My pet family has been coming here for years. They saved (once again) my chihuahua who was suffering from an infection. Though they are a bit pricey, they will work with you. The only thing I would improve is the bedside manner but I understand the need to be as calm and reasonable as possible in front of a scared fur parent. Going again soon for normal check up with the other pooch. I would like to add that every doctor there knows their stuff and does a wonderful job.

Very helpful when I called to get my kitten seen very last minute due to an injury. The ladies upfront were very nice and the Vet explained everything thoroughly to me and got my kitten the right treatment plan. They also have great business hours for people that work 8-5... still can't get over that the clinic is open til 230 on Saturdays! Definitely plus!

Wade King is my preferred doc for dogs and Stephanie Kennedy for cats. Dr. Wade has worked at emergency vet clinic and really knows dogs, very thorough. Dr. Kennedy loves cats and has a senior cat with kidney issues. I'm glad I found them.

This clinic is the best, they genuinely care about my pets. After a visit I'll receive a call to see how my dog is doing, which is wonderful. Aside from the superior level of care, this clinic smells incredibly clean and fresh, none of the usual residual animal smells generally associated with veterinary clinics. I'd highly recommend!

Everyone at Frankfort Animal Clinic is friendly but Dr. King and his assistant went above and beyond. Each time we have visited Dr. King takes the time to answer all of our questions and gives thorough explanations. He is very patient and everyone was great with our nervous chihuahua. After surgery, we heard from the clinic every few days to check up. We traveled an hour just to visit this clinic based on a recommendation and we would gladly travel further to receive such great service!

For over 20 years, I've trusted FAC for the thorough medical care for my pugs. Recently, my nearly 16-year-old pug developed bladder stones and surgery was required to save her life. The collaborative veterinarian team evaluated her, communicated with us about her treatment recommendations, completed surgery, and worked with us post-op to ensure her best recovery. They are vastly experienced and care about their clients. I can't express my appreciation enough to these veterinarians and their staff at FAC.

I took my cat in for a grooming( cut and bath); they had to sedate him, which we knew was a possibility. They told us they couldn't bathe him due to risk of hypothermia; fine. We we told that there would be a pad in the crate we used to tansport him incase he used the bathroom; awesome. We got there and he was sitting the back with a blanket over him with a crate FULL of urine; there was no pad or any sign of anyone checking on him for a long time. The tech said, "Weird, I just checked on him and I didn't see anything." This was clearly not true and when I asked for a wipe or anything I was told they didn't have any. I ended up having to bathe him myself and got scrathed to high heaven. I paid $131 to have to take my urine soaked home and bathe him myself, which is what I just paid $131 for. I will never be back. They (or at least their Friday afternoon staff) let my cat sit in his own urine for Lord knows how long; so that tells me everything I need to know about how they conduct business. I'd ask for my money back but I doubt they would do that. Take your furry friends to an office that cares. No matter how good the doctors are, if there isn't a good staff to support them, you get to pay $131 for a urine soaked cat.

I would not even give them a one stare if it was possible. I understand they are not a free clinic but when you totally refuse treatment to a dog that would die otherwise without $1500 up front, thats rediclious and uncaring. Im so glad i found a vet that actually cared!

This place does not care about animal's or there health!!!! I would never take my animal's to this place ever again!!!! My cat was really sick and I took him to this place he was dying in my arms and they just told me to have a set into the waiting room we waited for 5 minutes before they took us into a room and when we finally got into the room this weomen just came in the room and didn't even look at him she wasted 20 mins of his life that could of been saved! She told us to take our animal and leave!!!! I have a good case on them and I'm definitely getting a lawsuit on them!!! Thanks to them my baby died that day!! Believe me they only care about the money NOT the animal's!!!!

I highly recommend this wonderful place! I was in need of getting my dog’s nails trimmed (one of his nails had grown in2 the bottom of his foot due to the last person who trimmed his nails not trimming that one) and the vet I’d been going to for 10 yrs loyally couldn’t work me in and his foot was red and infected so I called this place they had me an appointment in less than an hour! When I arrived they took us straight back to the room so there was no wait! The office was clean and staff amazingly friendly! They treated my dog like he was their own pet! They even comforted me as I was upset he was in pain! I was so pleased that I signed a release form for them to get his records from my previous vet I’d been so loyal to so I could start bringing him here instead! The vet here explained everything in detail to me about the medication he prescribed, took time to answer my questions, and didn’t rush me out of the office to get to the next person. This is the best experience I’ve had with a vet since I’ve had my baby for 10 yrs now! My baby is feeling better and resting thanks to these amazing ppl! Thank u all so much for everything! Look foreword to seeing u in the future.
