Very nice staff and the doctors really cared about taking the time to make sure or puppy was okay and that we didn't have any questions. (The doctor even saw when she was giving our puppy a shot that I was averting my eyes. She even took the time to ask if she wanted me to have her go out of the room to do it so I couldn't see it. So she didn't only care about the animals she cares about fur parents as well.)

It hasn't been a bad place to take my baby (Shepard Lab Mix). The last visit was a little weird, like we went into a principal's office and they took my dog in the back to draw some blood and get her vaccinated then brought her back, I almost felt like I was in trouble lol. But everything was good and she came our happy. I was just upset about the office type, it through me off and I didn't get to ask about a sore my baby had on her neck... Other than that like I said, it's not bad.

We took our Mini Aussie Friday to different vet and they checked on him and they said his poop is normal but he is positive to Parvo, they suggested to leave him in their care until he gets well. So we visited our dog Monday and seeing him he looks worst so me and my husband decided to transfer him to LONDON VETERINARY CLINIC on that same day. When they checked him again his intestine is already bleeding and the doctor said he has 50/50 chance of survival since Parvo is a hard disease to deal with. Wednesday of the same week, we visited our baby and we are really surprised to see him being very active again and very excited to see us and he is already ready to go home. We are very thankful for LONDON VETERINARY CLINIC, they save our “Loki’s” life. Not to mention, the price is very reasonable too, We even spent more in the previous clinic for nothing.. LONDON VETERINARY CLINIC take really good care of our baby, they give him a bath before giving him back to us, and now he is home with us, playing actively with us again. Thank you sooo much LONDON VETERINARY CLINIC..

I made an appointment next day for the kitten I found, have never been here before. The staff behind the counter were feiendly, professional, and very patient. The doctor was an absolute treasure, answered all my questions and helped me figure out the right medicine and safety precautions for my other pet to keep the sickness from spreading. I informed them I only had a specific amount of money to go off of and they did everything they could to keep me under budget so I could help this poor baby. Thanks to their office I'm now the owner of the smartest kitty who might not have made it without their help! Gave my boy a second chance at life! Highly recommend!!

I had to wait a while for my pet to be seen. As far as pet clinics go, this one was alright. I wish the vet would've introduced himself, but the place was so packed, they probably wanted to get patients in and out quickly.

Poor service. Paid $300 to have our Yorkie checked out due some concerns in her health. They ran some tests and never have called with any results. We have called numerous times and they keep saying you’ll have to speak to the vet, whom they say is busy and will call us back. Four weeks later and they still haven’t returned our call. You would think for $300, they could at least make a phone call to follow up with testing results or allow someone else to share with you one of the many times you’ve called. We’ll be finding a new vet!

They take your dog to the back room to do everything where you can not see. I've never seen this before. Even for something as simple as shots. Would you let them take your real human being child behind closed doors. The why would you take a pet which is your child. How are you to prove what was done. How are they to prove was done. My dog never wines for anything. They took him behind closed doors and I heard him whining. I immediately opened the door and found 1 person holding his mouth closed and another holing him down. He has had shots for years and never a problem. He sits up. Greets everyone by shaking their hands. Gives everyone kisses. All I wanted was a yearly shot. This place needs to be shut down Only reason I stopped by because I was in town for a week was already a little behind in his shots and the place was recommended. Never again will I EVER EVER get shots from an outside vet. My vet will do everything in front of you. When they take home behind the other door. They invite you to come along. If your not watching. They don't touch your pet. EVERY VET should be this way. Should be a LAW.

I have gone to LVC for 30 years with all sorts of animals that my family have had. They are helpful and caring. I trust them with my fur babies. Dr. Bowlin held my Boston Terrier, who was 12 years old, in his arms trying to save her life while she took her last breath. They are good people and their customers mean something to them.

They are friendly but after going there for quite some time they say one of my cats has FIV which did not have before and has not been in contact with an animal or needles etc except for at their facility which leads one to believe it was the only place he could have gotten it. My Mother was also taken her dogs there and quite because one of the females still had her ovaries after being cut open and spayed she had to be done all over again.

LVC the only place I use. The Dr Boland always calls me back and does his best to care for my fur baby. Trust LVC for all your babies needs. The New Dr Davis is great just like Dr.Boland , she great with fur babies and helps us pet parents to relax just breath especially ones like myself that gets extra nervous if their baby sick. I been with LVC 14 plus years good or bad news they are their helping. I never go anywhere else , wouldn't trust anyone with my baby but the Doctors and staff like Jerry . Should get 10 star rating.

My first experience with this office was when I was around 10 or 11. Just moved from apartments where you couldn't have pets. Brought my first puppy ever, Rascal in as a pup, for his shots. They were friendly, patient and kind. Vet bills can get pretty high, but it's always been reasonable and even offer payment plans in some cases. Since rascal, I got another dog, 2 cats and growing up, we always took them there. and they got the best care with the best attitude. It's been a long time since then. When rascal got old, he had stomach cancer, he got so feeble he couldn't eat or stand ... The clinic told us at that point, it would be better to let him go. they seemed genuinely hurt, as sad as we were. the let me hold him when they put him down, and he just, went. They left us as long as we needed mom and I to cry and gather ourselves. It was full circle, he was 13, 14 years old by then. my other pets had been patients there, so I was familiar with the staff. I'll never go anywhere else. I even remember their cat, butter. he used to roam the waiting room. He passed some time ago, and they have a memorial set up for him. that's how much they care. Ive got a pregnant kitty right now, and one loosing hair... I'll be taking them there , and I'm sure they'll get the best care and attention they need, as always. I fully trust the LVC and recommend it to anyone. But watch out for the parrot, he'll nip you if you get yr fingers too close. ;)

Brought our cat to the vet to get a second opinion on its medical and it was the best thing we did. They treated the cat really well and were very attentive to my questions and extremely knowledgeable about his medical issues.. They also have a splendid and knowledgeable staff but they can get really busy at times. We had to wait almost an hour after our appointment time before being seen.

My daughter has brought her dog there told her she had cancer took her leg off ,at the follow up with the so called doctor, that's when he tells her the dog had no cancer it was just a infection. I like to know where the quack got his license.... What kind of doctor takes off a leg without a biopsy, my daughter is devastated over it . Beware who you trust your pets with !!!!

I'm still reeling from the loss of our family dog, but I have it on my heart to reach out and say that Dr. Pat (and Dr. Alexander) took such amazing care of her and of us through her short illness and decline. Not once were we prevented from seeing her if we wanted, we had so many people come to be with her in her last moments. I know that our unexpected situation that day took him away from a lot of planned appointments and procedures, and no one ever got impatient or rushed with us. Dr. Pat came and talked with us at length many times. The staff brought us tissues and provided us comfort. They went out of their way to make sure that we had what we needed to get closure for us. We had been visiting long before this event and will continue to if we ever decide to bring another dog/pet into our lives.
