New move to KY. Knew noone. Signed my dog up for neuter 4 months in advance. Didn't have the money to pay in December 2017... McCaw (Sr.) says, "We don't normally do this but I'll let you pay the rest when you get paid." The guy has integrity. I trust him with my service dog. Not to mention the fact that I cussed out the front staff beforehand and the guy still let me pay later. In fact, before I walked out, the guy said, "Don't be harassing my staff while you're here." Pretty stand-up guy, I'd say.

Mccaw's veterinary clinic has taken care of several generations of my dogs for over 15 years. They have ALWAYS been accommodating, and sensitive to ALL my fur babies needs. The staff is knowledgeable, and professional. A real asset to Jessamine County.

Extrodinary veterinarians! Each doctor, tech & assistant at McCall Veterinary Clinic are fantastic! They saved the life of our oldest dog & they currently are treating our youngest dog for a serious back injury. Not only do they help our fur babies feel better, but they also give us peace of mind! Helpful and friendly staff. They try to see as many patients as they can while still providing quality service. Good with pets. Medication prices average. Service prices average. Regular hours, no emergency hours at this location. Facilities are always clean.

Very knowledgeable & helpful. Were told @ checkout that our at our follow-up blood work visit, we wouldn't be charged an office visit bc we were just getting blood work, but we were charged upon checkout. For that reason I docked a star. But I will return when if & when I need to.

They were good on seeing my puppy immediately, considering it was right after the holidays. The fact that he wasn't eating was a concern of mine. They gave us some food that he has no trouble eating. Though, they did prescribe a too high dosage of Metronidazole, which has caused disorientation, head tilts, wobbling while standing, and unusual eye movements in my puppy.

Everyone is clearly there for the animals. They listen to what is going on with your fur baby & take the time to explain what could be, should be, & needs to be done. They are great about quoting prices before anything is done if that is a concern. Getting an appointment is usually quick. When I had an emergency they got my little man in asap & since it was during business hours they didn't charge an extra emergency fee (had that happen before somewhere else with a diffrent fur baby).

This place is great. They always get me in quickly. My dog had serious allergy issues and he was able to clear him up drastically very quickly. They also gave him immunizations and printed the records in office that day.

I have used McCaw's for 10+ years. The staff are sweet and treat my animals with respect. My only gripe is that we have a new puppy and he had to be seen 3 times in order to get all of his shots. All three visits we were seen by different vets. While all of the vets were nice I would have liked to have one or two who would be our "regular" vets. Overall though a good place though a little pricey.

Dedication is the best description I can think of for this group of Veterinarians. I have found that Dr. Banks, Dr. Bill McCaw and Dr. Will McCaw each have their own strengths, but willingly work together to brainstorm when this is needed for any of my pets, or connect me with a specialist if needed. It is also nice to have one vet clinic that can treat both my small and large animals. The entire staff works well together and bends over backwards to be helpful in any way. This has been especially important to me when I have an emergency. This clinic also offers after hours emergency care for established clients and that is a big plus to me since they are already familiar with my pet and know their medical history. I would not hesitate to recommend this vet clinic with 5 stars.
