindness.
