People are very protective of the vet services they use, and rightfully so (vets may be the only doctors in any field who make next to nothing), but I have to say, if you are in search of a new or beginning vet service, this is the place. Dr. Rohleder is amazing. His knowledge and level of patience is insane. Never acts rushed (don't you hate that?). Honestly, the whole experience is wonderful and caring. And so is the tiny bill. Example: My cat needed a special allergy shot (poor thing was suffering so badly, but now it's cleared up!), a rabies shot, AND a flea and tick application. 87 bucks. I hope this place never closes.

I can not say enough positive things about Elk Creek Mt Washington- I bring all of my animals to Elk Creek. The atmosphere is positive, the staff is friendly and so accommodating. I had called to bring my dog Lily in for a check of her leg. I was nervous and had many questions and Nicole was so helpful and reassuring that by the time the phone call was done I felt relieved and had not a concern at all. The care and concern of all the animals and their humans starts at the top with Dr Shelly and is shown by all of his staff. Lucky to have found a place where my animals best interest is the #1 priority.

This is the first visit to this vet, which was a very pleasant experience. I took our 8 week old Springerdoodle puppy in for her first checkup and her second round of puppy shots, and micro chipping. We were greeted promptly and then taken to the waiting room where we were greeted by Dr. Lindquist who did an outstanding job answering all my questions and explaining puppy care. Dr. Lindquist took time to explain every detail of her care and I didn’t feel rushed unlike other clinics. Its a clean modern facility where I will continue to take my dog.

Today was my first visit at Elk Creek (Mt. Washington). I was amazed with the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was so helpful and made me feel right at home. I cannot say enough about Dr. Rohleder. He was so friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. I honestly can say in many years of going to vets and feeling like my animals are just a number, he will be our vet from this day forward. He does not rush you, he answers every question you have, and I could tell right off he does this job for the right reason because he cares. He shows it every step of the way from the time you meet him till the time you walk out the door. Our boy loved him and Dr. Rohleder gave it right back. Thank you Dr. Rohleder for giving us hope that there are still great vets out there.

I have took a dog that was shot and my cat whom was near dead when I got him there. The vet's here are wonderful. They have let me know each step of the way and they saved both of my pets and family. I cant say enough good things about them. I get them 5 stars and I dont usually give anyone five stars . if you need a place that cares , please do your pet a favorite and take to this wonderful people
